Proximity to God - application of strength.... image of God....

Everything that has God as its goal is good; consequently, the human being, whose endeavour is directed towards God, must also ennoble himself, because drawing closer to God results in everything that is necessary to become perfect.... The human being will shape himself in such a way that God will consider him worthy of His closeness, and in turn the closeness to God will give him the strength to develop ever more perfectly. For he who strives towards God.... who desires to come close to God will also stand in love. But love also conveys the love of God to him, and this in turn is strength that man feels and that makes it easier for him to become perfect. Divine emanation of love is the imparting of strength, and as soon as the human being is honoured by the gift of strength from God, he is also able to shape himself in accordance with divine will. The human being can then no longer do anything that goes against His will, for love protects him from it. The human being feels a strong urge to be good because the will towards God eliminates all evil desire. For to the same extent as man draws closer to God through his desire, he distances himself from God's adversary, and everything that was once evil must now be good in him. The adversary no longer has any influence on such a person. But God now works in abundance, for man increases in strength and grace the more he unites himself with God. And where God's grace is at work, the human being must inevitably reach the heights, he must become perfect and mould himself into the image of God....

A proximidade de Deus - Virando-se para a Força.... Imagem de Deus....

Tudo o que Deus visa é bom; consequentemente, o ser humano cujo esforço é dirigido a Deus deve também enobrecer-se a si mesmo, porque a aproximação a Deus resulta em tudo o que é necessário para se tornar perfeito..... O ser humano modelar-se-á de tal forma que Deus o considerará digno da Sua proximidade, e a proximidade a Deus, por sua vez, lhe dará a força para se desenvolver cada vez mais perfeitamente. Para quem se esforça por Deus.... e deseja aproximar-se de Deus, também estará apaixonado. O amor, porém, também lhe transmite o amor de Deus, e esta é também a força que o ser humano sente e que o torna mais fácil para ele tornar-se perfeito. A emanação divina do amor é a transmissão de força, e assim que o ser humano se dá conta do suprimento de força de Deus, é também capaz de se moldar segundo a vontade divina. Então o ser humano não pode mais fazer nada que vá contra a Sua vontade, pois o amor o protege dela. O ser humano sente um forte desejo de ser bom porque a vontade para com Deus exclui todo desejo mau. Pois na mesma medida em que o ser humano se aproxima de Deus pelo seu desejo, ele se afasta do adversário de Deus, e tudo o que antes era mau deve agora ser bom nele. O adversário já não tem qualquer influência sobre tal pessoa. Mas Deus agora trabalha em abundância, pois o ser humano aumenta em força e graça quanto mais ele se une a Deus. E onde a graça de Deus está ativa, o ser humano deve inevitavelmente ascender, ele deve se tornar perfeito e se moldar à imagem de Deus...._>Amém
