Increased level of suffering and hardship....

The world will still have to go through boundless misery because the time is coming to an end which is given to people for their final redemption. They still have to endure much suffering and fight unspeakably, for it is a struggle with the forces of the underworld from whose influence they are to free themselves. This liberation can only be possible with the support of good forces, with the help of God, Who therefore has to be called upon because His strength and help cannot be given to people unsolicited as long as they do not acknowledge God and His working of love. However, humanity is very stubborn and cannot find the path to God on its own, therefore suffering and adversity approach them to such an extent that they are, as it were, forced onto the path which leads to God.... that they have to turn to Him in prayer because they have no other earthly way out. And yet the majority of people pass Him by and thus increase the extent of their suffering and hardship. And God's mercy now resorts to the last resort in order to win over the few who have not yet made up their minds.... He allows a calamity to befall the earth which was not caused by human will, although human will, because it is turned away from God, is the indirect cause of the event.... He determines the elements of nature to extraordinary activity.... He expresses Himself in such a way that people are now once again forced to take a stand towards God, that they can now easily establish the right relationship with Him if their souls are not completely hardened. divine will determines the time, and His power expresses itself when a low point has been reached on earth which necessitates divine intervention. The hard trials beforehand are likewise an opportunity to establish the right relationship with God, and blessed is he who does so, even if he loses his earthly life as a result. He is then protected from complete darkness as soon as he enters the spiritual kingdom. Earthly suffering is not as agonizing as a state of complete darkness in the beyond. But the suffering on earth takes on forms which would have to shake the entire human race in its thinking, for it is faced with changes in living conditions which seem unbearable to it.... Yet even then the eternal deity will still not be recognized, indeed, the great suffering will still contribute towards denying Him completely. But these people are already so far away from God that there is no salvation for them in this period of redemption. They have to cover the path on earth once more and start it again in the most solid matter, which is unimaginably agonizing.... yet their will itself determines and entails the consequences, for if the human will is not yet broken in a time of greatest hardship and earthly tribulations, if it does not yet submit itself to the eternal deity, then God's merciful love has to resort to other means in order to still change this will.... He has to bind it again in such a way that it longs for freedom.... And this is a new period of redemption which will soon begin and thus signifies the end of the old earth, which is imminent....

Erhöhtes Maß der Leiden und Nöte....

Grenzenloses Elend wird die Welt noch durchmachen müssen, denn die Zeit geht ihrem Ende entgegen, die den Menschen zur letzten Erlösung gegeben ist. Sie müssen noch viel Leid erdulden und unsagbar kämpfen, denn es ist ein Ringen mit den Kräften der Unterwelt, von deren Einfluß sie sich frei machen sollen. Es kann diese Befreiung nur möglich sein mit Unterstützung guter Kräfte, mit Hilfe Gottes, Der deshalb angerufen werden muß, weil Seine Kraft und Hilfe unerbeten den Menschen nicht zugehen kann, solange sie Gott und Sein Wirken der Liebe nicht anerkennen. Die Menschheit ist jedoch sehr verstockten Sinnes, und den Weg zu Gott findet sie nicht von selbst, deswegen tritt das Leid und die Not in einem Ausmaß an sie heran, daß sie gleichsam hingedrängt werden auf den Weg, der zu Gott führt.... daß sie sich im Gebet an Ihn wenden müssen, weil irdisch ihnen kein anderer Ausweg bleibt. Und dennoch geht die Mehrzahl der Menschen an Ihm vorüber und erhöht so das Maß der Leiden und Nöte. Und Gottes Barmherzigkeit greift nun zum letzten Mittel, um die wenigen noch für sich zu gewinnen, die sich noch nicht entschieden haben.... Er läßt ein Unglück über die Erde kommen, das nicht Menschenwille veranlaßt hat, obwohl der menschliche Wille, weil er Gott abgewandt ist, die indirekte Ursache des Geschehens ist.... Er bestimmet die Naturelemente zu außergewöhnlicher Tätigkeit.... Er äußert Sich in einer Weise, daß die Menschen nun noch einmal gezwungen sind, Stellung zu nehmen zu Gott, daß sie nun leicht das rechte Verhältnis zu Ihm herstellen können, wenn ihre Seelen nicht gänzlich verstockt sind. Der göttliche Wille bestimmet die Zeit, und Seine Macht äußert sich, so irdisch ein Tiefstand erreicht worden ist, der den göttlichen Eingriff erforderlich macht. Die harten Prüfungen zuvor sind gleichfalls eine Möglichkeit, das rechte Verhältnis zu Gott herzustellen, und gesegnet, der dies tut, wenngleich er dadurch sein irdisches Leben verliert. Er ist dann bewahrt vor gänzlicher Finsternis, sowie er in das geistige Reich eingeht. Das irdische Leid ist nicht so qualvoll, wie ein Zustand gänzlicher Finsternis im Jenseits ist. Das Leid auf Erden aber nimmt Formen an, daß die gesamte Menschheit in ihrem Denken erschüttert werden müßte, denn sie steht Veränderungen der Lebensverhältnisse gegenüber, die ihr unertragbar erscheinen.... Doch es wird die ewige Gottheit auch dann noch nicht erkannt werden, ja das große Leid wird noch dazu beitragen, Ihn gänzlich zu verneinen. Diese Menschen aber sind Gott schon so fern, daß es für sie keine Rettung mehr gibt in dieser Erlösungsperiode. Sie müssen den Gang auf Erden noch einmal zurücklegen und ihn beginnen wieder in der festesten Materie, der unvorstellbar qualvoll ist.... doch ihr Wille selbst bestimmt und zieht die Folgen nach sich, denn wenn der menschliche Wille in einer Zeit der größten Not und irdischen Drangsale noch nicht gebrochen wird, wenn er sich auch dann noch nicht der ewigen Gottheit unterstellt, dann muß die erbarmende Liebe Gottes zu anderen Mitteln greifen, um diesen Willen noch zu wandeln.... Er muß ihn erneut binden in der Form, auf daß er nach Freiheit verlange.... Und es ist dies eine neue Erlösungsperiode, die bald ihren Anfang nimmt und somit das Ende der alten Erde bedeutet, das in Kürze bevorsteht....
