Receiving the divine Word is an act of utmost will of strength....

Only a few people are in possession of the direct Word because only a few are so strong-willed that they consciously and attentively listen within and thus also believe in God's working in the human being through His spirit. This belief is a prerequisite; however, it will also have come alive through practising neighbourly love so that through the latter the person will have become a receiving vessel for the divine spirit. But he must also muster the will to carefully listen to the instructions through the divine spirit. And this requires love and effort.... Love for God and effort to overcome all weaknesses and faults. The human being must constantly work at improving himself and have the will to come close to God.... Hence he must place spiritual striving above earthly matters and therefore also conscientiously undertake the spiritual work, and this first involves the work of receiving the divine Word, which requires a particularly strong will, for the daily acceptance of the divine Word is an act of utmost strength of will, because time and again the latter must be activated anew, for only then can the divine gift of strength be offered to the person. Although the person is only a tool of which God avails Himself in order to speak to people in a natural way the person's free will is nevertheless decisive, and thus he is not forced or obliged to write in a pathological state without his own will, but he can act completely freely and by no means needs to open his ears and heart. In that case, however, receiving divine spiritual knowledge will be impossible.

This is why only a few people can be found who completely voluntarily make themselves available and persistently listen within themselves every day.... who thus want and also put their will into action by withdrawing from the world, by establishing the heartfelt connection with God, appeal to Him and wait for the granting of their prayer. This requires time and the abandoning of demands made by the body. Anyone who loves his body too much, that is, who only seeks the purpose of earthly life in earthly well-being is totally incapable of mustering this will, for the body will always try to weaken the latter and the person will finally comply with the body's demand, he will become careless and sluggish, he will also have little faith in God's love and kindness and not appeal to Him for His gift of grace, and then it cannot be conveyed to him either.... Only few people are willing to hand their will over to God and to let themselves be guided by Him. But these few are true labourers in the vineyard of the Lord, they have proved themselves to be loyal followers of God and therefore they also constantly receive the strength in order to fortify their will, they are time and again willing to listen to the voice within. And the result is divine spiritual knowledge which can have an inconceivably blessed effect if, in turn, a fellow human being musters the will to let himself be taught by them. The will always has to become active again, because God does not force anyone to turn towards His kingdom and thereby also towards His grace.... But anyone who musters this will is blessed by God, and he will be able to achieve great success, both for his own soul as well as for that of his fellow human being.... And he will be a successful labourer in the vineyard of the Lord and strength and grace will be abundantly at his disposal....

La ricezione della Parola divina: un Atto della massima forza di volontà

Solo pochi uomini sono in possesso della Parola diretta, perché soltanto pochi sono così forti nella volontà da ascoltare coscientemente nell’interiore e quindi hanno anche la fede nell’Agire di Dio nell’uomo attraverso il suo spirito. Questa fede è pre-condizione, ma è anche diventata viva attraverso l’esercizio dell’amore per il prossimo e l’uomo è diventato un vaso d’accoglienza dello Spirito divino attraverso questo amore. Ma deve anche aver assolutamente la volontà di ascoltare le Istruzioni attraverso lo spirito divino in sè. Questo richiede amore e superamento, amore per Dio e superamento di tutte le debolezze ed errori. L’uomo deve costantemente lavorare su di sé ed avere la volontà di venire vicino a Dio. Deve quindi porre il tendere spirituale al di sopra di quello terreno, e quindi deve anche eseguire il lavoro spirituale con una certa coscienza, e per questo ci vuole il lavoro della ricezione che premette una forza oltremodo forte, perché l’accoglimento giornaliero della Parola divina è un atto della massima forza di volontà, perché questa deve sempre di nuovo diventare attiva, perché soltanto allora all’uomo può essere offerto il divino Dono dello Spirito. Benché l’uomo sia soltanto lo strumento di Dio di cui Egli Si serve per poter parlare agli uomini in modo naturale, è comunque determinante la libera volontà dell’uomo e non viene costretta o indotto a scrivere in uno stato di malattia senza la sua volontà, ma può agire totalmente libera e non ha assolutamente bisogno di aprire il suo orecchio e il suo cuore. Ma allora anche l’accoglimento del Patrimonio divino spirituale è impossibile. Perciò si trovano soltanto pochi uomini che si offrono totalmente liberi e che ora ascoltano giornalmente nell’interiore con perseveranza, che quindi vogliono e lasciano anche diventare azione la loro volontà, mentre si isolano dal mondo, stabiliscono il contatto interiore con Dio, Lo pregano ed attendono l’esaudimento della loro richiesta. Questo richiede tempo e la rinuncia a ciò che il corpo pretende per sé. Chi ama troppo il suo corpo, cioè chi cerca lo scopo della vita terrena soltanto nel benessere terreno, è totalmente incapace di avere questa volontà, perché il corpo cercherà sempre di nuovo ad indebolire la volontà, ed alla fine l’uomo cederà al desiderio del corpo, diventerà trascurato e pigro, avrà anche una fede soltanto debole nell’Amore e nella Bontà di Dio e non chiederà a Lui il Suo Dono di Grazia, ed allora non gli può nemmeno essere dato. Solo pochi uomini sono pronti a dare la loro volontà a Dio e lasciarsi guidare totalmente da Lui. Ma questi pochi sono veri operai nella Vigna del Signore, si sono affermati come fedeli seguaci di Dio, e perciò ricevono anche costantemente la Forza per far diventare forte la loro volontà. Sono sempre di nuovo pronti ad ascoltare nell’interiore. Ed il risultato è il patrimonio spirituale divino che può avere un inimmaginabile effetto di Benedizione, se anche il prossimo ha di nuovo la volontà di lasciarsi istruire dal primo. La volontà deve diventare nuovamente attiva, perché Dio non costringe nessun uomo di rivolgersi al Suo Regno e con ciò anche alla Sua Grazia. Ma chi ha questa volontà, viene benedetto da Dio e potrà registrare i più grandi successi, sia per la sua propria anima che anche per quelli del prossimo. Egli sarà un operaio di successo nella Vigna del Signore ed ha a disposizione la Forza e la Grazia nella misura più ricca.
