Necessity of suffering....

Suffering should make you humans realize that you are still walking wrong paths on earth, that you are not yet purified in your thinking or that you are still far removed from God. As soon as you do not work on yourselves, as soon as you believe that you no longer need an education, you stand still in your spiritual development, and then God has to send you suffering so that you become aware of your shortcomings and join Him closely in prayer. Then only a small amount of suffering will be necessary for you to seek union with God and He can take it away from you again as soon as your thinking is right.... Most of the time, however, humanity is far removed from God, and then it cannot find its way back to Him even through suffering. Then people rebel against the power they are powerless in the face of, and the greater the suffering they have to bear. For if God takes away their suffering, they fall back into their old mistakes and arrogance, they recognize neither God nor their imperfection, and so they do not strive towards God by trying to shape themselves into perfection. There are only very few people who can be spared suffering because they consciously work on themselves, and there are only a few to whom God can draw near to help them bear the suffering, so that such suffering cannot pass them by for the sake of humanity. And therefore the earth will be afflicted in such a way that one sorrowful event will replace the other, and a great affliction will come upon people whose life on earth does not correspond to divine will. For the harsh adversity will change the human being as it appears unbearable to him, and that is the purpose of suffering. God is always ready with His help if people call upon Him, and they can make even the greatest suffering ineffective in a short time through heartfelt prayer. Yet how rarely do people find their way to Him, how rarely does a deep, childlike prayer rise up to the father in heaven so that He can turn to the supplicant and fulfil his request. People become hard and closed-minded when they could achieve everything by trustingly asking.... And that is why they increase the extent of their suffering, they drive themselves deeper and deeper into suffering and misery, so to speak, and they do not recognize God's love in this, which wants to help them....

La necessità del soffrire

La sofferenza deve portare voi uomini all’ammissione che percorrete ancora vie errate sulla Terra, che non siete ancora purificati nel vostro pensare oppure che vi trovate ancora nella più grande lontananza da Dio. Se non lavorate su voi stessi, se credete di non aver più bisogno di nessuna educazione, rimanete fermi nel vostro sviluppo spirituale ed allora Dio vi deve mandare sofferenza, affinché vi rendiate conto delle vostre imperfezioni e Lo seguiate nell’intima preghiera. Allora sarà necessaria solo una minima misura di sofferenza, che cerchiate il collegamento con Dio e ve la può di nuovo togliere appena il vostro pensare è orientato bene. Ma l’uomo sta sovente nella più grande lontananza da Dio ed allora non Lo trova nemmeno attraverso la sofferenza. Allora gli uomini s’inalberano contro la Potenza di fronte alla Quale stanno comunque impotenti e devono portare maggior sofferenza. Perché se Dio toglie loro la sofferenza, allora ricadono nei loro vecchi errori e nell’arroganza e quindi non tendono di andare incontro a Dio, per cercare di formarsi nella perfezione. Ci sono solo molto pochi uomini ai quali può rimanere risparmiata la sofferenza, perché lavorano coscientemente su di sé e sono solo molti pochi ai quali Dio Si può avvicinare ad aiutarli a portare la sofferenza, se questa non può passare da loro per via dell’umanità. E perciò la Terra viene visitata in un modo che un avvenimento doloroso dà il cambio all’altro e verrà una grande oppressione sugli uomini il cui cammino terreno non corrisponde alla Volontà divina. Perché la dura miseria cambierà l’uomo appena gli sembra insopportabile e questo è lo scopo della sofferenza. Dio E’ sempre pronto con il Suo Aiuto, quando gli uomini Lo invocano e loro stessi possono rendere inefficace la più grande sofferenza in breve tempo attraverso l’intima preghiera. Ma quanto raramente gli uomini trovano la via verso di Lui, quanto raramente sale al Padre nel Cielo una profonda preghiera infantile che Egli Si chini al richiedente e gli possa adempiere la sua richiesta! Gli uomini rimangono duri e chiusi mentre possono ottenere tutto chiedendo con fiducia. E perciò aumentano la misura delle loro sofferenze, si spingono in certo qual modo sempre più profondamente nella sofferenza e miseria e non vi riconoscono l’Amore di Dio che vorrebbe aiutarli.
