Divine grace....

Without divine grace, man is incapable of accomplishing even the slightest thing for the salvation of his soul. Man is weak, i.e. he lacks all strength as long as he walks without God. He can certainly lead his earthly life and do so with earthly successes, but his soul is empty until it asks God for His grace. For the grace of God is power.... It is the power that is needed to carry out what God's will is. God therefore makes His will known to people and at the same time gives them the means to be able to fulfil His will. And man can reach his goal, the maturity of the soul, without great effort if he wants to.... But this is completely up to him.... The will to request the strength will not be forced, but the strength cannot come to the human being without being requested either. Man can achieve everything with God if he prays fervently. Therefore, he will also receive unlimited grace, since it is God's will that people should make use of His grace in order to attain spiritual maturity. If the human being spurns the most precious thing, divine grace, then his will is in the power of the adversary who wants to stop the human being from making contact with God. And if he pleads for God's grace, he establishes the connection with God, and that means lost territory for the adversary, for then he can no longer rule over the human being. For the person himself, however, it means salvation from eternal ruin. For from the very beginning God Himself stands by his side, since the human being has entrusted himself to His strength and power through prayer for grace and God will never disappoint such trust. If the human being only ever implores divine grace, he will no longer need to fear for his soul, for God shares His grace unmeasured with those who desire it and pray to Him in spirit and in truth. However, He will withhold it from those who deem themselves too exalted to approach the divine creator for an easing of their earthly task. Their reward is the world's recognition, and thus they also believe they can master everything by their own efforts. They will lack any strength to do anything that brings spiritual success. On the other hand, the inclination towards matter will be increased, for if they believe that they do not need God's grace they are children of satan, who puts all these thoughts into the human being's heart in order to increase the distance from God. And it will be easy for him to achieve this. Living in the grace of God ensures the highest spiritual success, because now the human being no longer does anything on his own but does everything in accordance with the divine will. Divine grace is God's help, divine grace is strength, and divine grace is, as it were, the outflow of God's infinite love, and where this comes into action spiritual success must be recorded. And therefore always and constantly ask for divine grace so that it can come to you as soon as you need it....

La Grazia divina

Senza la Grazia divina l’uomo è incapace di compiere anche solo il minimo per la salvezza della sua anima. L’uomo è debole, cioè gli manca ogni Forza finché cammina senza Dio. Può bensì condurre la sua vita terrena e questo anche con successi terreni, ma la sua anima va a mani vuote, finché non chiede a Dio la Sua Grazia, perché questa è la Forza che è necessaria, per eseguire ciò che è la Volontà di Dio. Egli annuncia quindi agli uomini la Sua Volontà e contemporaneamente il mezzo per poter eseguirla. E l’uomo, se vuole, può raggiungere senza grande sforzo la sua meta, la maturità dell’anima. Ma per questo è libero. La volontà per richiedere la Forza, non verrà costretta, ma la Forza non può giungere all’uomo senza essere richiesta. Se l’uomo prega intimamente, ottiene tutto con e da Dio. Ma gli giungerà anche illimitatamente la Grazia, dato che è la Volontà di Dio, che gli uomini si avvalgano della Sua Grazia per poter raggiungere la maturità dell’anima. Se ora l’uomo disprezza la cosa più preziosa, la Grazia divina, allora la sua volontà è nel potere dell’avversario, che vuole trattenere l’uomo di mettersi in collegamento con Dio. E se supplica la Grazia di Dio, stabilisce il collegamento con Lui, e questo significa per l’avversario un campo perduto, perché allora non può più dominare l’uomo. Ma per l’uomo stesso significa salvezza dall’eterna rovina, perché sin dallo stesso momento Dio Stesso lo assiste, dato che l’uomo, attraverso la preghiera per la Grazia, si è affidato alla Sua Forza e Potenza e Dio non deluderà mai una tale fiducia. Se l’uomo supplica sempre soltanto la Grazia divina, non deve più temere per la sua anima, perché Dio elargisce smisuratamente la Sua Grazia a coloro, che la desiderano e Lo pregano nello Spirito e nella Verità. Ma la nasconderà a coloro che si credono troppo superiori, piuttosto di voler chiedere al divino Creatore una facilitazione del loro compito terreno. La loro ricompensa è il riconoscimento del mondo, e perciò credono anche di poter compiere tutto con la propria forza. A loro mancherà ogni forza per fare qualcosa che procuri un successo spirituale. Invece aumenterà la tendenza per la materia, perché se credono di non aver bisogno della Grazia di Dio, sono figli di Lucifero, il quale mette tutti questi pensieri nel cuore dell’uomo, per aumentare la distanza da Dio. E gli sarà anche facile ottenere questo. Vivere nella Grazia di Dio assicura il più alto successo animico, perché ora l’uomo non fa più nulla da solo, ma tutto in coincidenza con la Volontà divina. La Grazia divina è una Prestazione d’Aiuto di Dio, la Grazia divina è Forza, e la Grazia divina è pure il deflusso dell’infinito Amore di Dio, e dove entra questo in Azione, là dev’essere da registrare il successo spirituale. E perciò richiedete sempre e costantemente la Grazia divina, affinché vi giunga appena ne avete bisogno.
