Suitability for scrutinising spiritual gifts....

The result of inadequate research will always be negative when it concerns the scrutiny of spiritual products, since the will for rejection already predominates and this resolve is influenced by the opponent of truth. The will to advocate the truth once a person has realised it is absolutely essential for recognising the truth. Yet, precisely this will is lacking in him and, consequently, his reasoning power will be clouded and he will either be not suitable to examine or his judgment will no longer be reliable. Every serious examiner must undertake this task impartially; he must sincerely look for the truth and be willing to accept the recognised truth without prejudice. Then he will only reject that which he cannot inwardly affirm, and he will be supported by beings which want to help him know the truth and will guide his thinking correctly. For this reason, only people who do not follow a specific school of thought are suitable to examine spiritual results, otherwise their thinking is no longer unbiased, for the teachings intended to be scrutinised will clash with the doctrines of their school of thought and then it will require an exceptionally firm will in order to become completely free from the latter. And so the most convinced followers are often gained amongst people whose thoughts are not committed to teachings of a different school of thought, because they will scrutinise everything without resistance and subsequently also penetrate deeper into the spiritual information offered to them and consequently also recognise it as truth, because the truth speaks for itself as long as it is not interspersed by error which clouds a person's understanding. Then the bearers of the pure truth and the followers of other schools of thought will, understandably, oppose each other, because the latter are convinced of their points of view and therefore don't examine other spiritual gifts seriously enough but, on the other hand, always feel affronted as soon as they are confronted with views which were offered from the spiritual kingdom. There will only ever be individual people with the will and the ability to scrutinise spiritual gifts, and therefore only a few people will recognise the truth in them. Nevertheless, the attempt should be made everywhere to persuade people to examine the gifts from above, so that people will take notice of them and that it will awaken their desire for truth which can also train their ability to weigh up the different points of view against each other and then choose that which is right. Then it will still remain up to a person's free will to form his own opinion of the spiritual gifts.... for he will not be forced by any means to accept or to reject them....

Idoneidad para examinar los dones espirituales....

El resultado de una investigación inadecuada siempre será negativo cuando se trata de examinar productos espirituales, porque entonces predomina la voluntad de rechazar y en esta voluntad influye el oponente de la verdad. Para reconocer la verdad es absolutamente necesario tener la voluntad de trabajar por ella, tan pronto como el humano la haya reconocido. Pero es precisamente esta voluntad la que le falta, y entonces su pensamiento intelectual también se nublará y no será apto para examinarlo, o su juicio ya no será fiable. Quien examina seriamente tiene que emprender esta tarea con imparcialidad; tiene que buscar seriamente la verdad y querer aceptar la verdad sin prejuicios. Entonces sólo rechaza lo que interiormente no puede afirmar, y entonces se apoya en seres que quieren ayudarle a encontrar la verdad y que ahora guían su pensamiento correctamente.

Y es por eso que sólo los humanos que aún no son seguidores de una dirección espiritual son aptos para examinar resultados espirituales, de lo contrario, su pensamiento ya no está libre de influencia, porque las enseñanzas de esa dirección espiritual ahora se oponen a las enseñanzas que se deben probar, y entonces se necesita una voluntad firme de liberarse completamente de ellas. Y es por eso que generalmente se gana los seguidores más convencidos entre los humanos cuyo pensamiento no está limitado por otra dirección espiritual, porque examinarán todo sin resistencia interior y ahora también penetran más profundamente en los bienes espirituales que se les ofrecen y, en consecuencia, también reconocerlas como verdad, porque la verdad habla por sí sola mientras no esté plagada de errores y entonces la fuerza de cognición está nublada.

Y es comprensible que los portadores de la verdad pura y los seguidores de otras direcciones espirituales ahora estén en desacuerdo porque estos últimos están convencidos de su puntos de vista y, por lo tanto, no examinan con suficiente seriedad otros dones espirituales, pero por otro lado siempre se sienten atacados en cuanto se les oponen puntos de vista.... que son ofrecidos del reino espiritual.

Siempre son sólo humanos individuales los que tienen la voluntad y la capacidad de examinar los dones espirituales y, por lo tanto, sólo unos pocos humanos reconocerán la verdad de ellos, pero se deben hacer esfuerzos en todas partes para que los humanos prueben los dones de lo alto, para que los humanos lo tomen en cuenta y la voluntad y el deseo de la verdad se activan en ellos y, por lo tanto, se puede desarrollar la capacidad de sopesar los diferentes puntos de vista entre sí y luego decidir lo qué es correcto. Entonces aún queda el libre albedrío del hombre de cómo se relaciona con los dones espirituales.... Porque de ninguna manera está obligado a aceptarlos o rechazarlos....
