The opponent's mask.... 'By their fruits ye shall know them....'

Only divine influences can motivate the human being to act kindly, the forces from below will never teach a person to love or try to make him decide to live in a God-pleasing way. 'By their fruits ye shall know them....' which powers people hand themselves over to. And this should suffice you, who are doubtful. Which spirit should teach you love if not God Himself?.... Love is divine and will therefore never be endorsed by beings which are averted from God.... And once love is taught and practiced the adversary's power will be broken, hence he would deprive himself of a weapon if, for the sake of a mask, he first tried to encourage actions of love; he himself would put the best means into people's hands to realise that he and his activity are averted from God.... But he tries to deceive people, to weaken their every power of judgment, and he indeed wraps the cloak of love around himself, he presents himself as good and noble and then influences people to act contrary to love.... He presents himself as a representative of good and only tries to attain advantages for himself and his own kind which, however, are only purely earthly recognisable and are always achieved at the expense of other people. He does not urge people to accomplish works of love even though he approaches people under the guise of love.... Nor does he pursue spiritual goals, and thereby you also recognise the working from above or from below....

As soon as the transformation of the innermost being into love is being taught you must acknowledge the divine origin and know that only messengers from heaven convey such teaching to you. For the human being redeems himself by means of love, by means of love he liberates himself from the control of God's adversary. He, however, tries to tie people to him again and impels them to commit the most heartless actions, he incites them to openly wage battle against God, against everything that is good, he tries to divert people's thoughts from doing good and only to strive for material things, and his influence aims to destroy everything that testifies to God and of God. And thus he first seeks to encourage people's selfish love, he will never preach neighbourly love to them.... for only in this way will he gain souls for himself. However, divine love reveals itself by teaching people unselfish love, by showing them the path which leads towards regaining the original state which consisted of the purest form of love.... And this is why everything that teaches love must be of divine origin, it must inevitably testify to God, because God Himself is love and He tries to lead everything that once had fallen away from Him back to Him, which is only possible if the human being becomes love himself, wherefore the light beings' every effort applies only to one goal, to instruct people of the teaching of love and to help them to attain God....

Masca Adversarului.... "După roadele lor îi veți cunoaște...."

Numai influxurile divine îl pot determina pe om să acționeze bine, dar niciodată forțele de jos nu-l vor învăța pe om iubirea și nu vor încerca să-l determine să trăiască plăcut lui Dumnezeu. "Îi veți recunoaște după roadele lor....", forțe cărora oamenii se dăruiesc. Și aceasta vă este de ajuns vouă, celor care aveți îndoieli. Ce spirit ar trebui să vă învețe dragostea dacă nu Dumnezeu Însuși?.... Iubirea este divină și, prin urmare, nu va fi niciodată reprezentată de ființe opuse lui Dumnezeu.... Iar odată ce iubirea este învățată și practicată, puterea adversarului este frântă, astfel că el însuși s-ar lipsi de o armă dacă ar vrea să încurajeze oamenii să lucreze cu iubire de dragul unei măști; el ar da oamenilor cele mai bune mijloace pentru a se recunoaște pe ei înșiși și activitatea lor ca fiind întorși de la Dumnezeu.... Dar el caută să-i orbească pe oameni, să le slăbească capacitatea de a judeca, și cu siguranță se învelește în mantia iubirii, se prezintă ca fiind bun și nobil, iar acum îi influențează pe oameni să acționeze împotriva iubirii.... El se prezintă ca reprezentant al binelui și caută doar să obțină avantaje pentru egalii săi, care însă nu sunt recognoscibile decât în termeni pur pământești și care sunt obținute întotdeauna în detrimentul semenilor săi. Nu sunt fapte de iubire pe care el îi îndeamnă pe oameni să le facă, deși se apropie de oameni sub masca iubirii.... Nu sunt nici scopuri spirituale pe care le urmărește, iar prin aceasta recunoașteți, de asemenea, lucrarea de Sus sau de jos.... De îndată ce este învățată transformarea ființei lăuntrice în iubire, trebuie să recunoașteți originea divină și să știți că numai mesagerii Cerului vă transmit o astfel de învățătură. Căci prin iubire ființa umană se răscumpără, prin iubire se eliberează de sub controlul adversarului lui Dumnezeu. Dar acesta încearcă să-i lege din nou pe oameni de el însuși și îi împinge la cele mai neprietenoase acțiuni, îi împinge să lupte în mod deschis împotriva lui Dumnezeu, împotriva a tot ce este bun, încearcă să distragă gândirea oamenilor de la bine și să se străduiască doar pentru lucruri materiale, iar influența sa este îndreptată spre distrugerea tuturor lucrurilor care mărturisesc despre Dumnezeu și de Dumnezeu. Și astfel, el încearcă mai întâi să încurajeze oamenii în iubirea de sine și nu le va predica niciodată iubirea aproapelui, căci numai așa va câștiga sufletele pentru sine. Iubirea divină, însă, se revelează prin educarea oamenilor în iubirea dezinteresată, arătându-le calea care duce la recuperarea stării primordiale, care era iubirea în forma ei cea mai pură.... Și, prin urmare, tot ceea ce învață iubirea trebuie să fie de origine divină, trebuie să mărturisească în mod inevitabil despre Dumnezeu, pentru că Dumnezeu Însuși este iubire și caută să întoarcă la Sine tot ceea ce s-a îndepărtat cândva de El, ceea ce este posibil doar dacă ființa umană devine ea însăși iubire, motiv pentru care toate eforturile ființelor de lumină se aplică doar la un singur scop, acela de a-i instrui pe oameni în învățătura iubirii și de a-i ajuta să ajungă la Dumnezeu....
