Spiritual teachings require prayer for God's grace....

Every spiritual instruction brings the earthly child an unimaginable blessing as soon as it is preceded by earnest prayer for God's grace and thus makes His gift of grace possible. God wants to bestow His grace upon the human being, and it is an incomprehensible grace when He wants to make him knowledgeable and impart His teachings to him. But man is not always ready to receive His grace; he is not always willing to be taught or to accept what is offered to him into his heart. However, divine grace can only become effective in man when he desires it, i.e. requests it through fervent prayer. The teachings which God sends to people are so extraordinarily informative and enlighten the human spirit.... Everything he was previously unable to understand becomes comprehensible to him, his striving to ascend is made considerably easier because he recognizes the meaning and purpose of earthly life.... He realizes his outcome and also his goal.... and he can now complete his earthly life according to his knowledge, i.e. profitably for eternity. This is an undeserved grace, a gift which is based on God's love but which will never be granted to a person who does not respect such a gift of grace, who does not desire it, who therefore does not consciously request it from God through prayer. And therefore so many people come away empty-handed, they cannot be given divine wisdom, they cannot receive His instructions, for they do nothing in order to partake of divine grace; they do not implore Him for such, even though God wants to offer it to them time and again, thus informing them of His greater than great love and mercy through the mouth of a human being. The reference to this should move people to trustingly turn to Him in prayer for the transmission of His grace. They are to come to the father like children and present their weakness and spiritual hardship to Him, and they are to request strength and vigour from Him so that He can now hand out His grace in abundance, so that He can instruct them and impart purest knowledge to them. Then richest blessings will be their reward, they will mature spiritually and increase their knowledge, they will be able to collect and distribute spiritual possessions as long as they walk on earth and one day they will be able to enter eternity with rich treasures. And they will resist every temptation, for if knowledge is imparted to them then strength will also flow to them, for knowledge is light and strength.... And thus they will also be able to offer resistance to every temptation. The more they make use of His divine gift of grace the more fervently they will long for God and the more eagerly they will strive towards Him. What they desire, they will not let lie fallow. They will also want to bless their fellow human beings with what has become dear and valuable to them; they will pass on the teachings they have received in love, and if this work is accompanied by heartfelt prayer, it will be blessed....

DUHOVNE PODUKE ZAHTIJEVAJU MOLITVU ZA BOŽJU MILOST....

Svaka duhovna poduka zemaljskom djetetu donosi neizrecivi blagoslov, ako je prethodila ozbiljna molitva za Božju Milost pa to dakle omogućuje Njegovu dostavu Milosti. Bog želi čovjeka obdariti Svojom Milošću, i jedna nezamisliva Milost je to kad ga On želi uvesti u znanje i prenosi Mu Svoja učenja. No čovjek nije uvijek spreman primiti Njegovu Milost; nije uvijek voljan dati se podučiti ili to što mu je ponuđeno primiti u srce. No Božanska Milost može na čovjeku postati djelotvorna tek kad ju ovaj žudi, tj. putem srdačne molitve nju zatraži.

Poduke, koje Bog dostavlja ljudima, su tako izvanredno prosvjetljujuće i prosvjetljuju duh čovjeka.... Njemu postaje razumljivo sve što ranije nije mogao shvatiti, njegovo stremljenje uvis će mu biti znatno olakšano pošto on prepoznaje smisao i svrhu zemaljskog života.... Osvještava si svoje ishodište kao i svoj cilj.... i on onda svoj zemaljski put prevaljuje u skladu s njegovim znanjem, tj. tako da je to korisno za vječnost. To je jedna nezaslužena Milost, poklon koji je utemeljen u Božjoj Ljubavi, ali koji nikada neće biti dan čovjeku koji takav jedan poklon Milosti ne cijeni, koji ga ne žudi, koji ga dakle svjesno putem molitve ne izmoljeva od Boga.

I zato mnogi ljudi ostaju prazni, ne mogu biti obdareni Božanskom Mudrošću, Njegove poduke ne mogu primiti jer ne čine ništa da bi bili blagoslovljeni Božanskom Milošću; oni Ga ne mole za nju, iako im ju Bog uvijek iznova želi ponuditi, kroz ljudska usta im govoreći o Svojoj ogromnoj Ljubavi i Samilosti.

Upućivanje na njih ljude treba potaći na to da Mu se s punim povjerenjem zamolbeno obrate za prijenos Njegove Milosti. Oni trebaju doći kao djeca k Ocu i predstaviti Mu svoju slabost i svoju duševnu nevolju, te od Njega trebaju izmoliti silu i snagu, kako bi On tad Svoju Milost mogao dati u izobilju, kako bi ih mogao podučiti i predati im najčišće znanje. Tad će im nagrada biti najbogatiji blagoslov, oni će duhovno sazrijevati i svoje znanje umnažati, moći će skupljati i davati duhovno blago dok god borave na Zemlji, i jednom će sa bogatim blagom moći ući u vječnost. A oni će se oduprijeti svakoj kušnji, jer kad im se predaje znanje, pritječe im i snaga, jer znanje je svjetlost i snaga....

Tako da će moći pružiti otpor i svakom napadu. Oni će sve intimnije trebati Boga i sve marljivije će stremiti k Njemu što se više koriste Njegovom Božanskom Milošću. Ono što žude, to ne zapuštaju. Oni će i bližnje željeti uvesti u blagoslov toga što je njima postalo milo i bitno; oni će učenja, koja su primili, u Ljubavi davati dalje, i ako intimna molitva prati taj rad, on će biti blagoslovljen....
