Suffering and tribulations through divine intervention....

For many people the suffering and tribulations only begin with the divine intervention, for they had previously remained untouched by it and ignored all admonitions. The adversity of their fellow human beings did not bring about a change in their thinking and therefore they themselves must now suffer hardship which is, as it were, the last resort for their salvation.... And that is why those countries will now be affected which have so far been spared severe suffering and yet are not blameless for the world events which have brought unspeakable suffering upon people. Many people pass by the hardship of their fellow human beings harshly and unfeelingly and it is these who have to endure the suffering themselves, which their will approved of when it came upon their fellow human beings because they saw their enemy in the latter. And what people inflict on their fellow human beings now falls back on them a thousand fold.... And they now have to atone in this way, except that human will cannot put an end to the misery, for it is not human powers which now express themselves but divine will itself is at work and hits people at their most vulnerable point.... He takes all possessions from people, He makes them poor and weak and completely dependent on His grace. And in this adversity people should learn to recognize that they are unable to do anything by their own strength, they should learn to understand that God is just and that He sensitively punishes people who have transgressed against Him and His commandments, but that He also protects those who are closely connected to Him even though they are surrounded by people who no longer care much about God. And many will still come to their senses and compare their own fate with that of those people whose downfall was destined by human beings. What God is now sending upon people is so powerful and sorrowful that every thinking person would have to recognize a higher will in it and reflect on himself. But again he will only think of himself; he will not see the general misery but only look at himself and his fate. And so charity will be practiced little, everyone will only strive to improve his own lot and again he will pass by the misery of his fellow human being.... And God, Who knows everyone's will, therefore sends such great suffering upon people in order to change this will, to make them soft and compassionate and to let them seek refuge in Him, Who alone can turn their fate around for the better.

Souffrances et affliction au travers de l'Intervention divine

Pour beaucoup d'hommes les souffrances et les afflictions commenceront seulement avec l'Intervention divine, parce qu’auparavant ils n’ont pas été touchés et ont laissé inaperçue chaque mise en garde. La misère du prochain n'a apporté aucun changement à leurs pensées et donc une misère doit venir sur eux parce que c’est le dernier moyen pour leur salut. Et donc maintenant les pays qui jusqu'à présent étaient restés épargnés par une grave souffrance sont frappés parce que de toute façon ils ne sont pas innocents dans l'événement mondial qui a apporté une l'indicible souffrance sur les hommes. Les hommes passent durement et insensiblement au-delà de la misère du prochain et ce sont ceux-là qui doivent goûter jusqu'au bout la souffrance que leur volonté a approuvé lorsqu’elle venait sur le prochain, parce que dans ces derniers ils voyaient leur ennemi. Et ce que les hommes provoquent à leur prochain, retombe maintenant mille fois sur eux-mêmes. Et maintenant ils doivent expier, mais aucune volonté humaine ne peut mettre une fin à leur misère, parce que ce ne sont pas des puissances humaines qui maintenant se manifestent, mais la Volonté divine Elle-Même est à l'Œuvre et frappe les hommes sur leur point le plus vulnérable. Elle enlève aux hommes toute possession, et les rend pauvres et faibles et totalement dépendant de Sa Grâce. Et dans cette misère l'homme doit apprendre à reconnaître qu'il ne peut rien avec sa force, il doit apprendre à admettre que Dieu est juste et qu'Il punit sensiblement les hommes qui se sont tournés contre Lui et Ses Commandements; mais qu'Il protège ceux qui sont étroitement unis avec Lui, bien qu’ils soient entourés d'hommes pour lesquels Dieu n’a plus beaucoup de signification. Certains arriveront encore à la réflexion et compareront leur sort avec celui des hommes qui sont destinés à la ruine du fait des hommes. Ce que Dieu envoie maintenant sur les hommes est si énorme et plein de souffrance, que chaque homme qui réfléchit peut reconnaître dans cela une Volonté Supérieure et il devrait entrer en lui-même. Mais il pensera seulement à lui; il ne verra pas la misère générale, et il considérera seulement lui-même et son sort. Et ainsi l'amour pour le prochain sera rarement exercé, chacun tendra seulement à améliorer son sort, et de nouveau il passera au-delà de la misère du prochain. Et Dieu, qui connaît la volonté de chacun, enverra alors une très grande misère sur les hommes, pour changer leur volonté, pour les rendre souples et sensibles et il les fera chercher refuge en Lui qui, seul, peut de nouveau changer en bien leur destin.
