Bridging the gap between man and God....

The gulf between man and God is unbridgeable as long as he himself does not make an effort to come closer to Him. The distance cannot be reduced if the human being is not aware of it. However, he neither feels connected to God nor distant from Him because he does not recognize the connection between the creator and His creatures, and consequently he does nothing to change a state which is contrary to God.... He feels no separation from God because he does not believe himself to be originally united with Him. And this ignorant state is so extremely detrimental to the human being's soul. For it does not strive to escape it, but feels at ease in it. And the gulf does not narrow but rather widens because the human being, who does not feel connected to God, does not lead a life of love either and therefore does not attain knowledge. And he rejects all advice, he ridicules and mocks it and does not do the slightest to bridge the gap. And therefore salvation can hardly be brought to these people, for they reject divine words spoken through human mouths; they do not pay attention to the events around them or do not attach the significance to them which it has; consequently, they remain behind in their spiritual development. For God must inevitably work in them with His strength, but this is completely impossible where the will and the desire for God do not form a bridge to Him. These people will certainly complete their earthly life but will not be able to demonstrate spiritual success, for their life will be completely separate from God, turned towards the world and without any spiritual endeavour. And at the end of their earthly life they are still just as distant from God as they were at the beginning of their embodiment on earth as a human being. God tries to remedy this state by seemingly isolating Himself completely, i.e., He leaves people in their self-chosen darkness and does not express Himself until they expect a sign from Him as proof of His existence.... And then He sends them this sign, but in a way that is not very satisfying for them.... He proves His power to people but otherwise leaves them untouched so as not to restrict their free will. And the human being must try to connect himself with the power which he did not want to recognize. Only then will he build a bridge across the gulf and only then can God Himself show Himself to him, give him strength and grace and help him to ascend....

Pontificare la voragine fra l’uomo e Dio

La voragine fra l’uomo e Dio è insuperabile finché esso stesso non fa nulla per avvicinarsi a Lui. La distanza non può essere diminuita se l’uomo non se ne rende conto. Ma non si sente né unito con Dio, né stando lontano da Lui, perché non riconosce il collegamento del Creatore con le Sue creature e di conseguenza non fa nemmeno nulla per cambiare uno stato che è contro Dio. Non percepisce nessuna separazione da Dio, perché non si crede primordialmente unito con Lui. E questo stato ignaro è così oltremodo svantaggioso per l’anima dell’uomo! Perché non aspira a sfuggirgli, ma vi si sente bene. E la voragine non diminuisce, ma s’ingrandisce piuttosto ancora, perché l’uomo che non si sente unito con Dio, non conduce nemmeno una vita d’amore e perciò non giunge al sapere. E rifiuta tutte le indicazioni, le deride e schernisce e non fa la minima cosa per pontificare la voragine. Perciò a quegli uomini difficilmente può essere portata la salvezza, perché rifiutano delle Parole divine pronunciate dalla bocca d’uomo; non badano all’avvenimento intorno a sè oppure non gli attribuiscono l’importanza che ha; di conseguenza rimangono indietro nel loro sviluppo spirituale, perché Dio deve inevitabilmente agire in loro con la Sua Forza, ma questo è del tutto escluso, dove la volontà ed il desiderio per Dio non formano un ponte verso Lui. Questi uomini percorreranno bensì la vita terrena, ma non potranno mostrare nessun successo spirituale, perché la loro vita è totalmente separata da Dio, rivolta al mondo e senza qualsiasi tendere spirituale. Ed alla fine della loro vita sono ancora precisamente così lontani da Dio come lo erano all’inizio della loro incorporazione sulla Terra come uomo. Dio cerca di sospendere questo stato mentre Egli Si isola del tutto apparentemente, cioè lascia gli uomini nella loro oscurità scelta da loro e non Si manifesta, finché non aspettano da Lui un Segno come dimostrazione della Sua Esistenza. Ed allora Egli manda loro questo Segno, ma in un modo che li soddisfa poco. Egli dimostra agli uomini la Sua Potenza, ma li lascia intoccati per non limitare la loro libera volontà. E l’uomo deve cercare di unirsi con la Potenza la Quale non voleva riconoscere. Solo allora egli fa un ponte sulla voragine e soltanto allora Dio Stesso Si può mostrare a lui, trasmettergli Forza e Grazia ed aiutarlo alla risalita.
