Spiritualization of the substances of the body....

The body should help the soul to spiritual maturity by giving itself up, by suppressing every desire and only allowing the soul's desire to come into its own, which, if the body releases it, completely surrenders to the spirit within itself, thus giving in to its desire and its urge. The more the body joins the soul's desire the more the soul's material external form spiritualizes itself, and then it no longer needs to cover such a long earthly path, whereas a completely materially attuned body still needs a long time after its physical death before it has overcome its desire. The spiritual substances of the outer forms of those souls are, as it were, refined, they are no longer so grossly material, although they are still earthly matter. The soul drags him over into the realm of the spirit to which it has granted all dominion over itself, and the body follows it willingly, it renounces everything that otherwise seemed desirable to it, it is completely without resistance and therefore also no longer turned towards the world. And a person will mature faster if body and soul are subject to the spirit within. The latter now rules them in love and wisdom.... what he demands the soul and the body carries out, and this contributes to spiritual progress. For the soul will be able to hear the voice of the spirit because the body is ready at the same time by keeping every disturbance away from the soul, by putting itself into the state that the voice of the spirit expresses itself. For the body must completely detach itself from the world, it must close its bodily ear and leave the listening to the soul so that it will then convey it to it. The less the soul is hindered by the body, the more audibly the voice of the spirit sounds to it. But the body also has great success. It overcomes matter much more easily, it is, so to speak, strengthened by the food which the soul receives, it spiritualizes itself more and more, and the soul takes spiritual substances of the body into itself when it leaves the world. The earthly material components of the body will not have to go through such a long process of maturing, sometimes they will even be admitted to the formation of a new human soul where they can completely spiritualize themselves. Where soul and body push towards the spirit, such spiritualization is guaranteed if God's eternal order is also paused in the upward development of the spirit. However, the course of ascent development can be considerably shortened when the spiritual's resistance is broken, i.e. when the spiritual itself gives up all resistance, which is always the case, when the body detaches itself from everything it otherwise strives for, when it facilitates the soul's spiritual striving by joining it and seeking to break every earthly fetter through conscious devotion and submission to the spirit within itself, which now draws soul and body to itself, and a rapid ascent development of both is now the result....

Espiritualización de las sustancias del cuerpo....

El cuerpo debe ayudar al alma a la madurez espiritual renunciándose a sí mismo, suprimiendo todo deseo y dejando sólo entrar en juego el deseo del alma, el cual, cuando el cuerpo lo libera, se entrega completamente al espíritu en sí mismo, es decir, cede a sus deseos y anhelos, Cuanto más se une el cuerpo al deseo del alma, más se espiritualiza la forma exterior material del alma ya no necesita recorrer un camino terrenal tan largo, mientras que un cuerpo completamente adaptado materialmente todavía necesita mucho tiempo después de su muerte física antes de que haya superado sus deseos.

Las sustancias espirituales de la forma externa de esa alma, por así decirlo, se han vuelto más finas, ya no son tan de material bruto, aunque siguen siendo material terrenal. El alma lo arrastra a la esfera del Espíritu, al que se ha concedido todo dominio sobre sí mismo, y el cuerpo lo sigue voluntariamente, renuncia a todo lo que de otra manera le parecía deseable, es completamente sin resistencia y, por lo tanto, ya no está dirigido al mundo.

Y un ser humano madurará más rápido si el cuerpo y el alma están subordinados al espíritu en sí mismo. Éste ahora los gobierna en amor y sabiduría.... lo que éste exige, el alma y el cuerpo lo ejecutan, y esto contribuye al progreso espiritual. Porque el alma podrá oír la voz del espíritu porque el cuerpo está preparado al mismo tiempo para mantener al alma alejada de cualquier perturbación poniéndose él mismo en el estado en que la voz del espíritu se expresa. Debido a que el cuerpo debe desprenderse completamente del mundo, debe cerrar su oído físico y dejar que el alma escuche para que entonces el alma se lo transmita al cuerpo.

Cuanto menos el cuerpo obstaculiza al alma, más audible se oye la voz del espíritu. Pero el cuerpo también se beneficia enormemente. Vence mucho más fácilmente la materia, se fortalece, por así decirlo, con el alimento que recibe al alma, se espiritualiza cada vez más y el alma absorbe sustancias espirituales del cuerpo cuando sale del mundo. Los componentes materiales terrenales del cuerpo no tendrán que pasar por un proceso de maduración tan largo y a veces se les permitirá formar una nueva alma humana donde podrán espiritualizarse completamente.

Cuando el alma y el cuerpo se esfuerzan hacia el espíritu, dicha espiritualización está garantizada si el orden eterno de Dios se mantiene también durante el desarrollo superior del espíritu. Sin embargo, el curso de desarrollo ascendente puede acortarse significadamente cuando se haya roto la resistencia de lo espiritual, es decir, cuando lo espiritual mismo renuncia toda resistencia, lo que siempre es el caso cuando el cuerpo se deprende de todo lo demás por lo que normalmente se esfuerza, cuando facilita al alma el esfuerzo espiritual uniéndose él mismo a ella y tratando de romper todos los vínculos terrenales mediante la entrega y la subordinación consciente al espíritu dentro de sí mismo, que ahora atrae al alma y el cuerpo hacia sí, y un rápido desarrollo ascendente de ambos es el resultado....
