Le distruzioni mediante la volontà umana

Gli uomini saranno afferrati da un certo scoraggiamento in vista delle distruzioni che la volontà umana procura. Inizierà un tempo, in cui nessuno è più sicuro di conservare il suo bene, ed anche questo è un segno del tempo della fine, che gli uomini vengono severamente avvertiti di disdegnare i beni del mondo, di tendere soltanto a beni spirituali e di prepararsi alla fine che attende tutti così precocemente. Sarà un tempo pauroso e gli uomini non avranno quasi più la volontà di formare diversamente la loro vita, perché riconoscono la caducità di tutto ciò che intraprendono e la vita apparirà loro insopportabile. Ma in vista della vicina fine questo stato di sofferenza è necessario per gli uomini, che soltanto con questo possono giungere ancora alla conoscenza che la vita terrena non è lo scopo principale dell’esistenza.

Ogni creatura verrà a percepire la lotta del tempo della fine, perché agisce anche sul mondo animale e vegetale e la conseguenza di ciò sono delle formazioni sempre più veloci. Ed anche gli uomini dovranno concludere anzitempo il loro percorso terreno, in parte attraverso l’opera di distruzione che la volontà umana porta all’esecuzione, in parte attraverso l’Intervento divino che richiede pure numerose vite umane. Ma tutte queste vittime devono di nuovo aiutare i sopravissuti a giungere alla conoscenza, gli ultimi si devono rendere conto, quanto velocemente la morte può terminare la vita, affinché pensino alle loro anime ed alla vita dopo la morte.

Agli uomini deve essere portata davanti agli occhi la morte, perché altrimenti valutano la vita terrena come tale troppo alta e perciò sono in pericolo di dimenticare il vero scopo della loro vita terrena. E questo richiede ora degli avvenimenti estremamente dolorosi, perché gli uomini passano oltre alla sofferenza e miseria con indifferenza, se non è straordinariamente grande o sconvolgente. Gli uomini non riescono ancora a discernere il giusto dall’ingiusto, hanno in mente soltanto il loro vantaggio e chiamano bene tutto ciò che apporta loro questo. E non pensano al prossimo ed alla sua miseria. E così l’avversario di Dio ha vinto il gioco, mentre nel suo peggiore agire non viene ancora riconosciuto, ma trova assenso e pazienza.

Ma l’uomo non giunge alla conoscenza che viene guidato da forze cattive e non trova la giusta via se non migliora il suo agire. Perciò l’ingiustizia gli deve essere portata così vicino, deve sperimentarlo su sé stesso, che cosa può provocare il disamore, ed egli deve cambiare sé stesso attraverso la propria sofferenza, si deve allontanare dal comportamento dell’umanità che è sotto l’influenza di Satana. Ed egli lo farà soltanto quando riconosce la nullità dei beni terreni, che attizzano soltanto avarizia e vizi, che conducono ai massimi crimini. Perché è soltanto per i beni terreni, per i quali gli uomini s’infliggono la massima sofferenza.

Non passerà più molto tempo, che tutto sarà esposto alla decadenza, e questo breve tempo deve essere ancora un tempo di indicibile sofferenza per l’umanità, perché è molto distante a prepararsi e così pensa troppo poco alla vita dopo la morte. Ma Dio impiega tutti i mezzi per orientare i loro pensieri su questo e così Egli permette ciò a cui tende la volontà umana, per salvare ancora gli uomini, mentre presenta loro la caducità dei beni terreni e la vita del corpo e con ciò li vuole guidare alla conoscenza.

Destruction by human will....

A general despondency will take hold of people in view of the destruction wrought by human will. A time will dawn when no-one will be certain of keeping their possessions anymore, and this, too, is a sign of the end time that people will be seriously admonished to despise the world's possessions, to only strive for spiritual possessions and to prepare themselves for the end which is so close at hand for everyone. It will be an anxious time and people will almost no longer have the will to shape their lives differently because they will recognize the frailty of everything they undertake and life will seem unbearable to them. Yet in view of the approaching end this state of suffering is necessary for people who can only thereby still come to the realization that earthly life is not the main purpose of existence. Every creature will feel the battle in the last days, for it will also have an effect on the animal and plant world and ever faster deformations will be the result. And people, too, will have to end their earthly careers prematurely, partly through the work of destruction that human will allows to be carried out and partly through divine intervention, which will also claim numerous human lives. But all these sacrifices shall again help the survivors to realize, the latter shall become aware of how quickly death can end life so that they think of their souls and of life after death. People must be made aware of death because otherwise they will value earthly life as such too highly and thereby be in danger of forgetting their actual purpose of earthly life. And this requires extremely painful experiences, for people pass by suffering and misery without feeling unless it is exceptionally great and overwhelming. People are not yet able to distinguish right from wrong, they only have their own advantage in mind and approve of everything that brings them such. And they do not consider their neighbour and his need. And so the adversary has won God's game by not yet being recognized in his worst deeds, but instead finds approval and leniency. However, until a person realizes that he is guided by evil forces, until he abhors their activity, he will not find the right path. And this is why injustice has to be brought so close to him, he has to experience for himself what unkindness brings about and he has to change through his own suffering, he has to turn away from humanity's behaviour which is under satan's influence.... And he will only do so when he recognizes the futility of earthly goods, which only kindle desires and vices that lead to the greatest crimes. For it is only earthly goods for the sake of which people inflict the greatest suffering on themselves.... It will not be long before everything is left to decay, and this short time will still have to be a time of unspeakable suffering for humanity because it is far from preparing itself and thus thinks too little of life after death. But God uses all means to direct their thoughts towards it, and thus He allows what human will strives for in order to still save people by showing them the transience of earthly possessions and bodily life and thereby wants to guide them into realizing....
