Heavenly bodies.... Spiritual and earthly substance....

For the higher development of the spirit the serving activity is the decisive factor, namely a certain activity is required by the being according to the domicile, and this again corresponds to the nature of the heavenly body, that has those beings as inhabitants. Earthly visible and tangible substance conditions also an activity, that achieves visible and tangible substance again, and therefore the soul, the spiritual, must be in a wrapper, that is tangible and visible. But activity can exist also only in a purely intellectual working, that means not be bound to any form or earthly creation and yet likewise be a serving in love, so the being comes to perfection. Consequently the maturing of these beings does not have to be made dependent by earthly creations, that means material creations. Rather the upward-development can be able to go ahead faster and easier in spiritual regions. However the activity in a spiritual environment is hard to describe to people. It is not to make them understand, because the human can not imagine life without physical exterior shape, but with God nothing is impossible, and therefore He created things, that appear unacceptable to the human mind, which should be explained as non-existing by human terms, but they are not possible to imagine out of the universe and therefore are also not to be denied. And these are the heavenly bodies, that are visible by the people as stars in the sky. These stars are endless lengths away from each other, they are always a world of them own. God’s omnipotence, wisdom and love attestes each creation, but man does not comprehend the nature of the stars, as long as he is on earth, it is nothing imaginable for him, what is not made of earthly substance. But the spiritual in man is also a completely independent substance from the earthly matter, and this leaves behind all material tangible or visible on the earth, as soon as it comes in the spiritual realm through the gate of eternity. And so the stay of the soul after physical death is not a creation of earthly substance, but the countless stars are meant to it, that are visible for the human eye as luminous celestial body, but in reality they can not be seen by the human eye, because they are no earthly creations, but they were still created by God for the higher development of the imperfect spiritual....

Sterren - Geestelijke en aardse substantie

Voor de positieve ontwikkeling van het geestelijke is het dienend werkzaam zijn doorslaggevend, en wel wordt er naar gelang de verblijfplaats ook een zekere aktiviteit van het wezen verlangd en deze stemt weer overeen met de gesteldheid van het hemellichaam dat die wezens als bewoners heeft. Aardse zichtbare en tastbare substantie vereist ook een werkzaamheid die weer het zichtbare en tastbare tot stand brengt en bijgevolg moet ook de ziel, het geestelijke, zich in een omhulsel bevinden dat tastbaar en zichtbaar is.

De bezigheid kan echter ook uit zuiver geestelijke aktiviteit bestaan, d.w.z. niet aan een vorm of aardse schepping gebonden zijn en toch eveneens een dienende liefde zijn, waardoor het wezen tot volmaaktheid komt. Bijgevolg hoeft het rijp worden van deze wezens niet van aardse scheppingen, d.w.z. materiele scheppingen, afhankelijk gemaakt te worden. Veeleer kan de positieve ontwikkeling in geestelijke regionen sneller en gemakkelijker plaats vinden. Toch is aktiviteit in een geestelijke omgeving moeilijk aan de mensen uit te leggen. Ze is hun niet duidelijk te maken, omdat de mens zich een leven zonder lichamelijke buitenkant niet kan voorstellen, maar bij GOD is geen ding onmogelijk en schiep HIJ dus dingen die aan het menselijk verstand onaanneembaar voorkomen, die naar menselijke begrippen als niet bestaand moeten worden uitgelegd, evenwel niet uit het Universum weg te denken en dus ook niet te loochenen zijn. En dit zijn de hemellichamen die voor de mensen als aan de hemel staande sterren zichtbaar zijn. Deze sterren zijn eindeloze afstanden van elkaar verwijderd en zijn steeds een wereld apart.

Elke schepping getuigt van GOD's Almacht, Wijsheid en Liefde, maar de mens begrijpt de aard van de sterren niet, zolang hij op aarde vertoeft, want hij kan zich niets voorstellen wat niet uit aardse substantie bestaat. Het geestelijke in de mens echter is ook een van de aardse materie volledig onafhankelijke substantie en dit laat al het aards tastbare of zichtbare op de aarde achter zodra de ziel door de poort van de eeuwigheid het geestelijke rijk binnengaat.

En dus is de verblijfplaats van de ziel nà de lichamelijke dood geen schepping die bestaat uit aardse substantie, integendeel zijn daarvoor de ontelbare sterren bestemd, die voor het menselijk oog zichtbaar zijn als stralenden hemellichamen, maar in werkelijkheid niet door het menselijk oog aanschouwd kunnen worden, omdat ze geen aardse scheppingen zijn, die echter toch door GOD geschapen werden voor de voortgaande ontwikkeling van het nog onvolkomen geestelijke.
