Indications of natural event.... Jesus’ reference on earth....

It is not coincidence that increased indications in nature suggest an eruption of the elements, for God sends these signs in advance in order to prepare people for an exceptional natural event which will suddenly and unexpectedly take people by surprise and result in inconceivable misery. People are meant to associate these indications with His Word, for Jesus Christ already mentioned this time when He lived on earth, because He wanted to point out to people the eventual consequences of their way of life. This time is now approaching; people should heed the signs which announce the event.... They should not ignore anything that deviates from the framework of natural law. God announces Himself, that is, His intervention in the existing world order, it is not His will that people should experience anything unprepared which should and can advance them spiritually if the correlation of all happenings is explained to them. For this reason God constantly refers to the forthcoming time and informs people that the time has come which necessitates divine intervention. Then it is left up to every individual person himself what he makes of this warning.... If he believes, he will adjust his life accordingly, he will make contact with God and humbly entrust his destiny to Him.... They will not be in as much danger as those people who lack all faith in an intervention. The latter will not prepare themselves either, instead, all references and admonitions will bypass their ears unheeded. And the natural event will be dreadful for them.

For profound faith gives a person the confidence that they are protected by God in every danger; yet an unbeliever will have nothing to hold on to if he does not recognise a Lord above Himself at the last minute and commends himself to His mercy. God sends His messengers long before the event already in order to stimulate humanity’s thinking, and these indications can be recognised by everyone who wants to recognise them. They will give rise to thought because they don’t just occur once but repeat themselves often and at regular intervals, so that they will have to be noticed by everyone. But every person usually devises his own explanation and this depending on his attitude towards God. As soon as he associates these phenomena with God’s will, he pays attention to them and thereby benefits, since he prepares himself for the time ahead, which is of great advantage for his soul. What God has proclaimed in Word and Scripture will irrevocably come to pass, only the point in time is unknown to people.... For this reason they should pay attention to the signs which God had mentioned. And thus they will know that the earth will be facing severe tremors which will cause incredible suffering to the human race.... Then it is up to every person to shape himself such that he can brace himself for the coming time.... He should persevere and appeal for strong faith so as not to weaken in view of the work of destruction which is in store for humanity. And God will take care of every person who pays attention to His Word and consciously expects the divine intervention....

Voorteken voor 'n natuurverschijnsel - Vermelding door Jezus op aarde

Het is geen toevalligheid dat de voortekenen in de natuur toenemen, die tot een uitbarsting van de elementen doen concluderen, want God zendt al deze voortekenen vooraf om de mensen voor te bereiden op een buitengewoon gebeuren in de natuur dat plotseling en onverwacht de mensen zal verrassen en 'n onvoorstelbare ellende ten gevolge heeft. De mensen moeten deze voortekenen in verband brengen met Zijn woord, want Jezus Christus heeft reeds van deze tijd melding gemaakt toen Hij op aarde leefde, omdat Hij de mensen erop wilde wijzen, welke gevolgen hun levenswandel eens zou opleveren. En nu is de tijd dichtbij, nu moeten de mensen aandacht schenken aan de tekenen die het gebeuren aankondigen.

Ze moeten niets onopgemerkt laten wat buiten de grenzen van het natuurlijke valt. God kondigt zich zelf, dat wil zeggen: Zijn ingrijpen in de bestaande wereldorde, aan. Hij wil de mensen niets onvoorbereid laten beleven, wat hun geestelijk resultaat moet en kan opleveren, als hun de samenhang van al het gebeuren duidelijk wordt gemaakt. En daarom wijst God onophoudelijk op de komende tijd en Hij stelt de mensen ervan in kennis, dat de tijd is gekomen die het goddelijke ingrijpen vereist. En nu rust het op ieder mens, hoe hij zich tegenover deze aankondiging opstelt.

Als hij gelooft, zal hij daaraan beantwoordend zijn leven instellen, hij zal zich met God verbinden en zijn lot berustend aan Hem overlaten.

Die zijn niet in zo groot gevaar als de mensen bij wie elk geloof aan een ingrijpen ontbreekt. Dezen zullen zich ook niet voorbereiden, veeleer zullen alle aanwijzingen en aanmaningen ongehoord aan hun oren wegsterven. En voor hen zal het natuurverschijnsel vreselijk zijn. Want een diep geloof geeft de mens het vaste vertrouwen dat God hem beschermt in elk gevaar, maar de ongelovige zal zonder enige houvast zijn als hij niet te elfder ure een Heer boven zich onderkent en zich in diens genade aanbeveelt. God zendt lange tijd tevoren al voortekenen om de mensheid tot denken aan te zetten en deze voortekenen zijn door ieder mens te herkennen die ze wil zien. Ze zullen tot denken aansporen, omdat ze niet slechts één keer zichtbaar worden, maar zich nog vaak en regelmatig herhalen, zodat ze ieder mens moeten opvallen. Maar de mens vormt zich meestal zijn uitleg zelf, en deze steeds naar zijn instelling tot God. Zodra hij al deze verschijnselen met de wil van God in verband brengt, schenkt hij er aandacht aan en doet er daardoor zelf zijn voordeel mee, omdat hij zich voorbereidt op de komende tijd en dit erg succesvol is voor zijn ziel. Wat God heeft verkondigd in woord en geschrift, wordt onherroepelijk vervuld en alleen het tijdstip is voor de mensen nog onzeker.

En daarom moeten ze op de tekenen letten waarvan God melding heeft gemaakt. En dus zullen ze weten dat de aarde spoedig grote schokken zal ondergaan en dat de mensheid daardoor onnoemelijk leed is beschoren.

En nu ligt het aan hem zich zo te vormen, dat hij de komende tijd voorbereid kan afwachten.

Hij moet worstelen en vragen om een sterk geloof, opdat hij niet zwak wordt ten aanzien van het werk van vernietiging dat de mensheid nu te wachten staat. En God zal zich om ieder bekommeren die aandacht schenkt aan Zijn woorden en bewust het goddelijke ingrijpen verwacht.
