"Ik ben het Licht van de wereld" - Licht is waarheid

Ik ben het Licht van de wereld en alleen daar waar Ik ben, kan het licht schijnen. Waar Ik echter niet ben, is duisternis. Wie deze woorden diep in z'n hart laat doordringen, zal ook spoedig door een lichtstraal worden aangeraakt, want hij zal inzien dat hij de weg naar Mij moet nemen om tot het licht te komen. Maar licht is waarheid en de waarheid komt van Mij. En zo kan niemand in de waarheid gaan die zich ver van God af bevindt, die Mij zelf niet in zich heeft opgenomen zodat Ik een licht in hem kan ontsteken. Maar Mij opnemen betekent de liefde tot zijn eigendom maken, want wie in de liefde leeft, leeft in Mij en Ik in hem. Ik ben dus de Liefde, de Waarheid, het Licht, het Leven. Zonder Mij leeft u elders, in de duisternis. Waar u ook maar ergens anders het licht zoekt - u zult het niet vinden als u het niet in uzelf ontsteekt door de liefde. Als u Mij, de Liefde zelf, niet tot u trekt door werkzaam te zijn in liefde.

Er kan wanorde in uw gedachten zijn, maar dan is er ook wanorde in uw hart. Dan is de liefde niet in u die alles ordent volgens de eeuwige wet, die ook uw denken juist leidt en geen onduidelijkheid, geen vragen en geen twijfel in u laat bovenkomen. Zo is er dus pas dan licht in u, wanneer Ik zelf onderdak heb gevonden in uw hart, omdat Ik zelf het licht ben van eeuwigheid. Het staat u echter vrij het licht te kiezen of de duisternis. Gelooft u in Mij door wie het licht in de wereld is gekomen, gelooft u in Jezus Christus en Zijn verlossingswerk, dan zult u ook proberen Mij te winnen. U zult u door Mij uit de duisternis laten wegroepen, u zult naar mijn stem luisteren. U zult mijn geboden van de liefde herkennen als mijn wil en u zult mijn wil binnengaan ter wille van het licht. U zult verlangen naar Mij, naar mijn liefde, naar het leven dat Ik u beloofd heb. U zult inzien dat er zonder Mij geen leven is en dus vrijwillig in het lichtschijnsel treden dat Ik zelf uitstraal. U zult het licht zoeken en het ook vinden. U zult in de waarheid verkeren zodra u in de liefde leeft. Er is geen andere weg om tot de waarheid te komen dan door de liefde. En dat zal u ook de dwaling begrijpelijk maken die over de hele wereld verbreid is, die onvermijdelijk daar moet zijn waar geen liefde is.

De liefde onder de mensen is echter bekoeld. Waar zal de waarheid nog aangetroffen kunnen worden die er niet zijn kan waar Ik niet zelf ben. Die niet buiten Mij bestaat en die door de liefdeloosheid van de mensen zelf verdrongen werd. Waar geen liefde is, is duisternis, ook al is het verstand van de mensen nog zo hoog ontwikkeld. Ik ben het Licht der wereld, maar Ik ben ook de eeuwige Liefde. Waar echter het licht gedoofd wordt, waar de liefde niet te vinden is, daar is ook duisternis van de geest. Daar is dwaling, onwetendheid, verblinding en geestelijke verwaandheid, want daar heerst de vorst der duisternis, die de waarheid wil verdringen en daardoor ook Degene, die de eeuwige Waarheid, die het Licht van eeuwigheid is.

"I am the light of the world...." light is truth....

I am the light of the world, and only where I am can the light shine, but where I am not there is darkness.... Anyone who allows these words to deeply penetrate his heart will also soon be touched by a ray of light, for he will realize that he has to take the path to Me in order to reach the light. But light is truth, and truth emanates from Me. And thus no-one can walk in truth who is distant from God, who has not accepted Me Myself so that I will kindle a light in him. But to receive Me means to make love your own, for anyone who lives in love lives in Me and I in him.... I, therefore, am love, truth, light and life.... Without Me you live apart, in darkness. Wherever else you seek the light.... you will not find it if you do not ignite it within yourselves through love, if you do not draw Me, Who am love Myself, to you through loving activity. There can be disorder in your thoughts, but then there is also disorder in your heart, then love is not in you, which orders everything according to eternal law, which also guides your thinking correctly and does not let any ambiguity, no questions and no doubts arise in you. Thus light is only in you when I Myself have found acceptance in your heart, because I Myself am the light from eternity. But you are free to choose the light or the darkness.... If you believe in Me, through Whom the light has come into the world, if you believe in Jesus Christ and His act of salvation, then you will also try to win Me, you will let yourselves be called out of darkness by Me, you will listen to My voice, you will recognize My commandments of love as My will, and you will enter into My will for the sake of light, you will long for Me, for My love, for the life I have promised you, you will recognize that there is no life without Me and thus voluntarily step into the glow of light which I Myself emanate, you will look for the light and also find it.... You will move in truth as well as you move in love.... There is no other way to reach the truth than through love.... And this will also explain to you the error spread throughout the whole world, which infallibly has to be where there is no love.... But love has grown cold among people.... Where is the truth to be found which cannot be where I am not Myself, which is not apart from Me and which has been suppressed by human unkindness itself. Where there is no love there is darkness, no matter how highly developed people's intellect may be.... I am the light of the world, but I am also the eternal love.... but where the light is extinguished, where love cannot be found, there is also darkness of spirit, there is error, ignorance, delusion and spiritual arrogance, for there the prince of darkness reigns who wants to displace the truth and thereby also the one Who is the eternal truth, Who is the light from eternity....
