Support for the soul.... without such heavy wrestling....

The soul struggles for its liberation and the battle is not easy. That is why the lord grants you every support, and if the soul is willing, it also feels the help and derives the greatest benefit from it. But the soul that resists has to fight the battle against the hostile power itself and is therefore in great distress. In order to defeat its resistance, in order to make the will of such souls submissive, the lord imposes all kinds of suffering and tribulation on it with the intention that this will have a favourable effect and make the resistance weaken. And therefore especially people who live in permanent defence against the grace accessible to them often have a difficult earthly fate which expresses itself in different ways. It happens not infrequently that all efforts of the spiritual beings in the beyond to help these souls are flatly rejected and that the human being therefore believes that he can master life without any spiritual help.... that he obviously rejects all indications which could offer him help and that he does not gratefully rejoice at the divine word because, in his opinion, everything divine is too high and thus too distant to be able to visibly unite with people on earth. And so they exclude all direct help and the concept of grace is incomprehensible to them should they apply it to their daily life. Only a direct spiritual experience liberates them from this erroneous opinion, and again, precisely such people will be far too sober-minded to want to acknowledge supernatural activity, and thus they would rather dismiss everything without further ado than examine it. And thus the situation will be dire for such a soul which does not want to accept help from any side and yet has too little faith itself to make contact with spiritual strength. They wrestle and wrestle on earth and try to present their opinion as the only correct one, and this is so immensely burdensome for the soul, after all, their difficult struggle on earth is without any success and hardly liberates them from their agonizing situation. And it is extremely difficult to help such a soul, for it regocnizes nothing but what it can see and feel, thus not even the obvious gift of divine grace.... And thus, understandably, it does not enjoy such gifts of grace either and continues to remain in the same darkness of spirit until the human being has become soft and compliant and willingly accepts the grace offered from the father's hand in order to solely help the soul out of hardship and distress....

Ondersteuning van de ziel – Zonder dit is het een zware strijd

De ziel strijdt om haar bevrijding en de strijd is niet gemakkelijk. Daarom geeft de Heer jou alle ondersteuning en als de ziel bereidwillig is, wordt ze ook de hulp gewaar en heeft ze er het grootste voordeel van. Maar de ziel, die zich verzet, moet de strijd tegen de vijandelijke macht zelf uitvechten en verkeert daarom in de grootste nood.

Om nu hun weerstand te overwinnen, om de wil van zulke zielen gewillig te maken, legt de Heer hun leed en kwelling van allerlei soort op met de bedoeling, dat dit een gunstige uitwerking heeft en de weerstand af laat nemen. En daarom hebben juist mensen, die in voortdurende weerstand tegen de voor hen toegankelijke genade leven, vaak een zwaar aards lot, dat zich op verschillende manieren uit.

Het gebeurt niet zelden, dat alle pogingen van de geestelijke wezens in het hiernamaals om deze zielen te helpen, direct afgewezen worden en dat de mens dus gelooft om zonder elke geestelijke hulp het leven aan te kunnen. Dat hij duidelijk alle wenken afwijst, door welke hem hulp geboden zou kunnen worden en dat de schenking van het goddelijke woord hem niet dankbaar in juichen uit laat barsten, omdat naar zijn mening al het goddelijke te hoog en dus te ver verwijderd is om zich duidelijk met de mensen op aarde te kunnen verbinden.

En zo schakelen ze elke directe hulp uit, en het begrip genade is voor hen onbegrijpelijk, als ze het in hun dagelijkse leven toe zouden moeten passen. Slechts een direct geestelijk ondervinden bevrijdt hen van deze verkeerde mening en wederom zullen juist zulke mensen veel te nuchter denken om een bovennatuurlijk werkzaam zijn te willen erkennen en ze wijzen liever resoluut alles af, dan dat ze het zouden willen onderzoeken. En zo zal het ernstig met zo’n ziel, die van geen enkele kant hulp aanvaarden wil, gesteld zijn en toch bezit ze zelf weer een te zwak geloof om zichzelf met geestelijke kracht in verbinding te stellen.

Ze strijden en vechten op aarde en proberen hun mening als de enig juiste neer te zetten en dit is zo ontzettend belastend voor de ziel, want haar toch zo zware strijd op aarde is zonder enig succes en bevrijdt haar moeilijk uit haar kwellende toestand. En het is buitengewoon moeilijk om zo’n ziel te helpen, want ze erkent niets, dan wat ze zien en voelen kan, dus ook niet de duidelijke schenking van goddelijke genade.

En dus ontvangt ze begrijpelijkerwijs ook niet het genot van zo’n genadegift en blijft ze, zoals voorheen, net zo lang in dezelfde duisternis van de geest, totdat de mens zacht en meegaand geworden is en ze de aangeboden genade uit de hand van Vader bereidwillig in ontvangst neemt om enkel en alleen de ziel uit haar nood en benauwdheid te helpen.
