Intercession for the poor souls....

The night of death surrounds all souls who, at their departure from earth, are far from God through an unloving way of life, through their affiliation with God's adversary and are therefore of completely wrong will. These lose their vitality with bodily death and are now completely powerless and lightless at the mercy of the powers of darkness, which try to pull them ever deeper down in the spiritual kingdom, i.e., their will becomes ever more and more serviceable to evil, and it can also unfold power downwards because this comes to it from below. But in order to let the will become active in the right direction they lack strength. And thus these souls would be irredeemably lost if loving beings did not take pity on them.... people on earth who remember them in silent intercession and convey strength to them through a prayer of love which directs their will towards good, or also beings of light which again and again come close to these powerless souls and try to persuade them to change their will. But strength can only be given to them by these beings of light when they themselves are willing to use this strength to work in love. Thus the will of these souls has to change first, and the intercession of people on earth helps to achieve this. For the soul is powerless and unable to change its will by itself. If strength is not imparted to it through intercession then it is at the mercy of the forces of darkness, and the ascent upwards, the release from the dark power, is unspeakably difficult and requires a long time. For the soul is in profound ignorance, and therefore it is also completely unwilling to change its situation in the beyond. Prayer for the erring souls in the beyond is so extremely necessary if these souls are to be helped, and people should use every opportunity for these poor souls, because people still have strength at their disposal which the suffering souls in the spiritual kingdom lack. It is an act of neighbourly love which cannot be valued highly enough when people help the souls in their greatest need, in their helplessness, because they are at the mercy of evil forces without strength and without light. Every prayer for them wrests them from those powers, and as soon as the soul has felt the benefit of a prayer given to it in love it is grateful for every help, and it also uses the power of prayer in the right way.... It turns its will away from evil, it has sensitivity for the suffering of other souls, and it begins to feel love itself the more love is given to it through people's prayer.... For loving prayer melts the hardest cover, and therefore not enough love can be given to the souls which have departed from earthly life in dark spiritual night and remain in complete powerlessness in the beyond until their fate is eased through intercession. Then the light beings' efforts to impart strength to them will also be successful as soon as the soul is willing to use this strength to work with love. For then its will is in the right direction, it strives upwards, and this will is now also taken into account. Yet people's intercession on earth is necessary for the time being so that the completely broken will will rise up and not become active in the wrong direction.... But the strength of love brings about a change of will. And then the soul will be saved, for it will begin its slow ascent, it will have escaped the powers of darkness because love is stronger and a loving prayer can snatch the soul from darkness....

불쌍한 혼을 위한 중보 기도.

사랑이 없는 삶의 방식을 통해 하나님으로부터 멀어졌고, 하나님의 대적자에 속함을 통해 완전히 잘못된 의지를 가진 모든 혼들이 이 땅을 떠날 때 죽음의 밤이 그들을 감싼다. 그들은 육체의 죽음으로 생명력을 잃고 이제 완전히 무기력하고 빛이 없는 어두움의 세력에게 굴복당한다. 어두움의 세력은 영의 나라에서 그들을 더욱 깊숙이 끌어내리려고 시도한다. 즉 그들의 의지는 점점 더 악을 섬기게 된다. 아래로 향하는 일도 힘을 증가시킨다. 왜냐면 이 힘이 아래로부터 그에게 주어지기 때문이다. 그러나 의지가 올바른 방향으로 행하게 하기 위한 힘이 그들에게 부족하다. 그러므로 사랑을 행하는 존재들이 이런 혼들에게 긍휼을 베풀지 않았다면, 이런 혼들은 구원을 받을 수 없게 멸망을 받을 것이다.

이 땅의 사람들이 조용한 중보 기도로 그들을 기억하고 그들에게 사랑을 베푸는 기도를 통해 그들에게 힘을 준다. 또는 빛의 존재들이 이런 무기력한 혼들에게 항상 또 다시 다가가 그들의 의지를 바꾸도록 움직이려고 시도한다. 그러나 빛의 존재들은 그들이 스스로 자원하여 사랑 안에서 일하기 위해 이 힘을 사용할 때 비로소 그들에게 힘을 줄 수 있다. 그러므로 이 혼들의 의지가 반드시 먼저 바뀌어 야만 한다. 이를 위해 이 땅의 사람들의 중보가 도움을 준다. 왜냐면 혼은 무기력하고 스스로 의지를 바꿀 수 없기 때문이다.

너희가 중보기도를 통해 힘을 주지 않으면, 혼은 어두움의 세력들에게 굴복하고, 높이 성장하는 일은, 어두움의 권세로부터 자유롭게 되는 일은 말할 수 없을 정도로 어렵게 되고 오랜 시간이 필요하게 된다. 왜냐면 혼은 가장 깊은 무지 속에 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 혼은 또한 저세상의 자신들의 형편을 바꾸려는 의지가 전혀 없다. 저세상의 오류에 빠진 혼들을 도우려면, 이런 혼들을 위한 기도가 아주 필요하다. 사람들은 이런 불쌍한 혼들을 위해 모든 기회를 활용해야 한다. 왜냐면 사람들은 아직 영의 나라의 고통에 시달리는 혼들에게 부족한 힘을 사용할 수 있기 때문이다.

혼들이 힘도 없고 빛도 없이 악의 세력의 포로가 되었기 때문에 가장 큰 위험과 그들의 무기력함 가운데 있는 혼들을 사람들이 돕는다면, 이런 일은 아무리 높게 평가해도 충분하게 평가할 수 없는 이웃 사랑의 역사이다. 이런 혼들을 위한 모든 기도를 얻기 위해 혼들이 투쟁한다. 혼이 자신에게 사랑으로 주어진 기도의 유익을 느끼게 되면, 혼은 모든 도움에 감사하고 기도의 힘을 또한 올바른 방식으로 사용한다. 혼은 의지를 악에서 돌이키기 위해 사용하고, 다른 혼의 고통을 느끼고, 인간의 기도를 통해 혼에게 더 많은 사랑이 주어질수록, 스스로 사랑을 느끼기 시작한다.

왜냐면 이런 사랑의 기도는 가장 굳은 겉형체를 녹이기 때문이다. 그러므로 이 땅의 삶을 떠나 가장 어두운 영적인 밤으로 들어가 저세상에서 온전한 무력 상태에 머물러 있는 혼들에게 중보 기도를 통해 그들의 운명이 수월해지게 될 때까지 아무리 충분한 사랑을 줘도 충분할 수 없다. 그러면 혼들에게 힘을 전해주는 빛의 존재들의 노력도, 혼이 이 힘을 사용하여 사랑으로 일할 자세가 되어 있다면, 성공하게 된다. 왜냐면 그러면 혼의 의지가 올바른 방향으로 향하고, 혼이 위를 추구하고, 이제 이런 의지의 결과가 나타나기 때문이다.

그러나 완전히 무기력해진 의지가 다시 살아나고 잘못된 방향으로 활동하지 않도록 이 땅의 사람들의 중보 기도가 무엇보다도 필요하다. 사랑의 힘이 의지의 변화를 가져오고, 그러면 혼은 구원을 얻는다. 왜냐면 혼이 서서히 성장을 시작하기 때문이다. 혼은 어두움의 권세를 벗어난다. 왜냐면 사랑이 더 강하고, 사랑하는 기도가 혼을 어두움에서 건져냈기 때문이다.
