The struggle of good and evil forces for souls.... support from people....

It is a mighty struggle for supremacy between the good and the evil forces.... And the omnipotence of divine love is mightily at work and places ever more auxiliary forces at the earthly beings' disposal so that evil will be overcome and its effect on human souls weakened. And yet they fall ever more under the spell of darkness, for the human being's will offers no resistance and thus countless opportunities for ascent.... for detachment from evil can be offered to the being.... it does not use its free will and is therefore in greatest danger, and the love of the spiritual beings concerned for the souls is unable to influence the human being's will.... And so the struggle for them becomes increasingly more difficult and yet cannot be given up, for only through unceasing care and tireless devotion of spiritual strength is it possible to achieve a change of thinking and thus also to direct the will into other directions.... Sometimes it can be completely unsuccessful, however, in many cases a person whose salvation is extraordinarily struggled for, be it through prayer or the caring love of a fellow human being or also the incessant efforts of spiritual beings, precisely through the supply of such spiritual strength, will feel prompted to take a different path mentally than before.... He will suddenly feel an inclination towards spiritual exchange.... He will pay attention to spiritual problems and concern himself more with things that previously seemed unimportant to him. And this change in his thinking was only brought about by the love of the spiritual beings and the love of his fellow human being, and thus they wrest many a soul from the powers of darkness if they work together for such erring souls and have made their salvation their goal. Provided the beings in the beyond, who are responsible for the care of earthly beings, are supported by people's love, provided they are effectively assisted through faithful prayer and provided the door is opened to spiritual activity through human advice, success is inevitable and all such endeavours will lead to the goal, even if it often takes some time. For God in His infinite love is ready to give, and He will therefore leave no request unheard that concerns the salvation of the individual's soul. If a person's love is for the salvation of his fellow human being, the unselfishness of his love is proven.... he has only the welfare of the latter in eternity in mind and fears for the soul so that it does not fall prey to ruin. And the same motive also drives the beings in the beyond to tireless activity.... They are absorbed in their love for earthly people and want to protect them from the suffering and torments in the beyond, and all their endeavours are aimed at reshaping the thinking of the misguided earthly children. And therefore it is an incomparable blessing when a person's prayer is for the spiritual well-being of his fellow human being, and the struggle for such souls will find the greatest support from the spiritual side, as the united effort will make it much easier to overcome the evil power and lead the souls to the light....

Lucha de las fuerzas del bien y del mal por las almas.... Apoyo a través de seres humanos....

Hay una tremenda lucha por la supremacía entre las fuerzas del bien y del mal.... Y la omnipotencia del amor divino está obrando poderosamente y proporciona cada vez más ayuda a los seres de la tierra para que el mal pueda ser superado y su efecto en las almas de los seres humanos quedará debilitado. Y, sin embargo, éstos caen cada vez más bajo el hechizo de las tinieblas, porque la voluntad del ser humano no ofrece resistencia, y así se le pueden ofrecer innumerables posibilidades de ascenso al ser.... para deshacerse del mal.... pero éste no aprovecha su libre albedrio y por lo tanto se encuentra en un gran peligro, y el amor de los seres espirituales preocupados por las almas no es capaz de influir en la voluntad de los seres humanos....

Por eso, la lucha por ellos se vuelve cada vez más difícil y, sin embargo, no se puede abandonar, porque solo a través de un cuidado ininterrumpido y una aplicación incansable de la fuerza espiritual es posible lograr un cambio en el pensamiento y, por lo tanto, también dirigir la voluntad por otros caminos. A veces puede resultar completamente sin éxito, pero en muchos casos una persona por cuya salvación se lucha extraordinariamente, ya sea a través de la oración o del amor bondadoso de un ser humano o también de los esfuerzos incesantes de los seres espirituales, se sentirá impulsada por la asignación de tal poder espiritual, para tomar mentalmente caminos diferentes a los anteriores....

De repente sentirá una inclinación por el intercambio espiritual.... Prestará atención a los problemas espirituales y se preocupará más por cosas que antes le parecían sin importancia. Y este cambio de su pensamiento sólo fue provocado por el amor de los seres espirituales y el amor de los seres humanos, y en consecuencia arrebatan tantas almas de los poderes de las tinieblas si trabajan juntos por tales almas descarriadas y han fijado su rescate como su objetivo.

Mientras los seres del más allá, son responsables del cuidado de los seres terrenales son apoyados por el amor de los seres humanos, mientras se les conceda asistencia efectiva a través de la oración creyente y se abran las puertas al trabajo espiritual a través de sugerencias humanas, el éxito es inevitable y todos estos esfuerzos conducen a la meta, aunque a menudo sólo después de un periodo de un tiempo considerable. Porque Dios en Su infinito amor está dispuesto a dar, y por eso no dejará sin respuesta ninguna petición que tenga como objetivo la salvación del alma del individuo.

Si el amor del hombre está dedicado a la salvación del alma de su prójimo, entonces se prueba el altruismo de su amor.... sólo tiene en mente su bienestar en la eternidad y teme por el alma para que no sucumba a la perdición. Y el mismo motivo también impulsa a los seres del más allá a trabajar incansablemente.... Están absortos en su amor por los humanos de la tierra y quieren salvarlos de los sufrimientos y tormentos en el más allá, y todos sus esfuerzos están dirigidos a la transformación del pensamiento de los niños terrenales que andan equivocados por la tierra. Y por eso es una bendición incomparable cuando la oración de una persona es por el bienestar espiritual de sus semejantes, y la lucha por tales almas encontrará el mayor apoyo por parte del lado espiritual, ya que la acción unida logra mucha más fácilmente vencer el poder del mal y conducir las almas a la luz....
