Thought.... parallel....

God was before the creation of the world, for He is from eternity and He will be for all eternity. This mystery will remain a mystery to people, for beings whose existence takes place in the midst of matter cannot grasp that which is outside of matter, thus completely independent of it. Yet material creation is only a small realm of beings which require things that have become form in order to be able to rejoin the spiritual realm.... The spiritual realm, however, has no space and time limits.... it is always and everywhere.... because in it is God, and God is always and everywhere.... The only explanation that could be given to you humans is to present thought as a parallel to this, the thought that is nothing visible and nothing tangible and yet constitutes the greatest thing in human existence.... What would man be without thought.... a machine-like being that would have to be called dead despite external activity.... Thought is only the living thing in man, and yet it is something for which man cannot give himself an explanation. It is through his thought activity that man has become a free being, as it were, for neither compulsion nor external influence can determine man's thought.... Thought is his sole property, which can never be taken away from him; for thought is something spiritual, something that has nothing to do with matter per se, which therefore also remains when the being has become free of all matter. So man can be in the midst of matter and still switch off everything around him and dwell in the spiritual as soon as he lets his thoughts run free. Even if the thought turns to earthly things, it nevertheless remains something spiritual, because the thought itself is nothing material, it is spiritual power, which is only utilized wrongly. As soon as the human being, unimpressed by his earthly material environment, lets his thoughts wander, no matter where, the beingness in the human being moves in the spiritual kingdom, and thus it will now be understandable that everything material, everything visible, can disappear and yet the essence remains.... that the thinking beingness does not need a material environment.... that it only matters to which goal the being's thoughts turn....

Thought.... Parallel....

Antes da criação do mundo Deus era, pois Ele é da eternidade e Ele será para toda a eternidade. Este mistério permanecerá um mistério para as pessoas, porque os seres cuja existência se dá no meio da matéria não podem compreender o que está fora da matéria, portanto, completamente independente dela. Contudo, a criação material é apenas um pequeno reino de seres que requer coisas que tomaram forma para poder reintegrar o reino espiritual.... O reino espiritual, porém, não tem limitações de espaço e tempo.... é sempre e em todo o lado.... porque Deus está nele, e Deus está sempre e em todo o lado.... A única explicação que poderia ser dada a vocês humanos é colocar o pensamento como um paralelo a ele, o pensamento que não é nada visível e nada tangível e ainda assim constitui a maior coisa na existência humana.... O que seria do homem sem pensar.... um ser do tipo máquina que, apesar da actividade externa, teria de ser chamado de dead.... O pensamento é o primeiro ser vivo no homem, e no entanto é algo pelo qual o homem também não pode dar a si mesmo nenhuma explicação. É, por assim dizer, apenas através da sua actividade de pensamento que o ser humano se tornou um ser livre, pois nem a compulsão nem a influência externa podem determinar o pensamento do ser humano.... O pensamento é a sua única posse, que nunca lhe poderá ser tirada; pois o pensamento é algo espiritual, algo que nada tem a ver com a matéria enquanto tal, que, portanto, também permanece quando o ser se libertou de toda a matéria. Por isso o ser humano pode estar no meio da matéria e ainda assim desligar tudo à sua volta e habitar no espiritual, assim que ele der livre curso aos seus pensamentos. Mesmo se o pensamento se volta para coisas terrenas, ele ainda permanece algo espiritual, porque o pensamento em si não é nada material, é força espiritual que só é usada erroneamente. Assim que o ser humano, não impressionado pelo seu ambiente material terreno, deixa os seus pensamentos vaguear, não importa para onde, a disposição do ser humano para o reino espiritual, e assim será compreensível que tudo o que é material, tudo o que é visível, possa desaparecer e mesmo assim a essência permanece.... que a disposição de pensar não precisa de um ambiente material.... que só importa qual o objectivo que o ser pensa para.....
