Researching the mind.... connectedness to God....

Every desiring person will be given spiritual nourishment and thereby he will recognize God's love and kindness which reveals itself to him by illuminating his spirit. And this love expresses itself in such a way that thought follows thought and the human being becomes knowledgeable.... that the one who has become knowledgeable no longer harbours any doubts as to whether his knowledge corresponds to the truth. Every person will indeed advocate what he has mentally made his own, even though it need not be the pure truth, but in most cases it is knowledge taken over from people; it is therefore thoughts that he has not born himself but that have been transferred to him by fellow human beings. Such knowledge cannot be called self-acquired knowledge as long as it has not become his own spiritual knowledge through deep reflection.... And this reflection must now take place with the help of the divine spirit, i.e. the spirit of God must be approached for its work, which now separates right thoughts from wrong ones and gives the human being the realization of what is right and what is wrong. People make many assertions, all of which have been gained through intellectual thought, and yet they differ from one another and no human being can be blamed for a lack of intellectual activity.... On the other hand, the desire for the pure truth will be quite different in its strength. And this is the reason why all the results of intellectual activity are different. For only the desire for truth guarantees pure truth.... Because only then can God Himself, as the eternal truth, reveal Himself and He will also reveal Himself because His love wants to give man the truth which is to make him happy. Whoever desires to receive knowledge from God Himself will truly also be in the right knowledge; whoever excludes God and searches without Him, his thoughts cannot move in truth, because truth is only with God, nowhere else. Right thinking, i.e. knowledge that corresponds to the truth, cannot be achieved without being connected to God, even though the greatest worldly wise make it their life's work to penetrate this in a research-like manner. His knowledge will never go beyond visible or tangible things which can be verified and proven on earth.... But how all these things are connected with God, with the creator, what spiritual meaning all that man sees and what surrounds him has, that cannot be fathomed scientifically. But the human being who is intimately united with God can ask Him all these questions, they will be answered for him through God's great love and grace, and he will very well recognize the thoughts which now arise in him as God's answer, they will appear to him as truth, they will move and delight him because truth is something divine and therefore must also delight and satisfy. This is why the person who has received such knowledge from God Himself will no longer ponder and research but unconditionally accept what he has received as truth, whereas the intellectual researcher will not stop his pondering and researching because he lacks innermost conviction, because he will not remain without doubt and ever new thoughts will make him discard the old ones, provided they are thoughts which have not emerged from his heart but from his intellect. However, if he has received it from fellow human beings, then his conviction is only weak and will soon be shaken as soon as he earnestly desires the truth. The will for truth and the call to God as the eternal truth is absolutely necessary in order to receive the pure truth and to be able to recognize it as pure truth....

L’indagare d’intelletto – L’unione con Dio

Ad ogni uomo desideroso verrà somministrato il Cibo spirituale ed in ciò riconosce l’Amore e la Bontà di Dio che Si manifesta a lui mentre illumina il suo spirito. E questo Amore si manifesta in un modo che si allinea pensiero a pensiero e l’uomo diventa sapiente, colui che è diventato sapiente ora non ha più nessun dubbio in sé che il suo sapere corrisponde alla Verità. Ogni uomo rappresenterà bensì ciò che si è reso proprio mentalmente, benché non sia necessariamente la pura Verità, ma allora è quasi sempre un sapere tramandato da uomini; sono quindi pensieri che lui stesso non ha generato, ma che gli sono stati trasmessi da prossimi. Un tale sapere non può essere chiamato un sapere propriamente conquistato, finché attraverso una profonda riflessione su ciò non sia diventato un proprio patrimonio spirituale. E questa riflessione deve ora avvenire sotto il co-aiuto dello Spirito divino, cioè dev’essere richiesto allo Spirito di Dio che ora separa pensieri giusti da quelli sbagliati e dà all’uomo la conoscenza di ciò che giusto e ciò che è sbagliato. Gli uomini sollevano molte affermazioni che sono tutte conquistate tramite il pensare d’intelletto e deviano comunque l’una dall’altra ed a nessun uomo può essere messa a carico una imperfetta attività d’intelletto. Contro questa il desiderio per la pura Verità sarà del tutto diverso nella sua forza. E la causa è da ricercare nel fatto che tutti i risultati dell’attività d’intelletto sono differenti, perché solo il desiderio per la Verità garantisce anche la pura Verità, perché solo allora Si può rivelare Dio Stesso come l’eterna Verità e Si può anche rivelare, perché il Suo Amore vuole rivolgere all’uomo la Verità che lo deve rendere felice. Chi desidera ricevere il sapere da Dio Stesso starà anche davvero nel giusto sapere; chi esclude Dio ed indaga senza di Lui, i suoi pensieri non si possono muovere nella Verità, perché questa è soltanto presso Dio, altrimenti da nessun’altra parte. Il giusto pensare, quindi il sapere che corrisponde alla Verità, non è ottenibile senza l’unione con Dio, benché i più grandi saggi del mondo si rendono come compito di vita di penetrare nella Verità con la ricerca. Il suo sapere non andrà mai oltre delle cose visibili o afferrabili che si lasciano esaminare e dimostrare in modo terreno. Ma come sono collegate tutte queste cose con Dio, con il Creatore, quale significato abbia tutto ciò che l’uomo vede e lo circonda, non si può sondare scientificamente. L’uomo intimamente unito con Dio però può porGli tutte queste domande, attraverso il grande Amore e Grazia di Dio gli vengono risposte e riconoscerà ora bensì i pensieri che sorgono in lui come Risposta di Dio, gli appariranno come Verità, lo muoveranno e lo renderanno felice, perché la Verità è qualcosa di Divino e quindi deve anche rendere felice e soddisfatto. Perciò un uomo che ha ricevuto da Dio Stesso un tale sapere, non ricercherà e non si scervellerà più, mentre il ricercatore intellettuale non cesserà nel suo scervellarsi ed indagare, perché gli manca la convinzione più interiore, perché non rimane senza dubbi e pensieri sempre nuovi gli faranno rigettare i vecchi, per quanto il patrimonio mentale sia buono, che non è proceduto dal suo cuore, ma dal suo intelletto. Ma se l’ha ricevuto da prossimi, allora anche la sua convinzione è solo debole e presto verrà scossa, appena desidera seriamente la Verità. La volontà per la Verità e l’invocazione a Dio come l’eterna Verità, è assolutamente necessaria per ricevere la pura Verità e di poterla anche riconoscere come pura Verità.
