Neighbourly love corresponds to the original state of being....

Active neighbourly love is no longer practiced by people because everyone only strives for their own well-being, i.e. selfish love is too strongly developed. This attitude of people is contrary to the original nature and the original purpose, for the being emerged from love and its activity should be an act of love.... it emerged from the all-encompassing love of God and should radiate love again.... Human love, however, is small and narrowly limited, it only extends to one's own body, it is therefore not blissful but only demanding.... It is not giving, but always demanding, and it will never be equal to divine love. Active neighbourly love corresponds more to the original state and the original determination of the being, and therefore only through it can the being free itself from self-love and come closer to the original state again. It is selfless and only wants to please, and consequently it must be of divine origin, that is, it must flow from a heart that feels connected to God and can therefore receive God's emanation of love. Divine love constantly distributes, just as active neighbourly love is a constant distribution of what the person himself possesses or receives. Self-love, on the other hand, does not give but takes everything for itself, it does not make happy and is in no way divine, but rather proves that it belongs to the one who rejects divine love and has fallen prey to unkindness. In His immense love God created human beings in order to restore the beingness to its original state, in order to give it back what it had once lost because His love constantly wants to give and the hapless state does not correspond to His feeling of love. However, the beingness can only receive His emanation of love again and therefore only be in a happy state when it has shaped itself into love, when it distributes love itself in complete unselfishness. Only then will its feelings, thoughts and actions correspond to its original state, which was a state of deepest and purest love and the being was therefore similar to God and could be close to Him. But this state should also make the being happy again, for it is the final goal of all beingness that emerged from God, and it can only be achieved if the human being practices love, if he unselfishly distributes to his fellow human being what he himself possesses and what he himself deems desirable. For giving love is divine, and thus it must also mould the giver into a divine being, it must stimulate the heart to ever more eager loving activity and reduce the distance from God ever more.... The loving person must find union with God through his activity of love and be seized by divine love, which radiates through him more and more until the being has completely become love, until it is again what it originally was.... a spiritual being that has emerged from divine love, that is in the closest union with God, that can work and create like Him....

A caridade corresponde ao estado primordial do ser-estar....

As pessoas já não praticam o amor de vizinhança activo porque cada um se esforça apenas pelo seu próprio bem, ou seja, o amor pelo ego está demasiado desenvolvido. Esta atitude das pessoas é contrária à natureza e ao propósito original, pois o ser surgiu do amor e sua atividade deve ser o trabalho do amor.... emergiu do amor universal de Deus e deve irradiar o amor novamente.... O amor humano, no entanto, é pequeno e limitado, estende-se apenas ao seu próprio corpo, pelo que não é gratificante, mas apenas exigente.... Não é dar, mas sempre exigente, e nunca será igual ao amor divino. O amor de vizinhança ativo corresponde mais ao estado original e à determinação original da beingness, e portanto só através dele o ser pode se libertar do amor próprio e se aproximar novamente do estado original. É altruísta e só quer fazer feliz, e consequentemente deve ser de origem divina, fluindo assim de um coração que se sente ligado a Deus e pode assim receber a emanação do amor de Deus. O amor divino distribui constantemente, assim como o amor de vizinhança ativa é também uma distribuição constante do que o próprio ser humano possui ou recebe. O amor, por outro lado, não dá, mas reclama tudo por si mesmo, não faz feliz e não é de forma alguma abordável divinamente, mas ainda assim prova a filiação àquele que rejeita o amor divino e é viciado na indelicadeza. Deus, em Seu amor maior que grande, criou o ser humano para restaurar a disposição ao seu estado original, a fim de devolver-lhe o que um dia perdeu porque Seu amor quer dar constantemente e o estado infeliz não corresponde ao Seu sentimento de amor. Mas o ser só pode receber novamente a Sua emanação de amor e assim estar num estado feliz se se tiver moldado em amor, se distribuir o amor em total altruísmo. Só então seus sentimentos, pensamentos e ações corresponderão ao seu estado original, que era um estado de amor mais profundo e puro e, portanto, o ser era semelhante a Deus e podia estar próximo a Ele. Mas este estado também deve fazer o ser feliz novamente, pois é a meta final de toda a beingness que surgiu de Deus, e só pode ser alcançada se o ser humano praticar o amor, se ele entregar desinteressadamente ao seu semelhante o que ele próprio possui e o que lhe parece desejável. Porque dar amor é divino, e assim também deve moldar o doador em um ser divino, deve estimular o coração em uma atividade de amor cada vez mais ávida e reduzir a distância de Deus cada vez mais.... O ser humano amoroso deve encontrar a união com Deus através de sua atividade de amor e ser tomado pelo amor divino, que irradia através dele cada vez mais até que o ser se tenha tornado completamente amor, até que seja novamente o que era originalmente.... ser espiritual que emergiu do amor divino, que pode estar em íntima união com Deus, que pode trabalhar e criar como Ele...._>Amém
