Activity of the spiritual.... teachings.... light....

In infinity the spirit often awakens and becomes extremely active if it is joined by spiritual beings from that world, for the combination of spiritual power also increases the urge to be active. Unimaginable powers are also active in unimaginable worlds.... it is like a huge, immeasurable workshop of industrious workers who fulfil their assigned task in the will of the eternal creator. When the spirit of man now rises to those heights, he also joins the activity of all spiritual beings, he joins the chain of countless spiritual creators. The sojourn on earth only exists purely physically, while the spirit is unbound and can dwell wherever it pleases. The more sensitive it is now, i.e. the easier it can create the separation from earth, the more intensely it is touched by the spiritual current to which it turns. It is difficult for an earthly person to achieve a state of complete detachment if spiritual strength does not help him and thus imposes itself on him in such a way that he is only allowed to accept what is offered to him, provided that the will to accept is strong. This is therefore a kind of spiritual activity that gifts of knowledge are imparted from spirit to spirit. This is particularly necessary where such knowledge is only scarcely available, but since it is absolutely required by a being for spiritual maturity.... And this is particularly significant in the vicinity of earth, for earthly people who are in the higher development of the soul lack the knowledge of divine truth to a great extent, so that therefore all perfect spiritual beings look after people and constantly endeavour to increase their knowledge. spiritually active people, i.e., those who cultivate their inner life and place it before the earthly life of the body, will therefore often mentally soar to those heights and want to receive the knowledge offered to them by their carers. And precisely this constant instruction of people in need of knowledge is spiritual activity. spirit to spirit tries to find and communicate with each other, and as far as spiritual has merged into common work the power of penetration is stronger, and it now also becomes understandable that the perfect beings can never remain in inactivity as long as they find objects to which their activity applies.... and that this will always be as long as the world exists. This fusion of spiritual strength through the will of the giver as well as the receiver must therefore produce results which are again only of a pure spiritual nature but remain imperishable and therefore increase the knowledge, the spiritual in itself. For knowledge is spiritual strength which can therefore be passed on.... knowledge is light, which again casts its rays in all directions.... in other words, the activity of the spirit has a light-bringing effect again. And thus it will be understandable that only the knowledge of divine truth is valuable in earthly life.... For this alone is of lasting value insofar as that it is also in the life beyond again that which alone is to be desired and thus passed on.... The flight into infinity will bring the same to every being which desires truth, precisely that divine truth which every perfect being carries within itself and thus gives as light and strength to the one who desires it. And this is why the activity of all spiritual beings is of extraordinary importance, for without it the spirit in the human being would not be able to draw from the source of truth.... for everything that is perfect is divine, and thus God Himself opens the source so that anyone desiring food and drink can enjoy it....

Tätigkeit des Geistigen.... Unterweisungen.... Licht....

In der Unendlichkeit weilet der Geist des öfteren und wird ungemein rege, sofern sich ihm Geistiges aus jener Welt zugesellt, denn die Verbindung geistiger Kraft erhöht auch den Tätigkeitsdrang. Es sind in unvorstellbaren Welten auch unvorstellbare Kräfte tätig.... es ist wie eine gewaltige, unermeßliche Werkstätte rühriger Arbeiter, die im Willen des ewigen Schöpfers ihre ihnen zugewiesene Aufgabe erfüllen. So sich nun der Geist des Menschen in jene Höhen erhebt, schließt er sich auch der Tätigkeit alles Geistigen an, er gliedert sich gewissermaßen ein in die Kette der zahllosen geistig Schaffenden. Der Aufenthalt auf der Erde besteht nur rein körperlich noch, während der Geist ungebunden ist und dort weilen kann, wo es ihm beliebt. Je empfindsamer er nun ist, d.h., je leichter er die Trennung von der Erde herstellen kann, desto intensiver berührt ihn die geistige Strömung, der er sich zuwendet. Es ist der Zustand völligen Gelöstseins für einen Erdenmenschen schwer herzustellen, so nicht die geistige Kraft ihm behilflich ist und sich also dem Menschen so aufdrängt, daß er nur entgegennehmen darf, was ihm geboten wird, vorausgesetzt, daß der Wille zur Entgegennahme stark ist. Es ist also dies eine Art der geistigen Tätigkeit, daß von Geist zu Geist Gaben, des Wissens vermittelt werden. Es ist dies sonderlich dort erforderlich, wo solches Wissen nur gering vorhanden ist, da es von einem Wesen aber unbedingt gefordert wird zur geistigen Reife.... Und das ist in der Erdennähe ganz besonders bedeutsam, denn den in der Höherentwicklung der Seele stehenden Erdenmenschen mangelt es am Wissen um göttliche Wahrheit im hohen Maße, so daß also alles vollkommene Geistige die Menschen betreut und ihr ständiges Bemühen ist, das Wissen derer zu erhöhen. Geistig rege Menschen, d.h., solche, die ihr Innenleben pflegen und es dem irdischen Leben des Körpers voranstellen, werden sich gedanklich daher oft in jene Höhen schwingen und das Wissen in Empfang nehmen wollen, das ihnen von ihren Betreuern dargeboten wird. Und eben dieses ständige Unterweisen der das Wissen benötigenden Menschen ist geistige Tätigkeit. Es sucht sich Geist zu Geist zu finden und sich mitzuteilen, und sofern Geistiges sich verschmolzen hat zu gemeinsamem Wirken, ist die Kraft des Durchdringens stärker, und es wird nun auch verständlich, daß die vollkommenen Wesen niemals in Untätigkeit verharren können, solange sie Objekte finden, denen ihre Tätigkeit gilt.... und daß dies immer sein wird, solange die Welt besteht. Dieses Verschmelzen geistiger Kraft durch den Willen des Gebenden wie des Empfangenden muß also Ergebnisse zeitigen, die wiederum nur reingeistiger Art sind, jedoch unvergänglich bleiben und also das Wissen, das Geistige in sich, vermehren. Denn es ist das Wissen geistige Kraft, die also weitergegeben werden kann.... es ist das Wissen Licht, das wieder nach allen Seiten hin seine Strahlen wirft.... also die Tätigkeit des Geistes wieder lichtbringend sich auswirkt. Und somit wird es verständlich sein, daß im Erdenleben nur allein wertvoll ist das Wissen um göttliche Wahrheit.... Denn dieses allein ist von Bestand insofern, daß es auch im jenseitigen Leben wieder das ist, was allein begehrt werden soll und also weitervermittelt wird.... Der Höhenflug in die Unendlichkeit wird jedem Wesen, das Wahrheit begehrt, das gleiche eintragen, ebenjene göttliche Wahrheit, die jedes vollkommene Wesen in sich trägt und also als Licht und Kraft abgibt dem, der solche begehrt. Und es ist darum die Tätigkeit alles Geistigen von außerordentlicher Bedeutung, denn ohne solche wäre es dem Geist im Menschen nicht möglich, zu schöpfen aus dem Quell der Wahrheit.... denn alles, was vollkommen ist, ist göttlich, und also öffnet Gott Selbst den Quell, auf daß sich daran labe, der Speise und Trank begehrt....
