Admonition to exercise self-control.... Gentleness - Peacefulness....

Learn to restrain yourselves and become gentle and peaceful, for your time on earth is given to you as a probationary period during which you should reach full maturity, training and shaping yourselves for the benefit of your soul. You will hardly be able to fulfil your earthly task if you don't strive for this first, for all your soul's difficulties arise from your own lack of self-control. And thus hear what the Lord Himself is proclaiming to you:

You, My children on earth, have to make an effort to treat each other with love.... You have chosen this stay on earth in the knowledge of what you are lacking; you have many opportunities to combat your weaknesses and mistakes, yet you must also have the good will to make use of the possibilities offered and, through constant self-restraint, grow stronger and overcome your mistakes. Bear in mind, My children, with how much patience I have to overlook your weaknesses again and again, and yet My love for you does not diminish.... Consider how much more reason I would have to become impatient, and how I, nevertheless, in utmost patience and mercy, embrace My children again and lovingly forgive them when they have trespassed.... consider that My life on earth demanded an abundance of patience towards sinful humanity, which nevertheless did not recognise My love and repaid all the good I did for people with ingratitude, and finally made Me suffer so indescribably....

How much did they humiliate Me and devised all sorts of torments and, without any blame, handed Me over to be crucified.... And I patiently shouldered even this most bitter injustice and nevertheless did not withdraw My mercy from those who wronged Me.... I implored the Father in heaven to forgive them their sins and did not turn away from humanity but tried to win them over with patience and love and thereby bring them redemption. And therefore you should also practise the virtue of self-denial, one should live for the other and only ever endeavour to ease each other's suffering, so that you will become perfect and will not have lived your earthly life in vain. And sacrifice all your worries and pains to Me, and you will become as gentle as doves and communicate with each other patiently and with love, and inner calm will enter your hearts.... and I will help you if you are in danger of losing yourselves.

OPOMNIK V ZVEZI S PRAKTICIRANJEM SAMOKONTROLE... NEŽNOST... MIROLJUBNOST

Naučite se obvladovati sebe in postanite nežni in miroljubni, kajti vaš čas na Zemlji vam je dan kot poskusna doba, da dosežete polno zrelost, se urite in oblikujete v dobrobit svoje duše. Težko boste izpolnili svojo zemeljsko nalogo, če se za to prej ne prizadevate, kajti vse težave vaših duš izvirajo iz lastnega pomanjkanja samokontrole. In zato poslušajte, kaj Gospod oznanja vam osebno:   

Vi, Moji otroci na Zemlji se morate truditi, da boste drug drugega obravnavali z ljubeznijo.... Izbrali ste to bivanje na zemlji v zavedanju, kaj vam primanjkuje; imate veliko priložnosti, da se spopadete s svojimi slabostmi in napakami, vendar morate imeti tudi dobro voljo, da ponujene možnosti izkoristite in se z nenehnim samoomejevanjem okrepite in presežete svoje napake. Imejte v mislih, otroci Moji, s koliko potrpežljivosti moram vedno znova spregledati vaše slabosti, pa vendar se Moja ljubezen do vas ne zmanjša... Razmislite, koliko več razlogov bi imel, da bi postali nepotrpežljiv, in kako sem, kljub temu, z največjo potrpežljivostjo in usmiljenjem, ponovno objemam Moje otroke in jim ljubeče odpustim, ko so grešili.... upoštevajte, da je Moje življenje na zemlji zahtevalo obilo potrpežljivosti do grešnega človeštva, ki kljub temu ni prepoznalo Moje ljubezni in poplačalo vse dobro kar sem naredil ljudem z nehvaležnostjo in na koncu povzročil, da sem tako nepopisno trpel.... Kako zelo so Me poniževali in si izmišljali vse vrste mučenja in Me brez vsake krivde izročili na križanje... In Jaz sem potrpežljivo prevzel tudi to najgrenkejšo krivico in kljub temu nisem odtegnil Svojega usmiljenja od tistih, ki so Mi storili krivico.... Rotil sem Očeta v nebesih, naj jim odpusti grehe in se nisem odvrnil od človeštva, ampak sem jih poskušal pridobiti s potrpežljivostjo in ljubeznijo in jim s tem prinesti odrešitev.

In zato bi morali vaditi tudi vrlino samozatajevanja, živeti je treba za drugega in si vedno prizadevati drug drugemu lajšati trpljenje, da boste postali popolni in ne boste zaman živeli svojega zemeljskega življenja. In žrtvujte Mi vse svoje skrbi in bolečine, in postali boste nežni kot golobi in komunicirali drug z drugim potrpežljivo in z ljubeznijo, in notranji mir bo vstopil v vaša srca.... in pomagal vam bom, če boste v nevarnosti, da izgubite sebe.
