The house-father assigns the work to His servants....

My will will be placed in your heart as soon as you are willing to fulfil it as My servants on earth who are active in My vineyard. I Myself will assign your activity to you, I will direct and guide everything so that you will follow the paths where you can successfully work in the vineyard. I will guide your thoughts so that you will feel driven from within to carry out the thoughts and My will will then always be followed by you.... Therefore you need not worry at all about how and in what way you can advance your spiritual activity.... As your father of the house I know best what kind of work you are capable of doing, and I assign it to you by giving you the right thoughts and you will then act in accordance with My will. But there is one thing you should always bear in mind, that you commend yourselves and your actions to Me, that you don't leave Me out, that you always ask Me for My blessing, that you therefore always willingly place yourselves at My service. I know people's hearts and I know which hearts I can still address with success.... I know every person's inner attitude towards Me, and where I only recognize the slightest desire for truth I will also guide them there, and then you will always be the executors of My will. Admittedly, everything will only appear to be small-scale work to you and yet every spiritual work will have a far-reaching effect, not only on earth but also with the souls in the kingdom of the beyond. For as soon as they could only be touched by a small ray of light their desire for knowledge becomes ever greater, for they feel the benefit (truth) of light which consists in the expansion of their knowledge.... And you contribute to this daily and hourly through your spiritual work, no matter how little successful it may seem to you.... The bond with Me and with the spiritual kingdom is always a supply of strength, both for you as well as for those souls which participate in every spiritual exchange. And every supply of strength again is also spiritual progress, a coming closer to Me, which is why I time and again spur you, My servants on earth, on to eager vineyard work, so that many people will still reach their goal on earth: that they will join Me and attain the life which lasts forever. The fact that time and again your activity will be opposed as My adversary's work will not affect your vineyard work but rather be proof that you are walking on the right path, which is why the adversary is at work to hinder you.... Yet your bond with Me protects you from him, and if you only ever let your father of the house assign the work to you then you will also be able to carry it out according to My will, because then you will also receive the strength and even adversary attacks will not be able to disturb you. For I want you to be active for Me and My kingdom. And therefore I will also bless your work and always provide you with strength, and you yourselves will feel in your heart what you should do and what you should refrain from doing....

Der Hausvater weiset Seinen Knechten die Arbeit zu....

Mein Wille wird euch in das Herz gelegt werden, sowie ihr nur bereit seid, ihn zu erfüllen als Meine Knechte auf Erden, die in Meinem Weinberg tätig sind. Ich Selbst werde euch eure Tätigkeit zuweisen, Ich werde alles so lenken und leiten, daß ihr die Wege gehet, wo ihr erfolgreiche Weinbergsarbeit verrichten könnet. Ich werde eure Gedanken lenken, so daß ihr euch von innen angetrieben fühlet, die Gedanken zur Ausführung zu bringen, und es wird immer Mein Wille dann von euch befolgt werden.... Darum brauchet ihr euch keinerlei Sorgen zu machen, wie und in welcher Weise ihr eure geistige Tätigkeit vorantreiben könnet.... Als euer Hausvater weiß Ich am besten, welche Arbeit zu leisten ihr imstande seid, und diese trage Ich euch auf, indem Ich euch die rechten Gedanken eingebe und ihr dann handeln werdet in Meinem Willen. Doch eines sollet ihr immer beachten, daß ihr euch und euer Tun Mir anempfehlet, daß ihr Mich nicht auslasset, daß ihr Mich stets um Meinen Segen bittet, daß ihr euch also immer wieder willig in Meinen Dienst stellet. Ich kenne die Menschenherzen, und Ich weiß es, welche Herzen Ich noch ansprechen kann mit Erfolg.... Ich weiß um die innere Einstellung eines jeden Menschen zu Mir, und wo Ich nur das geringste Verlangen nach der Wahrheit erkenne, dort leite Ich sie auch hin, und immer werdet ihr dann die Ausführenden Meines Willens sein. Es wird euch zwar alles nur als Kleinarbeit erscheinen, und doch zieht jede geistige Arbeit weite Kreise, nicht nur auf Erden, sondern auch bei den Seelen im jenseitigen Reich. Denn sowie sie nur von einem kleinen Lichtstrahl berührt werden konnten, wird ihre Wißbegierde immer größer, denn sie fühlen die Wohltat (Wahrheit) des Lichtes, die in der Erweiterung ihres Wissens besteht.... Und dazu traget ihr täglich und stündlich bei durch eure geistige Arbeit, und mag sie für euch noch so wenig erfolgreich scheinen.... Die Bindung mit Mir und mit dem geistigen Reich ist immer eine Kraftzufuhr, für euch sowohl als auch für jene Seelen, die an jedem geistigen Austausch teilnehmen. Und jede Kraftzuleitung wieder ist auch ein geistiger Fortschritt, ein Mir-näher-Kommen, weshalb Ich immer wieder euch, Meine Diener auf Erden, zu eifriger Weinbergsarbeit ansporne, auf daß viele Menschen noch ihr Ziel erreichen auf Erden: daß sie sich Mir anschließen und zu dem Leben gelangen, das ewig währet. Daß eure Tätigkeit immer wieder angefeindet wird als Wirken Meines Gegners, das wird eure Weinbergsarbeit nicht beeinträchtigen, sondern eher ein Beweis sein, daß ihr auf rechten Wegen wandelt, weshalb der Gegner am Werk ist, euch zu hindern.... Doch eure Bindung mit Mir schützet euch vor ihm, und lasset ihr euch nur immer von eurem Hausvater die Arbeit zuweisen, so werdet ihr sie auch ausführen können nach Meinem Willen, weil ihr dann auch die Kraft empfanget und euch auch gegnerische Angriffe nicht stören können. Denn Ich will es, daß ihr für Mich und Mein Reich tätig seid. Und darum werde Ich euch auch eure Arbeit segnen und immer euch mit Kraft versehen, und ihr selbst werdet es im Herzen spüren, was ihr tun und was ihr lassen sollet....
