Humble prayer a prerequisite for the transmission of knowledge....

Wise is he who thinks himself small and powerless and asks for God's help.... For grace will be granted to him, and he will increase in light and knowledge. For the source of light is God, and when God is called upon for His grace, the human being desires to draw from the source of knowledge, he desires the light, and thus God can distribute according to desire. Man has the privilege of being allowed to ask God for His grace at any hour, he may always come to the father like a child and entrust himself to Him, and he will never ask in vain as soon as he desires spiritual possessions. For God wants to impart the truth to people and the only condition is the desire for it and prayer to Him. And He sets no limits, but the truth and the knowledge of it is given to man without limit as long as he desires it. Yet humble prayer is always the prerequisite that divine grace flows to the human being, which manifests itself in the transmission of the divine word which introduces the human being to the truth. Man must feel small and weak, only then does he come humbly to God and is then honoured with divine grace. But anyone who remains arrogant is still very far from light and wisdom. And he will hardly become a bearer of light as long as he does not humble himself and transform himself into a humble being. For only the humble will receive grace....

Demütiges Gebet Voraussetzung zum Übermitteln des Wissens....

Weise ist, wer sich klein und machtlos dünkt und Gottes Hilfe erbittet.... Denn ihm wird die Gnade zuteil werden, und er wird zunehmen an Licht und Wissen. Denn die Quelle des Lichts ist Gott, und so Gott um Seine Gnade angerufen wird, begehrt der Mensch zu schöpfen aus dem Quell des Wissens, er begehrt das Licht, und also kann Gott austeilen je nach Verlangen. Es hat der Mensch das Vorrecht, zu jeder Stunde Gott bitten zu dürfen um Seine Gnade, er darf immer wie ein Kind zum Vater kommen und Ihm sich anvertrauen, und niemals wird er vergeblich bitten, sowie er geistiges Gut begehrt. Denn Gott will die Wahrheit den Menschen vermitteln und stellt als einzige Bedingung nur das Verlangen danach und das Gebet zu Ihm. Und Er setzet keine Grenzen, sondern es geht die Wahrheit und das Wissen darum dem Menschen unbegrenzt zu, solange er solche begehrt. Doch immer ist demütiges Gebet die Voraussetzung, daß dem Menschen die göttliche Gnade zufließt, die sich in der Übermittlung des göttlichen Wortes äußert, das den Menschen in die Wahrheit einführt. Klein und schwach muß sich der Mensch fühlen, dann erst kommt er demütig zu Gott und wird nun der göttlichen Gnade gewürdigt. Doch wer in Selbstüberheblichkeit verharrt, der ist dem Licht und der Weisheit noch sehr fern. Und er wird auch schwerlich ein Träger des Lichtes werden, solange er sich nicht selbst erniedrigt und sich zu einem demütigen Wesen wandelt. Denn der Demütige allein wird Gnade empfangen....
