Will guarantees the power to work the vineyard....

To whom I give an office I also give the ability to administer it.... And whomever I have chosen to work in My vineyard will also be able to do so, for he receives from Me everything that is necessary for this.... He receives the right seed and also the strength to work with it according to My will. Only he must have offered himself to Me for service, for no human being will need to do such work against his will, because then it would be pointless, for success can only be achieved where love is active. And thus a true vineyard labourer should carry out his work with love.... The preacher of My teaching should take the spiritual hardship of his fellow human being to heart and try to remedy this hardship.... Then he will truly be able to achieve good success, then his work will be successful and bring him blessings. And everyone will be able to create and work according to his ability, for I will place everyone where he finds a suitable field of work which he can then also master. Therefore only the earnest will is necessary to be allowed to work for Me in My vineyard, and he will now also be assigned the work as he can manage it, as it corresponds to his ability. And every labourer in My vineyard should also wait until I call him to the right activity, for I know when the day and hour has come for him to work, and then I will call him Myself and he will gladly do his work. I need all of you, My servants on earth, for there is great spiritual hardship and much of the good seed with which I provide for you beforehand still has to be scattered so that you will not lack it. And My seed is My word which comes to you from above. Anyone who passes on this word of Mine, who ensures that it is spread, is a good worker for Me and will truly be blessed, for people need My word, the gospel must be proclaimed to them, they must know about My will, about My commandments, about their task on earth and about all difficulties they are facing.... They must know that they are close to the end and that they should do nothing more urgently than work on their souls, because there is not much time left. This is the task of every servant on earth who has entrusted himself to Me to work in My vineyard. Each one shall draw his fellow human beings' attention to the word from above, each one shall proclaim the father's great love Who wants to win His children back, each one shall pass on the divine teaching of love which makes My will known to them. Then he will be a good servant and I will reward his work.... And no-one need fear that he is not up to this work, for everyone will also have the opportunity to do so, for I will guide his fellow human beings into the way as they are willing to accept My word, and it will then arise of its own accord whether they accept My word or not. But you, My servants on earth, you must be mediators through whom I Myself can address people who do not yet allow a direct address. And thus you only need to want to serve Me and everything will approach you such that you will thus serve Me, consciously or unconsciously. For it is truly easy for Me to give you the gift of speech when you need it, when I want to address a fellow human being through you. But I must possess your will, which is free.... And I bless his will if it applies to Me and wants to contribute towards the redemption of the unfree.... And I will also always give you as much strength as you need for your vineyard work.... You will always be able to do it because this work is the most important and therefore it is also My will that you work with My strength. Therefore, never fear becoming unfit for work which is particularly urgent in the last days before the end and which has to be carried out of your own free will, for I keep My servants capable as long as I need their services.... And I also know how long you are still to serve Me and what task I set for everyone in the last days before the end.... And as long as I provide you with strength and protectively hold My hands over you.... and as long as you shall also fulfil your office which I have assigned to you...._>Amen

Voluntad garantiza la fuerza para trabajar en la viña....

A quien doy un oficio, también le doy la capacidad de administrarlo.... Y a quien Yo he elegido para el trabajo en Mi viña, también podrá cumplirlo, porque recibirá de Mí todo lo que es necesario para ello.... Recibe una simiente correcta y también la fuerza para trabajar con ella según Mi voluntad. Sólo él mismo debe haberse ofrecido a servirme porque ninguna persona podrá hacer tal trabajo en contra de su voluntad, porque este entonces sería inútil, porque solo donde el amor está obrando también se puede lograr un éxito.

Y así, un verdadero obrero de viña debe hacer su trabajo con amor.... La necesidad espiritual de los demás seres humanos debe ir al corazón del proclamador de Mi enseñanza, y él debe buscar remediar esta necesidad. Entonces verdaderamente podrá lograr buenos resultados, entonces su trabajo prosperará y traerá bendiciones. Y cada uno podrá crear y obrar según su capacidad porque pondré a cada uno allí donde encuentre el campo de trabajo adecuado, al que ahora también puede dominar. Por eso sólo es necesaria la voluntad seria, para que se permita trabajar en Mi viña, y ahora también se le asigna el trabajo, cómo ahora puede hacer frente al trabajo, como corresponde a sus capacidades.

Y todo trabajador de Mi viña también debe esperar hasta que Yo lo llame a la actividad correcta.... porque Yo sé cuándo ha llegado el día y la hora para él y su trabajo, entonces Yo Mismo lo llamo y cumplirá alegremente su trabajo. Yo os necesito a todos vosotros, Mis siervos en la tierra, porque hay una gran necesidad espiritual en la tierra, y aún falta sembrar mucha de la buena semilla, que os doy de antemano, para que no padezcáis falta de ella. Y Mi semilla es Mi Palabra, que os llega desde lo alto.

Él que transmite Mi Palabra, que se encarga de que se difunda, ese es un buen trabajador para Mí, y será verdaderamente bendecido porque la gente tiene necesidad de Mi Palabra, hay que anunciarles el Evangelio, tienen que saber acerca de Mi voluntad, acerca de Mis mandamientos, acerca de su tarea en la tierra y acerca de todo a lo que se enfrentarán.... Deben saber que están cerca del final y que no deben hacer nada más que trabajar en sus almas, porque ya no queda mucho tiempo. En esto consiste la tarea de todo siervo en la tierra que se ha ofrecido a trabajar en Mi viña.

Cada uno debe llamar la atención de sus semejantes acerca de la Palabra desde lo alto; cada uno debe anunciar del gran amor del Padre, Que quiere reconquistar a Sus hijos; cada uno debe transmitir la enseñanza del amor divino, que les anuncia Mi voluntad. Entonces será un buen sirviente y Yo recompensaré su trabajo.... y nadie necesita temer que no esté a la altura del trabajo porque todos también tendrán la oportunidad de hacerlo porque Yo le llevo a sus semejantes en el camino, en cuanto están dispuestos a tomar Mi Palabra, y entonces se dará por sí mismo si aceptan Mi Palabra o no.

Pero vosotros, Mis servidores en la tierra, debéis ser mediadores, a través de los cuales Yo Mismo puedo dirigirme a los hombres que aún no permiten un discurso directo. Y así solo tenéis que querer que Me servís, y todo se os acerca a vosotros de tal manera que Me servís, consciente o inconscientemente. Porque para Mí es verdaderamente muy fácil daros el don de hablar cuando lo necesitáis, cuando quiero dirigirme a un semejante a través de vosotros. Pero debo poseer vuestra voluntad, que es libre.... y cuya voluntad bendigo, cuando está dedicado a Mí y quiere contribuir a la redención de lo no libre.... Y siempre os daré tanta fuerza como la necesitáis para vuestro trabajo en la viña.... Siempre seréis capaces de hacerlo porque este trabajo es lo más importante y por eso también es Mi voluntad que trabajéis con Mi fuerza.

Por lo tanto, nunca temáis volveros ineptos para un trabajo que es particularmente urgente en los últimos días antes del final y que debéis realizar por vuestro libre albedrío porque Yo Me mantendré a Mis siervos siempre eficientes mientras necesite sus servicios.... Y también sé por cuánto tiempo aún debéis servirme y qué tarea os asignaré a todos en los últimos días antes del fin.... Y durante este tiempo os proporcionaré fuerza y mantendré Mis manos protectoramente sobre vosotros.... y hasta entonces cumpliréis también vuestro oficio, que Yo os he asignado....
