Different living conditions no obstacle to the development of the soul....

People's ways of life are so diverse and yet can lead to the same result, and thus it is erroneous to assume that the soul's life can only develop in certain circumstances, whereas it must remain completely uninfluenced where the human being's situation in life is less beneficial to the soul. This view is extremely erroneous, after all, all people must have the same opportunity to reach the state of perfection, and the eternal deity can never want to favour or degrade a being, for this would never be compatible with divine love and justice. People's living conditions may seem to be favourable or unfavourable, and this gives rise to wrong conclusions, but the individual person's lot is always assigned to him in such a way that it can contribute to his higher development to the highest degree, if only he makes extensive use of it himself, and this alone is decisive. The human being is certainly often forced by extraordinary circumstances to move in a certain direction of thought, i.e. he will have to solve tasks in the worldly sphere which fill him mentally, so that he will occupy himself little or not at all with spiritual problems, yet no human being on earth is exclusively only earthly active.... There is still time for one to deal with oneself and give heed to spiritual questions, if only the will is there. And the job, the situation in life, time or place of his earthly existence is never in any way a hinderance to shaping his inner life according to divine will.... The human being's will is always the sole factor to be taken into account.... The will overcomes all external circumstances that threaten to hinder the soul's life. And again, it is the desire for the world which can be considered the greatest obstacle to the soul's higher development.... And this desire can be nourished in seemingly good as well as in bad life situations, but it can also be fought. All resistances exist in order to be overcome, and it is therefore irrelevant whether the human being has to fight a hard battle in life due to poor circumstances and in return has fewer worldly temptations or whether he has to fight out even harder battle against the world in a life of well-being.... the inner life is always and in every situation completely separate from the life of the body. Thoughts are conveyed to the human being in so many ways by the spiritual beings who look after him that it is only a matter of grasping and utilizing them. And this is never dependent on the human being's situation in life and his destiny.... because according to the wise plan of the creator, this is assigned to every human being in such a way that it guarantees the highest possible perfection and thus earthly life need only be used correctly, i.e. according to divine will, in order to lead to complete success. Thus the objection that a profession or fate makes it easier to find the way to realization is totally wrong.... Only the will alone is decisive that the human being pays attention to his inner life and is therefore active of his own accord for the salvation of his soul....

Diferentes circunstancias de vida no obstaculizan el desarrollo del alma....

Los caminos de los seres humanos son muy diferentes y, sin embargo, pueden llegar al mismo resultado, por lo que es erróneo suponer que la vida del alma puede desarrollarse solo en ciertas circunstancias, mientras que debe permanecer completamente sin afecto, donde la situación de la vida del ser humano es menos propicia para el alma.

Este punto de vista es muy erróneo, ya que todos los hombres deben tener la misma posibilidad de alcanzar el estado de perfección, y la Deidad eterna nunca puede desear favorecer o renunciar a un ser, ya que esto nunca sería compatible con el amor divino y la justicia.

Las circunstancias de los hombres son aparentemente favorables o desfavorables, y esto da lugar a conclusiones falsas, pero el destino de cada hombre individual está tan asignado a él, para que pueda contribuir a su desarrollo superior al más alto grado, si es usado por él ampliamente, y eso solamente es crucial. El hombre a menudo se ve obligado por circunstancias excepcionales a moverse en una determinada dirección de pensamiento, es decir, tendrá que resolver tareas en el campo mundano que lo llenen pensativamente, de modo que este se ocupa poco o nada con problemas mentales, pero ningún hombre en la tierra está solamente activo en el ámbito terrenal.... Todavía hay tiempo para cada uno para estudiarse a sí mismo y prestar atención a los asuntos mentales, si solo existe la voluntad de hacerlo.

Y nunca es la profesión, la situación de la vida, el tiempo y el lugar de su existencia terrenal ningún obstáculo para formar su vida interior de acuerdo con la voluntad divina.... Y una y otra vez es la voluntad del hombre el único factor a tener en cuenta....

La voluntad supera todas las situaciones de vida externas que amenazan con convertirse en un obstáculo para la vida del alma. Y nuevamente es el deseo hacia al mundo, que supone ser el mayor obstáculo para el desarrollo superior del alma.... Y este deseo puede ser alimentado, pero también combatido, tanto en situaciones de la vida buenas como también en las malas. Toda resistencia está allí para ser superada, y por lo tanto es irrelevante si el hombre tiene que soportar una dura lucha por la vida por circunstancias mediocres y, por lo tanto, está sujeto a menos tentaciones mundanas o si vive una vida de bienestar y entonces debe luchar la lucha más difícil contra el mundo.... Es siempre y en cada situación de vida la vida interior completamente separada de la vida corporal.

Los pensamientos se transmiten al hombre de una manera tan versátil por los seres mentales que lo cuidan, de modo que lo único que importa es captarlos y evaluarlos. Y eso nunca depende de la situación de la vida del hombre y del destino destinado para él.... Porque de acuerdo con el sabio plan del Creador, esto se asigna a cada ser humano de tal manera que garantice la realización más alta posible, y por lo tanto la vida en la tierra debe ser aprovechado correctamente, es decir, de acuerdo con la voluntad divina para conducirla al éxito completo.

Por lo tanto, es completamente irrelevante que una profesión o un destino faciliten encontrar el camino hacia el reconocimiento.... Siempre es solamente la voluntad la que determina la atención del ser humano hacia su vida interior y, por lo tanto, es activo por iniciativa propia para la salvación de su alma....
