Zorg van geestelijke vrienden voor de familieleden op aarde

Tegen de macht van de Heer is alle verzet tevergeefs. Hij plaatst jullie in de werkkring die jullie de toestand van rijpheid kan verschaffen en elke weerstand tegen de wil van de Heer vereist nu ook het ingrijpen van de goddelijke macht. Want de Heer laat de mens niet aan zijn zelfgekozen lot over, zolang de wil van de mens niet duidelijk tegenstand biedt aan de wil van de Heer.

In alle levensnood klopt de Heer op de deur van het hart en verlangt toegang. En dus is de aardse nood heel vaak het heilzaamste medicijn tegen de stijfkoppige instelling van de mensenkinderen. Laat daarom alle zorgen getroost aan jouw goddelijke Heiland over en wacht geduldig op het tijdstip van de geestelijke rijpheid van jouw dierbaren.

Jouw geestelijke vrienden melden je nu hoe reeds de eerste tekenen van jouw gezegende arbeid op aarde merkbaar worden. Er is reeds een hele kring van geestelijke wezens werkzaam om de begonnen arbeid aan jouw broers en zussen voort te zetten. En er liggen vele verbindingen van het hiernamaals naar de aarde klaar, waarvan met de ijverigste arbeid gebruik gemaakt wordt om zo naar vermogen op de gedachten van de mensenkinderen in te werken.

Alle desbetreffende arbeid is van zo’n enorme waarde. Daardoor wordt immers het denken van de mensen naar boven geleid en er wordt een vooruitgang op geestelijk gebied behaald. Want zonder zulke aanwijzingen van jouw kant betreden de mensen dus weinig de geestelijke brug naar het hiernamaals. En het zijn ook nog heel weinig mensen voor wie de geschriften als ook de geestelijke verzorging werkelijke innerlijke verheffing zijn. De wereld houdt de mensheid nog te zeer gevangen en de eigenlijke werkzaamheid, de arbeid aan de ziel, is voor hen een betrekkelijk begrip.

Of het menselijke denken zich nu naar wereldse interesses toekeert of zich door geestelijke vragen gevangen laat nemen, is geheel alleen aan de vrije wil van de mens overgelaten. En talloze geestelijke wezens spannen zich nu in om deze wil van degenen, die aan hen ter bescherming zijn toevertrouwd, ten goede te beïnvloeden. Een rechtstreeks inwerken op de mensenkinderen is slechts zelden mogelijk, daarom wordt de medewerking van bereidwillige dienaren van de Heer op aarde buitengewoon blij verwelkomd. En in dezelfde mate als het mensenkind tot hulp bereid is om de geestelijke wezens te ondersteunen, zo worden ook de nog dwalende familieleden door geestelijke zijde onder de hoede genomen. In alle liefde wordt geprobeerd deze taak te vervullen, en daarom zijn ze nooit zonder bescherming.

Elke hulpverlening vanaf de aarde wordt aangenomen en overvloedig vergoed aan degenen, die in nauwe betrekking met het mensenkind staan en die behoefte hebben aan geestelijke zorg. En daarom is geen ziel hulpeloos en verlaten aan de duisternis prijsgegeven, maar de geestelijke vrienden ontworstelen naar vermogen de dwalende en onwetende zielen aan de duisternis en brengen ze dichterbij het licht, zodat ook zij hun oorsprong uit God beseffen en hun daardoor vastgestelde levenstaak. En de zon zal opgaan waar het nog nacht is. Allen, voor wie jouw zorg geldt, zullen in het licht van de waarheid staan.

Care of the spiritual friends for the relatives on earth....

All resistance against the power of the lord is in vain; He places you into the sphere of activity which can provide you with the state of maturity, and all resistance against the will of the lord now also requires the intervention of divine power, for the lord does not leave man to his self-chosen fate as long as the will of man does not obviously oppose the will of the lord. In every adversity of life the lord knocks at the door of the heart and desires entry.... And so earthly hardship is very often the most salutary medicine against the rigid minds of earthly children. Therefore, confidently leave all worries to your divine saviour and patiently await the time of your loved ones' spiritual maturity.... Your spiritual friends are now telling you how the first signs of your blessed work on earth are already making themselves felt. A whole circle of spiritual beings is already active to continue the work you have started on your fellow brothers and sisters, and there are many connections from the beyond to earth which are being utilized in the most diligent work in order to influence the thoughts of the earthly children to the best of their ability. All work in this regard is of such immense value, as it directs people's thoughts upwards and progress is made in the spiritual realm. For without such indications on your part people enter the spiritual bridge to the beyond so little, and there are also still very few people for whom the scriptures as well as spiritual entertainment are real edification; the world still holds humanity too captive and the actual activity, the work on the soul, is a relative concept to them. Whether people's thoughts turn to worldly interests or allow themselves to be captivated by spiritual questions is entirely up to their free will; and countless spiritual beings, who are entrusted with people's care, endeavour to influence this will in the right way. A direct influence on the earth children is only rarely possible, therefore the co-operation of willing servants of the lord on earth is extremely joyfully welcomed. And in the same measure as the earth child helpfully supports the spiritual beings, so also the still erring relatives are cared for from the spiritual side; in all love the task is tried to be solved for them, and earth men are therefore never without protection. All help from earth is accepted and abundantly repaid to those close to the earthly child who are in need of spiritual care. And therefore no soul is helpless and abandoned to the darkness, but the spiritual friends wrest the erring and ignorant souls from the darkness to the best of their ability and bring them close to the light so that they also recognize their origin from God and their task in life caused by it. And the sun will rise where there is still night.... in the light of truth will stand all those who are in your care....
