Words or lifestyle.... judgement....

The inner value of every human being emerges from his way of life and not from his words. It is often difficult to decide whether a person has established contact with God or is still completely distant from God, for his words do not always correspond to his innermost feelings; however, the person's attitude towards his fellow human beings is decisive and his development progresses accordingly. There are often expressions which reveal a will turned towards God and yet do not provide information about the relationship with God, and yet these expressions can lack the right depth of heart. Conversely, however, a person can glow with the deepest love for God without ever saying a word about it or allowing his fellow human beings an insight into the feelings of his heart. And that is why a person should be careful not to pass judgement, because it can very often be a wrong judgement. But God looks into the heart, He knows its degree of love, He knows its desires.... But He also knows when the words do not correspond to the feelings and what value should therefore be attached to such words. And it is a certain spiritual inferiority when beautiful words are supposed to replace the lack of feeling.... It is understandable that people with hardened hearts also try to cover up their shortcomings and want to feign love where it does not exist. But at the same time these people lack the desire for truth, for if they desired to receive truth they would also be strict with themselves, i.e. they would only act and speak in accordance with their innermost feelings. And this lack of desire for truth is also the obstacle to recognizing when a person is offered the truth. However, a person's way of life betrays his innermost feelings and thoughts. A life lived in serving love will be recognizable as good and in accordance with God's will even without words, and a person who seriously wants to examine himself will seldom err. For he will see the right relationship with God established and know that the father in heaven is well pleased with the one who is intimately united with Him....

Paroles et chemin de vie - le jugement

La valeur intérieure de chaque homme résulte de son chemin de vie et non de ses paroles. Souvent il est difficile de discerner si un homme a établi le contact avec Dieu ou bien s’il est encore totalement loin de Dieu, parce que ses paroles ne coïncident pas toujours avec son sentiment le plus intime ; mais il est déterminant comment l'homme se comporte envers son prochain et son développement se déroulera conformément à cela. Souvent ce sont des signes qui font reconnaître une volonté tournée vers Dieu bien qu'ils ne donnent pas l'explication sur la relation avec Dieu mais malgré ces signes les hommes peuvent être dépourvus d’une vraie profondeur de cœur. Mais un homme peut brûler dans le plus profond amour pour Dieu sans jamais dire un mot ou bien permettre au prochain un regard dans la perception de son cœur. Et donc l'homme doit se garder de porter un jugement, parce que souvent ce peut être un jugement faux. Mais Dieu regarde dans le cœur, Il connaît son degré d'amour, Il sait son désir, mais Il sait aussi lorsque les mots ne correspondent pas au sentiment et quelle valeur il faut attribuer à de tels mots. Et lorsque de belles paroles doivent remplacer le manque de sentiment cela est un signe d’infériorité. Il est certes compréhensible que des hommes avec un cœur endurci cherchent à cacher leur manque et voudraient feindre l'amour où celui-ci n'existe pas. Mais à ces hommes il manque en même temps le désir pour la Vérité, parce que s'ils désiraient recevoir la Vérité, ils seraient aussi sévères avec eux-mêmes, c'est-à-dire qu’ils agiraient et parleraient seulement comme le leur dicte leur sentiment intime. Et ce manque de désir pour la Vérité est un obstacle pour la connaissance, lorsqu’à l'homme il lui est offert la Vérité. Mais le chemin de vie qu’une personne mène, révèle ses sentiments et ses pensées les plus intimes. Une vie vécue dans l'amour servant, sera reconnaissable comme bonne même sans paroles et elle correspondra à la Volonté de Dieu et alors rarement un homme qui veut s’examiner sérieusement se trompe, parce qu'il veut voir établi le juste rapport envers Dieu car il sait que le Père dans le Ciel met Sa Complaisance dans celui qui s'unit intimement avec Lui.
