Unbearable hardship....

A little while longer and an almost unbearable hardship will befall the earth. This is the beginning of an epoch in which man will again become more aware of his actual purpose, because this trouble lets him find God, but also lets him remain with him in more distant times. And this adversity will express itself in very different forms, yet higher powers will always be the cause, thus the human being will never be able to avert or reduce the adversity by his own strength. And thus people will find the path to God sooner than before, and this is why the lord imparts His word to the human being so that he will have a foothold in this time of adversity, so that he will be strengthened by this word and draw strength from it for the time of severe trials. And again it has to be said that only where the divine word is received.... where the light from heaven shines.... a noticeable relief from earthly hardship will come to light. Man will be able to reduce his state of suffering if his will is directed towards God. This is the first and last reason why God allows such hardship to pass over the earth. And no country will be spared from it, all people will have to endure suffering because the meaning and purpose of suffering is the return to God, because the thoughts which have separated themselves from God shall turn to Him again. Yet the lord promises His protection to those who love Him.... And if faith in this promise is strong, a person will emerge from all tribulation unscathed in body and soul. The father in heaven Himself takes care of this child and guides it through all dangers. It is now clearly evident that only turning to God brings salvation from the most severe adversity, however, not all people bow to divine will, not all people draw the consequences and reduce their distance from God.... Rather, their will is increasingly focussed on regaining earthly possessions and restoring their former state of life. And so the great adversity has not brought about any change in their thinking, the will to matter, to evil, has become considerably stronger, but the thought of God has been minimized or completely eliminated. Trying to bring the word of God to such people is unsuccessful. There is no other way to convince them of the transience of earthly possessions, and if the complete decay of entire stretches of land has not made them realize this clearly enough, any reference is in vain.... The inclination towards matter is greater and can hardly be overcome on earth. Again, however, the desire for this cannot at the same time trigger a desire for God and His word. Consequently, the human being will reject the latter. And this state is far more desolate than before because even the last means of help has failed and the human being cannot be hindered in his free will. These are the souls that satan has completely in his power, only prayer for such people can exert a transforming influence, provided that deep love for those unfortunate people wants to free them from the misery of the soul....

Miseria insopportabile

Ancora del tempo e sulla Terra passerà una miseria insopportabile. Questo è l’inizio di un’epoca, in cui l’uomo si rende di nuovo più conto della sua vera destinazione, perché questa miseria gli fa trovare Dio, ma anche farlo rimanere con Lui per tempi futuri. Questa miseria si manifesterà in una forma totalmente diversa, ma le cause saranno sempre delle potenze superiori, quindi l’uomo non sarà mai capace con la propria forza di evitare o diminuire la miseria. E così gli uomini trovano prima la via verso Dio che in altri tempi, e perciò il Signore trasmette all’uomo la Sua Parola, affinché in questo tempo di miseria abbia un sostegno, affinché si fortifichi con questa Parola e ne tragga forza per il tempo delle prove difficili. Nuovamente dev’essere detto che soltanto là dove la Parola divina viene accolta, dove risplende la Luce del cielo, si manifesta anche un percettibile alleggerimento della miseria terrena. L’uomo potrà diminuire il suo stato di sofferenza, quando la sua volontà è rivolta a Dio. Questo fatto è il primo ed ultimo motivo che Dio lascia venire sulla Terra una tale miseria. Nessun paese ne sarà risparmiato, tutti gli uomini dovranno portare la sofferenza, perché il senso e lo scopo della sofferenza è il ritorno a Dio, perché i pensieri che si sono separati da Dio, si devono di nuovo rivolgere a Lui. Ma il Signore promette la Sua Protezione a coloro che Lo amano. E quando la fede in questa Promessa è forte, l’uomo esce indenne nel corpo e nell’anima da ogni afflizione. Il Padre Stesso nel Cielo Si prende cura di questo figlio ed Egli lo guida attraverso tutti i pericoli. Ora è chiaramente visibile che soltanto il rivolgersi a Dio porta la salvezza dalla miseria più difficile, ma non tutti gli uomini si piegano alla Volontà divina, non tutti gli uomini ne traggono le conseguenze e diminuiscono la loro lontananza da Dio. La loro volontà è piuttosto rivolta con misura rafforzata alla riconquista dei beni terreni e del ristabilimento del vecchio stato di vita. E così la grande miseria non ha portato a quegli uomini nessun cambiamento al loro pensare, la volontà per la materia, per il male, è diventata notevolmente più forte, ma il pensiero a Dio è minimamente o totalmente escluso. Voler portare a tali uomini la Parola di Dio è senza successo. Non possono essere convinti diversamente dalla caducità del possesso terreno e se la totale decadenza di interi tratti di paese non li ha resi abbastanza consapevoli, ogni indicazione è inutile. La tendenza per la materia è maggiore e sulla Terra non potrà quasi essere superata. Ma questo desiderio nuovamente non può far scaturire allo stesso tempo il desiderio per Dio e la Sua Parola. Di conseguenza l’uomo starà di fronte a questa con il rifiuto. Questo stato è molto più sconfortante che prima, perché anche l’ultimo mezzo ausiliario ha fallito e l’uomo non può essere ostacolato nella sua libera volontà. Queste sono delle anime che Satana ha totalmente nel suo potere, soltanto la preghiera può esercitare un’influenza di cambiamento per tali uomini, per quanto l’amore profondo vorrebbe liberare quegli infelici dalla miseria dell’anima.
