Anti-God forces.... intervention of God....

The forces opposing God are extraordinarily active in poisoning people's thinking and distracting them from God, from recognizing the truth, and this is the cause of the war of annihilation which they wage against each other. They shy away from nothing and have no qualms whatsoever about handing themselves over to these forces by participating in or even agreeing to this war of annihilation, and they are completely taken over by these forces and what they ask people to do they willingly carry out. And so the evil power itself works through the people who hand themselves over to it through their way of life, through their attitude and their actions. This is synonymous with spiritual decline, with the uselessness of life on earth.... with the death of the soul.... And the adversary wins soul after soul as soon as he wins people for his shameful plans, and he utilizes their inclination towards matter, their greed for earthly possessions in such a way that they completely fall prey to him, that they only strive for earthly possessions and lose their souls for their sake, that they sell their souls in order to enrich themselves with transient, worthless possessions.... And this is the time when God puts a stop to the adversary's activity.... What people do not shy away from, He makes them urgently aware of by now affecting them Himself, by seemingly favouring the work of the one who strives for destruction. However, He wrings the power out of His adversary's hands.... It is now no longer up to people to carry out the work of destruction as before, but God Himself intervenes destructively by virtue of His will and His power.... And people cannot resist His will, they cannot stop Him and must powerlessly submit to God Himself taking the reins and world events now taking their course in accordance with His divine will. What people themselves previously carried out will now happen without their co-operation and cannot be ended by human will either but will have to be endured by them until God Himself ends it. And now the adversary's activity and the divine power will become apparent. Anyone who recognizes the latter in the event is not yet completely lost, even though he will be severely affected, for anyone who tries to find the explanation for every event in God and His will will now also live his earthly life accordingly and use it for the benefit of his soul. But he who does not recognize the arm of God in it will only see the earthly decay, he will only look at the earthly destruction with a worldly eye, and he can no longer be offered spiritual salvation. He is still completely captivated by matter and only looks at all worldly events from the point of view of the loser or the winner. He has fallen prey to evil power and the demon has taken possession of him and his soul....

Gottgegnerische Kräfte.... Eingriff Gottes....

Die Gott-gegnerischen Kräfte sind außerordentlich rege, das Denken der Menschen zu vergiften und sie von Gott, vom Erkennen der Wahrheit, abzulenken, und es ist dies die Ursache des Vernichtungskampfes, den sie gegeneinander führen. Sie scheuen vor nichts zurück und haben keinerlei Bedenken, daß sie sich diesen Kräften ausliefern durch ihre Mitwirkung oder auch Zustimmung an diesem Vernichtungskampf, und sie werden von jenen Kräften gänzlich in Beschlag genommen, und was sie die Menschen zu tun heißen, führen diese willig aus. Und also wirket die böse Macht selbst durch die Menschen, die sich ihr ausliefern durch ihren Lebenswandel, durch ihre Gesinnung und ihre Handlungen. Es ist dies gleichbedeutend mit geistigem Niedergang, mit Nutzlosigkeit des Erdenlebens.... mit dem Tode der Seele.... Und es gewinnt der Widersacher Seele für Seele, sowie er die Menschen für seine schändlichen Pläne gewinnt, und er nützet deren Hang zur Materie, die Gier nach irdischem Besitz in einer Weise, daß sie ihm gänzlich verfallen, daß sie nur noch irdische Güter anstreben und um derentwillen ihre Seelen verlieren, daß sie ihre Seele verkaufen, um sich zu bereichern an vergänglichem, wertlosem Gut.... Und das ist die Zeit, da Gott dem Wirken des Widersachers Einhalt gebietet.... Wovor die Menschen nicht zurückscheuen, das hält Er ihnen eindringlich vor Augen, indem Er sie nun selbst in Mitleidenschaft zieht, indem Er scheinbar das Wirken dessen begünstigt, der die Vernichtung anstrebt. Jedoch windet Er Seinem Gegner die Macht aus den Händen.... Es ist nun nicht mehr den Menschen anheimgestellt, das Vernichtungswerk auszuführen wie bisher, sondern Gott Selbst greift zerstörend ein kraft Seines Willens und Seiner Macht.... Und Seinem Willen können die Menschen nicht widerstehen, sie können Ihn nicht hindern und müssen sich ohnmächtig fügen, daß Gott Selbst die Zügel in die Hand nimmt und das Weltgeschehen nun seinen Gang nimmt Seinem göttlichen Willen entsprechend. Was Menschen selbst zuvor ausübten, das wird nun ohne deren Mitwirkung geschehen und auch nicht beendet werden können durch menschlichen Willen, sondern so lange von ihnen ertragen werden müssen, bis Gott Selbst es beendet. Und nun wird offenbar werden das Wirken des Gegners und die göttliche Macht. Wer letztere erkennt in dem Geschehen, der ist noch nicht gänzlich verloren, wenngleich er empfindlich getroffen wird, denn wer die Erklärung eines jeden Geschehens in Gott und Seinem Willen zu finden sucht, der wird auch sein Erdenleben nun entsprechend leben und nützen zum Wohl seiner Seele. Wer aber den Arm Gottes darin nicht erkennt, der wird nur den irdischen Verfall sehen, er wird die irdische Vernichtung nur mit weltlichem Auge betrachten, und ihm kann keine seelische Rettung mehr geboten werden. Er ist von der Materie noch gänzlich gefangengenommen, und er betrachtet ein jegliches Weltgeschehen nur vom Standpunkt des Verlierers oder Gewinners aus. Er ist der bösen Gewalt verfallen, und der Dämon hat Besitz genommen von ihm und seiner Seele....
