Effectiveness of the divine word....

God's word, which comes from above, testifies to God's strength, to His love and wisdom and is therefore a gift of grace because God offers it to people who have not yet reached the state of maturity required by the influx of God's strength. And that is why the willingness to receive is required before the word of God can take effect on people, i.e., before it can be felt as an influx of strength. It can certainly be heard by all people, that is, it can be made accessible to them and yet pass the ear of the individual without effect, then the person is not willing to receive it and it remains ineffective for him. It is therefore up to every person how he adapts himself to the word which guides God's love to earth, but his willingness to receive it is always a prerequisite for the grace and strength to flow through him. And the heartfelt devotion to God ensures that the word becomes effective in a way that helps the person to spiritual maturity.... Anyone who receives the word of God without resistance will feel its effect in increased activity of love, he will feel urged to carry out actions which correspond to the commandment of love for God and his neighbour, he will have an ever-growing desire for divine nourishment, he will become able to see, i.e. grasp what was previously incomprehensible to him, and the knowledge of spiritual truths will make him happy. Thus the stream of strength will flow through him and influence his activity on earth, his way of life in a God-pleasing way. And yet, the same word can also remain ineffective with people who are inwardly closed, who are still distant from God and do not have the will to reduce their distance from Him. It fades away in their ears and leaves no impression, for an inner resistance makes the heart incapable of receiving the flow of strength and thus the human being's soul remains completely untouched by it. God therefore gives incessantly, but people do not accept, and therefore the maturing of the one who rejects it is questionable because he absolutely needs the strength from God for it, but this can only be given to him through the word of God. His activity of love is insignificant and so he does nothing to change his spiritual state.... He neither recognizes God's love nor His wisdom and omnipotence, he passes by everything blindly and yet is always the cause of his blindness because he does not take in what is offered to him, because he does not let the word speak to his heart which God directs to earth and because he does not follow what is suggested to him.... For his will alone is decisive as to whether the power and grace of God becomes effective in him. But God's love constantly offers His grace to people, the strength from God constantly flows to earth and God constantly tries to help people in their distress.... For His love no longer ceases....

Eficácia da palavra divina....

A Palavra de Deus, que vem de cima, testemunha a força de Deus, o Seu amor e sabedoria e é, portanto, um dom da graça porque Deus a oferece às pessoas que ainda não atingiram o estado de maturidade que o influxo da força de Deus exige. E, portanto, a vontade de receber é necessária antes que a Palavra de Deus possa ter efeito sobre as pessoas, ou seja, antes que ela possa ser sentida como um influxo de força. Pode certamente ser ouvida por todas as pessoas, ou seja, pode ser levada para perto delas e ainda assim passar pelo ouvido do indivíduo sem efeito, então a pessoa não está disposta a recebê-la e permanece ineficaz para ela. Portanto, cada pessoa é livre para decidir como se sintoniza com a Palavra que guia o amor de Deus à Terra, mas a sua disposição para recebê-la é sempre o pré-requisito para que a graça e a força fluam através dele. E a devoção sincera a Deus assegura que a Palavra se torne eficaz de uma forma que ajude o ser humano a atingir a maturidade espiritual.... Quem aceita a Palavra de Deus sem resistência sentirá o seu efeito no aumento da atividade de amor, sentir-se-á incitado a ações que correspondam ao mandamento do amor a Deus e ao próximo, terá um desejo sempre crescente de alimento divino, verá, isto é, compreenderá o que antes era incompreensível para ele, e o conhecimento das verdades espirituais o fará feliz. Assim, o fluxo de força fluirá através dele e influenciará a sua actividade na Terra, o seu modo de vida de uma forma agradável a Deus. E no entanto, a mesma Palavra também pode permanecer ineficaz com pessoas que interiormente se fecham, que ainda estão distantes de Deus e carecem da vontade de reduzir sua distância dEle. Ela entorpece seus ouvidos e não deixa nenhuma impressão, pois uma resistência interior torna o coração incapaz de receber o fluxo de força, e assim a alma do ser humano permanece completamente intocada por ela. Assim Deus dá constantemente, mas as pessoas não aceitam, e portanto a maturação daquele que a rejeita é questionada porque ele precisa absolutamente da força de Deus para isso, mas isso só pode ser dado a ele através da Palavra de Deus. A sua actividade de amor é insignificante e por isso não faz nada para mudar o seu estado espiritual..... Ele não reconhece o amor de Deus nem a Sua sabedoria e omnipotência, ele passa cegamente por tudo e, no entanto, é sempre o originador da sua cegueira, porque não recebe o que lhe é ordenado, porque não deixa a Palavra falar ao seu coração que Deus guia para a terra, e porque não cumpre o que lhe é sugerido.... Pois só a sua vontade é decisiva para saber se a força e a graça de Deus terão efeito nele. Mas o amor de Deus oferece constantemente a Sua graça às pessoas, a força de Deus flui constantemente para a terra e Deus procura constantemente ajudar as pessoas na sua adversidade.... Pois o Seu amor não cessa mais...._>Amém
