'The kingdom of heaven suffereth violence....'

Remember, you humans, that you only live for a short time on this earth but that your soul, which is your real Self, is everlasting, and then it will also be understandable to you that you must provide for your well-being in eternity and not for the short time of earthly life, which can end even faster than you would naturally assume. For not one of you can be certain that he will live to see the next day and everyone must take into account the thought that they might be suddenly recalled from this earth one day. If you seriously thought about it you would also become conscious of the great responsibility you have taken upon your soul, thus for yourselves, during this short time of your life on earth. And you would ask yourselves how much you have done already for your soul's benefit.... For this is a question you should really seriously asks yourselves for once, it would truly only be a blessing for you if you thought about this for a little while. You can create incomparable riches for your soul if only you are of good will; you need only ever make an effort to live a life of love, to love God above all else and to consider your neighbour like a brother and help him when he is in trouble.... Nothing more is expected of you from God than this love for Him and your neighbour. And if your will is good then you should ask yourselves to what extent you comply with God's will in your daily life and you will still discover a lot that is not according to God's will if you look at your way of life critically and honestly.

For the human being still loves too selfishly, he loves himself more than his neighbour and yet he should give the same love to him that he grants to himself. And that requires a person's firm will, the will to attain perfection and to submit himself to God's will. But the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and only the violent take it by force.... The will must be strong and assert itself, then the human being uses force in order to attain the kingdom of heaven.... But then again, Jesus gave people the promise 'My yoke is easy, and My burden is light....' And that, too, is right, since a person who is willing to love will find it easy to fulfil God's commandments, he need not use a lot of force, because love is in him and love is strength, so that he will acquire the kingdom of heaven for certain, because he no longer lacks firmness of will through his life of love.... And just for once you should seriously think about the extent to which you still have to use 'force' or whether it has already become your nature to help your neighbour with love as a matter of fact.... In that case you will also know what you require, for then you will first have to appeal to God for strength in order to be able to comply with his requirements, because it is still difficult for you.... However, you will receive it, and what initially is a great effort becomes easy and will no longer be experienced by you as a burden.... You will not be under a yoke which you deem difficult to bear. You will not experience a burden because through love you will constantly receive strength from God and then easily attain maturity of soul, which it needs to live the real life in light and strength and beatitude.... But prior to this you must give account to yourselves so that the hour of death will not take you by surprise and your soul will not have to enter the kingdom of the beyond in a poor and wretched state.... For no-one will know when his hour has come....

“Il Regno dei Cielo subisce violenza.... ”

Ricordatevi, voi uomini, che avete da vivere solo un breve periodo su questa Terra, ma che siete imperituri, secondo la vostra anima, che è comunque il vostro vero io, allora vi sarà anche comprensibile, che dovete provvedere per il vostro bene nell’Eternità e non soltanto per il breve tempo della vita terrena, che può passare secondo la natura prima che voi lo crediate. Nessuno di voi è sicuro, che vive ancora il giorno dopo, ed ognuno deve fare i conti con il pensiero, di venire richiamato una volta all’improvviso da questa Terra. E se rifletteste seriamente su questo, vi rendereste anche conto della grande responsabilità che vi siete preso per la vostra anima, quindi per voi stessi, per questo breve tempo della vostra vita terrena. E vi chiedereste, che cosa avete già fatto per il vostro bene eterno. Dovreste porvi una volta seriamente questa domanda, e sarebbe davvero soltanto per la vostra benedizione, se rifletteste un breve periodo su questo, potreste creare per la vostra anima incomparabilmente tante ricchezze, se soltanto foste di buona volontà; dovete sempre soltanto sforzarvi, di condurre una vita nell’amore, di amare Dio sopra tutto e pensare al prossimo come ad un fratello, e di aiutarlo quando si trova nella miseria. Dio non pretende di più da voi, che soltanto l’amore per Lui ed il prossimo. E se ora siete di buona volontà, allora riflettete una volta fin dove seguite la Volontà di Dio nella vostra vita giornaliera, allora scoprirete ancora molto di ciò che non è la Volontà di Dio, se soltanto sottoponete il cammino della vostra vita ad una seria critica e siete onesti con voi stessi. Perché l’uomo vive ancora troppo nell’amore dell’io, pensa più a sé che al prossimo e dovrebbe comunque portare uguale amore per il prossimo, che lui riserva a sé stesso. E questo richiede la ferma volontà dell’uomo, la volontà, di giungere alla perfezione e di sottomettere sé stesso alla Volontà di Dio. Ma il Regno dei Cielo richiede violenza e solo chi usa violenza contro le proprie passioni e brame, se ne appropria. La volontà deve essere forte ed affermarsi contro tutti i desideri anti divini, allora l’uomo usa violenza, per conquistarsi il Regno dei Cieli. E malgrado ciò Gesù ha dato agli uomini la Promessa: “Il Mio giogo è dolce ed il Mio peso è leggero”. Ed anche questo è giusto, perché per un uomo che è volonteroso d’amare, sarà facile di adempiere i Comandamenti di Dio, non avrà bisogno di impiegare grande violenza contro sé stesso, perché in lui c’è l’amore, e l’amore è forza, e così egli conquisterà con certezza il Regno dei Cieli, perché non gli manca più la solidità del volere, mediante la sua vita nell’amore. E su questo voi dovreste una volta riflettere seriamente, in quanto voi dovete ancora usare “violenza contro voi stessi, oppure è già diventato il vostro essere, di svolgere il servizio d’amore al vostro prossimo con naturalezza. Ed allora saprete anche, che cosa vi serve. Ed allora dovete prima chiedere Forza a Dio, per poter seguire le Sue Richieste, perché vi è ancora difficile una vita d’amore voluta da Dio. E la Forza richiesta vi verrà certamente data. E quello che inizialmente costa ancora molto superamento, vi sarà facile e non più sentito come un peso, non vi sembrerà di stare sotto a un giogo, che vi sembra troppo difficile da portare. Non percepirete più alcun peso, perché attraverso l’amore ricevete continuamente Forza da DIO ed allora raggiungete anche facilmente il lavoro dell’anima, di cui avete bisogno, per poter condurre la vera vita in Luce, Forza e Benedizione. Ma prima dovete entrare con voi stessi nel giudizio, affinché l’ora della morte non vi sorprenda e la vostra anima debba entrare nel Regno dell’aldilà povera e misera. Perché nessuno di voi sà quando giunga la sua ora.
