God guides the life of every person....

God's ways are inscrutable. He directs and guides every person's steps through His counsel, always for the person's own good, even if he does not recognize it; and even the smallest event has its purpose, for nothing that affects the individual is without purpose and meaning. And if you humans bear this in mind and have faith in divine guidance, you will endure your earthly life more easily and also benefit from it. Everything is based on God's will and the more devotedly you submit to it, the more beneficial it will be for you. What is often incomprehensible to you humans can bring about the greatest spiritual successes, and therefore God often puts people in situations which shake their entire thinking and turn it towards realization.... The individual's path through life will always have his spiritual development as its goal, and when this goal is reached the soul thanks its creator for all the pain and suffering it had to endure. And if the human being is incapable of change on earth, then the soul's detachment from the form must be a painful process for it so that it will still be purified as a result. But a change of attitude can eliminate this process of detachment, God's will can prolong the human being's life if the prerequisites for it are given, if the soul decides to live life only for the sake of spiritual maturation. For spiritual development is the meaning and purpose of life on earth and every event is only a means to reach the goal. As soon as man loosens his ties with the world of his own free will, he comes closer to the eternal divine, and then his life is only an ascent to the heights, and physical suffering contributes to this. The world with its attractions and temptations must be overcome, then earthly life can no longer harm the soul, and then it can also be preserved for further spiritual development. For God is extremely wise and extremely kind.... God allows what is beneficial for the soul, even if it seems incomprehensible to the human being, for He alone knows what the soul needs and what will bring it spiritual liberation....

Gott lenkt das Leben eines jeden Menschen....

Gottes Wege sind unerforschlich. Er lenkt und leitet eines jeden Menschen Schritte durch Seinen Ratschluß, immer zum Besten des Menschen, auch wenn dieser es nicht erkennt; und selbst das kleinste Geschehen hat seine Bestimmung, denn nichts ist ohne Zweck und Sinn, was den einzelnen trifft. Und so ihr Menschen dies bedenket und ihr zu der göttlichen Führung Vertrauen habt, werdet ihr euer Erdenleben leichter ertragen und auch Nutzen daraus ziehen. Der Wille Gottes liegt allem zugrunde, und je ergebener ihr euch in diesen fügt, desto segensvoller wirkt es sich für euch aus. Was euch Menschen oft unbegreiflich ist, kann die größten geistigen Erfolge zeitigen, und darum bringt Gott den Menschen oft in Lagen, die sein ganzes Denken erschüttern und es wandeln.... dem Erkennen entgegen. Der Lebensweg des einzelnen wird immer seine geistige Entwicklung zum Ziel haben, und so dieses Ziel erreicht wird, dankt die Seele ihrem Schöpfer für alle Schmerzen und Leiden, die sie ertragen mußte. Und so der Mensch auf Erden nicht wandlungsfähig ist, dann muß die Loslösung der Seele aus der Form für sie ein Schmerzensgang sein, auf daß sie dadurch noch geläutert wird. Ein Wandel der Gesinnung aber kann diesen Loslösungsprozeß ausschalten, es kann Gottes Wille das Leben des Menschen verlängern, wenn die Voraussetzungen dafür gegeben sind, wenn die Seele sich entschließt, das Leben nur noch des geistigen Ausreifens wegen zu leben. Denn die geistige Entwicklung ist Sinn und Zweck des Erdenlebens und jegliches Geschehen nur ein Mittel, das Ziel zu erreichen. Sowie der Mensch die Bindungen mit der Welt löst aus freiem Antrieb, tritt er dem ewig Göttlichen näher, und dann ist sein Leben nur noch ein Aufstieg zur Höhe, und das körperliche Leid trägt dazu bei. Die Welt mit ihren Reizen und Verlockungen muß überwunden werden, dann kann das Erdenleben der Seele keinen Schaden mehr zufügen, und dann kann es ihr auch erhalten bleiben zur weiteren geistigen Entwicklung. Denn Gott ist überaus weise und überaus gütig.... Was der Seele zum Heil gereicht, das läßt Gott zu, wenn es auch dem Menschen unfaßlich erscheint, denn Er allein weiß, was der Seele not tut und was ihr die geistige Befreiung einträgt....
