Living water.... Word of God....

Living water flows inexorably from the loins of anyone who is devoted to God with heartfelt love and wants to serve Him with all his heart. For it flows to people in order to refresh them; and so, anyone who sincerely desires it may receive it. But the living water is the Word of God, commanded by Himself.... the living water is the healing potion which is always and forever offered to the beings whose soul is still ailing.... the living water is a gift of grace from God, offered to humanity to strengthen it on the path upwards. For the being needs strength and vigour for its earthly task; and thus, the source of divine love opens itself to it, and allows strength and vigour to inexorably flow out of it, accessible to every human being and promising him most delicious refreshment. And Jesus Christ announced this act of grace on earth with the words: ‘Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst....’ And thus, it was His will that people should accept the drink He Himself offered them and savour it. Thus, it is also His will that people should shape themselves such that they can receive the living water, the Word of God, which He Himself offers to them.... It is His will that they should desire it and, through strong faith, become a rock from which the living water flows.... They must make it their task to listen within, and they will hear sweetly what God Himself speaks to them. And the Word of God is indispensable for the traveller on earth, just as a drink from a fresh spring refreshes the traveller and gives him strength to continue on his arduous path. And if a person wants to despair in earthly life and loses the courage to live, he needs a strengthening drink. If he now thirstily accepts what God Himself lets flow to him, he will be able to continue his earthly path marvellously strengthened, for he receives strength from God. And anyone who thirsts for it may refresh himself with the living water at any time..... he may open his heart at any time, and God Himself communicates with him. And thus, the promise of Christ is fulfilled for the human being, as long as he desires the drink which is offered to him from above.... from whose loins the water flows.... He can pass on the Word of God which he has received, for it is existing spiritual knowledge which, once it has been received, remains and can therefore also be passed on like water, which continues to flow inexorably and refreshes all who drink of it.... Whoever drinks of it shall never thirst for eternity.... He desires nothing more than the living water, for once he has savoured God's delicious refreshment, all earthly desires disappear. God has made the source of eternal life accessible to people, He has promised them refreshment and strengthening on their path through life and has demanded each person's consent to it, for only then can it be given to him, if his own will has decided in favour of it....

생수. 하나님의 말씀.

깊은 사랑으로 하나님께 헌신하고 온 심장을 다해 그를 섬기기 원하는 그의 허리에서 생수가 쉬지 않고 흘러 나온다. 왜냐면 생수가 사람을 쾌활하게 하기 위해 그에게 흐르기 때문이다. 그러므로 생수를 단지 간절히 원하는 사람이 생수를 받을 수 있다. 그러나 생수는 하나님 자신이 제공하는 하나님의 말씀이다. 생수는 치유의 음료이고, 그의 혼이 아직 병이 든 존재에게 항상 영원히 제공된다. 생수는 은혜의 선물이고, 위로 향하는 길의 인류를 강하게 하기 위해 인류에게 제공되는 하나님의 은혜의 선물이다. 왜냐면 존재에게 그의 이 땅의 과제를 위해 힘과 강함이 필요로하기 때문이다. 그러므로 하나님의 사랑의 원천이 그에게 열리고, 이로부터 힘과 강함이 멈추지 않고 흘러나와, 모든 사람이 접근할 수 있고, 그에게 가장 귀한 쾌활하게 해주는 일을 약속하기 때문이다.

예수 그리스도는 이 땅에서 이런 은혜의 행위를 다음과 같이 선포했다. “내가 주는 물을 마시는 사람은 영원히 목마르지 않을 것이다.“ 그러므로 사람들이 그가 직접 제공하는 음료를 받아들이고, 그로부터 자신을 쾌활하게 하는 일이 그의 뜻이었다. 그러므로 사람들이 하나님 자신이 그들에게 제공하는 생수를, 다시 말해 하나님의 말씀을 받을 수 있도록 자신을 형성하는 일이 그의 뜻이다. 사람들이 하나님의 말씀을 갈망하고, 강한 믿음을 통해 생수가 흘러나오는 바위가 되는 일이 그의 뜻이다. 그들은 내면의 음성을 듣는 일을 자신의 과제로 삼아야만 한다. 하나님 자신이 그들에게 말하는 것이 그들에게 사랑 스럽게 들리게 될 것이다.

신선한 샘에서 나오는 물이 순례자를 상쾌하게 하고, 그의 고된 여정을 계속할 수 있는 힘을 주는 것처럼, 하나님의 말씀은 이 땅의 순례자에게 없어서는 안될 것이다. 인간이 이 땅의 삶에서 절망하기를 원하고 살 용기를 잃으면, 그에게 강하게 해주는 음료가 필요하다. 그가 이제 하나님 자신이 그에게 허락한 것을 목마른 가운데 받아들인다면, 그가 하나님의 권능을 받기 때문에, 그는 놀랍게 강하게 되어 이 땅의 길을 계속갈 수 있게 될 것이다. 생수를 갈망하는 사람은 언제든지 생수를 통해 자신을 쾌활하게 할 수 있다. 사람은 언제든지 자신의 심장을 열고, 하나님 자신이 그와 소통할 수 있다. 이로써 사람에게 준 그리스도의 약속은, 사람이 높은 곳에서 그에게 제공되는 음료를 갈망하는 한, 성취되고, 그의 허리에서 생수가 흘러 나온다.

그는 그가 받은 하나님의 말씀을 전할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 일단 하나님의 말씀를 받게 된다면, 하나님의 말씀은 소유한 영적인 재물로 남아 있고, 쉬지 않고 흐르는 물처럼 전달 될 수 있기 때문이다. 이 물을 마시는 사람은 영원히 목이 마르지 않을 것이고, 그는 생수외에는 다른 어떤 것도 갈망하지 않을 것이다. 왜냐하면 한번 하나님의 쾌활하게 해주는 음료를 마시면, 이 땅의 모든 욕망이 사라지기 때문이다. 하나님은 사람들이 영원한 생명의 원천에 접근할 수 있게 했다. 그는 사람들에게 그들의 삶의 길에서 쾌활함과 강함을 주겠다고 약속했고, 이를 위해 모든 사람에게 동의할 것을 요구했다. 왜냐하면 그가 단지 자신의 의지로 동의하는 결정을 내리면, 그에게 약속한 것을 줄 수 있기 때문이다.
