Standstill of earthly life....

You start your life on earth without knowing the purpose of earthly life, you gradually become aware of yourselves and then you first have to be informed of the meaning and purpose of your existence. Yet this instruction by and large only concerns your physical welfare, and it can often take a long time before you become aware of a spiritual life.... before you consider your soul and its requirements. If, however, you are correctly instructed early enough, that is, if your attention is drawn to your spiritual development, then your soul will be able to prepare itself accordingly and assert its wishes, i.e. you can live a spiritual life next to the purely physical life and gain spiritual benefits for the soul.... However, a person who only pays attention to his earthly life, who only meets the body's requirements and ignores his soul, will gain little spiritual success. Only when he becomes aware of the fact that there is a different purpose and goal than merely the physical welfare of the body can the beginning of a spiritual life be spoken of. Prior to that earthly life is just a standstill, lived in vain for the soul, for the human being's spiritual development.

But every person has the opportunity to receive the information about the meaning and purpose of existence, it is just that he doesn't always believe these explanations, in which case the soul will be considerably disadvantaged.... And then it can often take a long time until the person begins to understand the worthlessness of earthly ambitions and strives towards a different, spiritual goal. Nevertheless, it has to be left up to him in which direction he shall turn his thoughts and his will, yet he will always receive instructions and then it will depend on him whether these instructions will help him gain understanding, and whether he will derive a benefit from the information conveyed to him. He has to accept this information of his own free will, he simply has to want to fulfil the right purpose of his life.... Then he will also of his own accord turn to the Power Which He recognises above himself with an appeal for assistance, then he will be helped in coming to the certain realisation and subsequently live his life on earth consciously.

For the human being was given intelligence, he can think and mentally consider the pros and cons and thus make a decision, it solely depends on his decision as to whether he will only live an earthly life or strive spiritually as well.... And although it also depends on his will as to whether he thinks correctly he will nevertheless always be offered the option to arrive at the correct conclusion, he will not be left without help, for it is always possible for him to find and travel the right path, so that his life need not be a standstill but can result in complete spiritual development. However, in the final analysis his will is always the crucial factor, for it is free and its direction cannot be determined by any means. Yet everything will be done on part of God in order to direct this will such that it will turn towards God of its own accord, and then every support will be given so that the human being will reach the right goal....

Un modo de vida vacía por el valle de la Tierra

Cuando empezáis vuestra vida en esta Tierra inconscientes de su finalidad, poco a poco llegáis a conoceros a vosotros mismos; entonces es cuando debéis recibir una formación acerca del sentido y la finalidad de vuestra existencia. Pero en general esta enseñanza se os da en unas condiciones mundanas, por lo que puede tardar mucho hasta que os volváis conscientes de una vida espiritual.... hasta que penséis en vuestra alma y en sus necesidades....

Si con la debida antelación recibís una enseñanza acertada, es decir, si dirigen vuestra atención a vuestro desarrollo espiritual, entonces vuestra alma puede tomar posición y hacerse respetar con sus exigencias. De modo que al lado de la vida puramente física puede ser llevada una vida espiritual que, para el alma, puede producir ventajas espirituales.

Poco éxito logrará un hombre que sólo tiene en cuenta su vida terrenal.... una vida que sólo satisface las necesidades de su cuerpo ignorando las de su alma.

Sólo cuando se vuelve consciente de que el sentido y el objetivo de la vida es otra cosa que el mero bienestar corporal, entonces se podrá hablar del comienzo de la vida espiritual. La vida terrenal vivida hasta entonces será meramente ficticia - vivida en vano para el alma y el desarrollo espiritual del hombre. Cada hombre tendrá la oportunidad de recibir instrucciones sobre el sentido y el objetivo de su existencia, sólo que estas no siempre encuentran su crédito, lo que resulta en un daño considerable del alma.

Frecuentemente transcurre mucho tiempo hasta que el hombre empieza a darse cuenta de la vanidad de las aspiraciones mundanas y se dirige a otro objetivo - el espiritual. Pero él debe ser libre de decidir hacia dónde se dirigen sus pensamientos y su voluntad. Sea lo que fuere, siempre le llegarán instrucciones, pero luego dependerá de él si estas le ayudan para que vea la Luz.... si aprovecha las informaciones recibidas.

Con toda libertad de su voluntad debe adoptar estos conocimientos como propios, y simplemente debe §§querer§§ cumplir con las exigencias de la verdadera finalidad de la vida.

Entonces ya él mismo se dirigirá al Poder divino -al que reconocerá como Poder absoluto- y tendrá todo apoyo para poder llegar a un conocimiento cierto; con lo que en adelante vivirá su vida terrenal §§conscientemente§§.

Al hombre le es dado el intelecto para poder reflexionar. En sus pensamientos puede deliberar el pro y el contra, y decidir después. Y de esto dependerá si en adelante vive una vida meramente mundana o si también aspira a lo espiritual.

Aunque también dependa de su voluntad pensar de una manera justa o no, siempre le será ofrecida la posibilidad de llegar a una buena comprensión; pues, nunca se quedará sin ayuda y siempre le resultará posible encontrar e ir por el camino correcto, de modo que su paso por el valle de la Tierra de ninguna manera tiene que ser infructuoso, sino que le puede aportar pleno desarrollo espiritual....

Al fin de cuentas lo decisivo procederá siempre de su voluntad, porque él es libre y de ninguna manera puede ser obligado a tomar otro rumbo.

Dios hace todo lo posible para orientar esta voluntad para que el hombre §§por su propia voluntad§§ se dirija a Él, con lo que le será prestada toda ayuda posible para que pueda alcanzar la meta correcta.
