The house-father assigns the work to His servants....

My will will be placed in your heart as soon as you are willing to fulfil it as My servants on earth who are active in My vineyard. I Myself will assign your activity to you, I will direct and guide everything so that you will follow the paths where you can successfully work in the vineyard. I will guide your thoughts so that you will feel driven from within to carry out the thoughts and My will will then always be followed by you.... Therefore you need not worry at all about how and in what way you can advance your spiritual activity.... As your father of the house I know best what kind of work you are capable of doing, and I assign it to you by giving you the right thoughts and you will then act in accordance with My will. But there is one thing you should always bear in mind, that you commend yourselves and your actions to Me, that you don't leave Me out, that you always ask Me for My blessing, that you therefore always willingly place yourselves at My service. I know people's hearts and I know which hearts I can still address with success.... I know every person's inner attitude towards Me, and where I only recognize the slightest desire for truth I will also guide them there, and then you will always be the executors of My will. Admittedly, everything will only appear to be small-scale work to you and yet every spiritual work will have a far-reaching effect, not only on earth but also with the souls in the kingdom of the beyond. For as soon as they could only be touched by a small ray of light their desire for knowledge becomes ever greater, for they feel the benefit (truth) of light which consists in the expansion of their knowledge.... And you contribute to this daily and hourly through your spiritual work, no matter how little successful it may seem to you.... The bond with Me and with the spiritual kingdom is always a supply of strength, both for you as well as for those souls which participate in every spiritual exchange. And every supply of strength again is also spiritual progress, a coming closer to Me, which is why I time and again spur you, My servants on earth, on to eager vineyard work, so that many people will still reach their goal on earth: that they will join Me and attain the life which lasts forever. The fact that time and again your activity will be opposed as My adversary's work will not affect your vineyard work but rather be proof that you are walking on the right path, which is why the adversary is at work to hinder you.... Yet your bond with Me protects you from him, and if you only ever let your father of the house assign the work to you then you will also be able to carry it out according to My will, because then you will also receive the strength and even adversary attacks will not be able to disturb you. For I want you to be active for Me and My kingdom. And therefore I will also bless your work and always provide you with strength, and you yourselves will feel in your heart what you should do and what you should refrain from doing....

O chefe de família atribui o trabalho aos seus empregados....

A minha vontade será colocada no vosso coração assim que estiverem dispostos a cumpri-la como Meus servos na terra que estão activos na Minha vinha. Eu próprio lhe designarei a sua actividade, dirigirei e guiarei tudo para que siga os caminhos onde possa trabalhar com sucesso na vinha. Guiarei os vossos pensamentos para que se sintam impelidos por dentro a realizar os pensamentos e a Minha vontade será então sempre seguida por vós.... Por conseguinte, não precisa de se preocupar de forma alguma em como e de que forma pode fazer avançar a sua actividade espiritual.... Como vosso Pai da casa, sei melhor que tipo de trabalho sois capaz de fazer, e atribuo-vos isso dando-vos os pensamentos certos e então agireis de acordo com a Minha vontade. Mas há uma coisa que devem ter sempre em mente, que se recomendam a Mim e às vossas acções, que não Me deixam de fora, que Me pedem sempre a Minha bênção, que por isso se colocam sempre de bom grado ao Meu serviço. Conheço os corações das pessoas e sei que corações ainda posso abordar com sucesso.... Conheço a atitude interior de cada pessoa para comigo, e onde apenas reconheço o menor desejo de verdade, também aí os guiarei, e então serão sempre vós os executores da Minha vontade. É certo que tudo lhe parecerá ser apenas trabalho em pequena escala e, no entanto, todo o trabalho espiritual terá efeitos de grande alcance, não só na terra mas também com as almas no reino do além. Pois assim que só podiam ser tocados por um pequeno raio de luz, o seu desejo de conhecimento torna-se cada vez maior, pois sentem o benefício (verdade) da luz que consiste na expansão do seu conhecimento.... E contribui para isso diariamente e de hora em hora através do seu trabalho espiritual, por muito pouco sucesso que lhe possa parecer.... A ligação comigo e com o reino espiritual é sempre uma fonte de força, tanto para si como para as almas que participam em cada intercâmbio espiritual. E cada fonte de força, mais uma vez, é também um progresso espiritual, uma aproximação a Mim, e é por isso que vos estimulo uma e outra vez, Meus servos na terra, a trabalhar ansiosamente na vinha, para que muitas pessoas ainda alcancem o seu objectivo na terra: que se juntem a Mim e alcancem a vida que dura para sempre. O facto de a sua actividade ser constantemente oposta, uma vez que o trabalho do meu adversário não afectará o seu trabalho na vinha, mas será antes a prova de que está a caminhar no caminho certo, razão pela qual o adversário está a trabalhar para o impedir.... No entanto, a tua ligação a Mim protege-te dele, e se alguma vez deixares o teu Pai da casa atribuir-te o trabalho, então também serás capaz de o realizar de acordo com a Minha vontade, porque então também receberás a força e mesmo os ataques adversários não te poderão perturbar. Pois eu quero que sejais activos para Mim e para o Meu reino. E por isso também abençoarei o vosso trabalho e sempre vos darei forças, e vós próprios sentireis no vosso coração o que deveis fazer e o que deveis abster-vos de fazer...._>Ámen
