Proximity to God - application of strength.... image of God....

Everything that has God as its goal is good; consequently, the human being, whose endeavour is directed towards God, must also ennoble himself, because drawing closer to God results in everything that is necessary to become perfect.... The human being will shape himself in such a way that God will consider him worthy of His closeness, and in turn the closeness to God will give him the strength to develop ever more perfectly. For he who strives towards God.... who desires to come close to God will also stand in love. But love also conveys the love of God to him, and this in turn is strength that man feels and that makes it easier for him to become perfect. Divine emanation of love is the imparting of strength, and as soon as the human being is honoured by the gift of strength from God, he is also able to shape himself in accordance with divine will. The human being can then no longer do anything that goes against His will, for love protects him from it. The human being feels a strong urge to be good because the will towards God eliminates all evil desire. For to the same extent as man draws closer to God through his desire, he distances himself from God's adversary, and everything that was once evil must now be good in him. The adversary no longer has any influence on such a person. But God now works in abundance, for man increases in strength and grace the more he unites himself with God. And where God's grace is at work, the human being must inevitably reach the heights, he must become perfect and mould himself into the image of God....

Cercanía de Dios.... Donación de fuerza.... Semejanza de Dios....

Todo, lo que tiene a Dios como objetivo es bueno; En consecuencia, el ser humano cuyo esfuerzo se dirige a Dios debe también ennoblecerse, porque el acercamiento a Dios tiene como consecuencia todo lo que necesita para llegar a ser perfecto.... El ser humano se formará de tal manera que Dios lo considere digno de Su cercanía, y la cercanía de Dios deja que la fuerza fluya hacia él para desarrollarse cada vez más perfectamente.

Porque quien se esfuerza hacia Dios.... quien anhela acercarse a Dios, también estará en el amor. Pero el amor también le transmite el amor de Dios, y éste a su vez es fuerza que el ser humano siente y que le facilita llegar a ser perfecto.

La irradiación divina del amor es una transmisión de fuerza, y tan pronto como el ser humano es apreciado por el don de la fuerza de Dios, también puede formarse a sí mismo de acuerdo como es la voluntad divina. Entonces el hombre ya no podrá hacer nada que vaya en contra de Su voluntad, porque el amor lo protege al respecto. El hombre siente un fuerte impulso de ser bueno porque la voluntad de Dios elimina todos los malos deseos.

Porque en la medida en que el hombre se acerca a Dios mediante su deseo, también se aleja del adversario de Dios, y todo lo que antes era malo ahora debe ser bueno en él. El adversario ya no tiene ninguna influencia sobre ese hombre. Pero Dios ahora obra en exceso, porque el hombre aumenta en fuerza y gracia cuanto más se una a Dios. Y donde actúa la gracia de Dios, allí el hombre inevitablemente debe elevarse, debe llegar a ser perfecto y formarse a la semejanza de Dios....
