Heavenly bodies.... Spiritual and earthly substance....

For the higher development of the spirit the serving activity is the decisive factor, namely a certain activity is required by the being according to the domicile, and this again corresponds to the nature of the heavenly body, that has those beings as inhabitants. Earthly visible and tangible substance conditions also an activity, that achieves visible and tangible substance again, and therefore the soul, the spiritual, must be in a wrapper, that is tangible and visible. But activity can exist also only in a purely intellectual working, that means not be bound to any form or earthly creation and yet likewise be a serving in love, so the being comes to perfection. Consequently the maturing of these beings does not have to be made dependent by earthly creations, that means material creations. Rather the upward-development can be able to go ahead faster and easier in spiritual regions. However the activity in a spiritual environment is hard to describe to people. It is not to make them understand, because the human can not imagine life without physical exterior shape, but with God nothing is impossible, and therefore He created things, that appear unacceptable to the human mind, which should be explained as non-existing by human terms, but they are not possible to imagine out of the universe and therefore are also not to be denied. And these are the heavenly bodies, that are visible by the people as stars in the sky. These stars are endless lengths away from each other, they are always a world of them own. God’s omnipotence, wisdom and love attestes each creation, but man does not comprehend the nature of the stars, as long as he is on earth, it is nothing imaginable for him, what is not made of earthly substance. But the spiritual in man is also a completely independent substance from the earthly matter, and this leaves behind all material tangible or visible on the earth, as soon as it comes in the spiritual realm through the gate of eternity. And so the stay of the soul after physical death is not a creation of earthly substance, but the countless stars are meant to it, that are visible for the human eye as luminous celestial body, but in reality they can not be seen by the human eye, because they are no earthly creations, but they were still created by God for the higher development of the imperfect spiritual....

Gestirne.... Geistige und irdische Substanz....

Für die Höherentwicklung des Geistigen ist die dienende Tätigkeit ausschlaggebend, und zwar wird je nach dem Aufenthaltsort auch eine bestimmte Tätigkeit von dem Wesen verlangt, und diese entspricht wieder der Beschaffenheit des Gestirns, das jene Wesen als Bewohner hat. Irdisch sichtbare und greifbare Substanz bedingt auch eine Tätigkeit, die wieder Sichtbares und Greifbares zustande bringt, und folglich muß auch die Seele, das Geistige, in einer Umhüllung sein, die greifbar und sichtbar ist. Es kann die Tätigkeit aber auch nur in rein geistigem Wirken bestehen, d.h. nicht an eine Form oder irdische Schöpfung gebunden sein und dennoch gleichfalls ein Dienen in Liebe sein, durch das das Wesen zur Vollkommenheit gelangt. Folglich braucht das Ausreifen dieser Wesen nicht von irdischen Schöpfungen, d.h. materiellen Schöpfungen abhängig gemacht werden. Es kann vielmehr in geistigen Regionen die Aufwärts-Entwicklung schneller und leichter vonstatten gehen. Jedoch die Tätigkeit in geistiger Umgebung ist schwer den Menschen zu beschreiben. Sie ist ihnen nicht begreiflich zu machen, weil sich der Mensch ein Leben ohne körperliche Außenform nicht vorstellen kann, doch bei Gott ist kein Ding unmöglich, und also schuf Er Dinge, die dem menschlichen Verstand unannehmbar erscheinen, die nach menschlichen Begriffen als nicht-seiend erklärt werden müßten, jedoch aus dem Universum nicht wegzudenken und also auch nicht zu leugnen sind. Und es sind dies die Gestirne, die den Menschen als am Himmel stehende Sterne sichtbar sind. Diese Sterne sind endlose Weiten voneinander entfernt, sie sind immer eine Welt für sich. Gottes Allmacht, Weisheit und Liebe bezeugt eine jede Schöpfung, der Mensch aber fasset die Art der Gestirne nicht, solange er auf Erden weilt, denn ihm ist nichts vorstellbar, was nicht aus irdischer Substanz besteht. Das Geistige im Menschen aber ist auch eine von der irdischen Materie völlig unabhängige Substanz, und diese läßt alles irdisch Greifbare oder Sichtbare auf der Erde zurück, sowie sie durch das Tor der Ewigkeit in das geistige Reich eingeht. Und also ist der Aufenthalt der Seele nach dem Leibestode keine Schöpfung aus irdischer Substanz, sondern es sind dazu bestimmt die unzähligen Gestirne, die dem Menschenauge sichtbar sind als leuchtende Himmelskörper, in Wirklichkeit aber vom menschlichen Auge nicht erschaut werden können, weil sie keine irdischen Schöpfungen sind, die aber dennoch von Gott geschaffen wurden zur Höherentwicklung des noch unvollkommenen Geistigen....
