The soul’s continuation of life after death....

You can be certain that you will live even if your body falls prey to death.... But the state of your life after your physical death depends on yourselves, whether your life will be a happy one which could truly be called life, or whether you will find yourselves in darkness and helplessness which are comparable to death, albeit you will remain conscious of your existence and therefore will have to suffer agonies. But it will never be the case that you will completely cease to exist, that you will no longer be self-aware and that your existence will be obliterated. And precisely because you continue to exist you ought to ensure that you create a happy situation for yourselves while you are still living on this earth. Your future fate in the kingdom of the beyond is a matter of your very own will, since you create it yourselves by your way of life on earth. If it is a life of selfless love for other people you can also be sure that a blissful fate will await you.... But if you only live to please yourselves, if you lack this love for your neighbour and therefore also for God, you can expect a painful fate indeed. Then you will be poor and wretched because you will lack everything.... light, strength and freedom, and all you will experience is indescribable torment.

The fact that you humans on earth have such little faith in life after death also determines your conduct, for you are irresponsible towards your soul because you do not believe that it will continue to live after your body has passed away. And you do not believe that the soul is, after all, your real Self. It will feel exactly the same as it did during its earthly life, it will long for happiness and light and suffer bitter regret once it has gained but a glimmer of light whereby it recognises its real task on earth and in retrospect blames itself dreadfully for not having fulfilled it.... Whereas souls who may enter the spheres of light will sing praises and give thanks and are able to occupy themselves in full strength and freedom for their own happiness.

The soul will never perish, but how it will experience its continued existence is decided by people themselves while they are still on earth. For this time was given to you in order to improve the state of your soul which, at the beginning of its embodiment, is still rather imperfect. Hence, the work of the human soul should consist of providing for itself a true, immortal 'life', so that one day it can enter in freedom and light the kingdom where it can be active in accordance with its state of maturity, which is in fact possible at various degrees but which can only be called 'life' when it is allowed to enter the kingdom of light. But it is also possible that the soul will still be as imperfect at the end of its earthly life as it was at the beginning. Indeed, it can even have grown darker, and then its state will be comparable to the state of death, for it will have misused its earthly life, it won't have taken advantage of the grace of embodiment, and yet, it will not pass away.... This is a very sad, pitiful situation and yet, it is its own fault, because only the human being's will decides the soul's fate, and this will is free. If only people believed that they will continue to exist after the death of their body.... they would live more responsibly on earth and endeavour to ascend from the deepest abyss.... But no person can be forced into faith, yet everyone will be helped in order to become a believer....

La continuazione della vita dell’anima dopo la morte

Ma di una cosa potete essere certi, che voi vivete, anche quando il vostro corpo cade morto. Però dipende da voi stessi, in quale stato vivete dopo la morte del vostro corpo, se la vostra vita è beata, perciò può essere veramente chiamata Vita, oppure se vi trovate nell’assenza di Luce nell’impotenza, che è uguale alla morte, ma conservate comunque la consapevolezza della vostra esistenza e perciò dovete subire dei tormenti. Ma non succederà mai che voi svaniate totalmente, che non sappiate più nulla di voi stessi e che la vostra esistenza venga cancellata. E proprio perché rimanete esistenti, dovrebbe essere la vostra preoccupazione quella di crearvi uno stato felice, finché soggiornate come uomo su questa Terra. Perché la vostra futura sorte nel Regno dell’aldilà è la faccenda della vostra propria volontà, e voi stessi vi formate secondo il vostro cammino di vita che conducete sulla Terra. Se è un cammino nell’amore disinteressato per il prossimo, allora potete anche essere certi, che vi attende una sorte felice e beata. Ma se vivete soltanto per il vostro proprio io, se vi manca quell’amore per il prossimo e quindi anche per Dio, allora potete aspettarvi anche con sicurezza uno stato tormentoso, perché allora siete poveri e da chiamare infelici, perché vi manca tutto, la Luce, la Forza e la Libertà, ma voi tutti lo percepite come un tormento innominabile.

Che voi uomini sulla Terra crediate così poco ad una continuazione della vita, è anche determinante per la conduzione della vostra vita, perché siete irresponsabili verso la vostra anima, perché non credete che essa rimanga esistente, anche se il vostro corpo passa. E non credete, che l’anima è il vostro vero Io, che sente proprio come nella vita terrena, che ha nostalgia di felicità e chiarezza e che si pente amaramente, se soltanto ha conquistato una volta un barlume di Luce di conoscenza, in cui riconosce il suo vero compito terreno e in retrospezione si fa i più amari rimproveri, di non averlo compiuto, mentre le anime cantano lode di ringraziamento, che possono entrare in sfere luminose, e che possono essere attive piene di forza e libertà per la loro felicità.

Non esiste uno svanire, ma in quale predisposizione d’animo si trova un anima nella sua esistenza, lo decide l’uomo stesso ancora sulla Terra, perché vi è stato dato questo tempo, affinché miglioriate lo stato dell’anima, che all’inizio dell’incorporazione è ancora molto imperfetto, e quindi deve essere il lavoro dell’uomo sull’anima, quello di dare a sé stesso una giusta “vita” imperitura, affinché possa una volta entrare in libertà e Luce in quel Regno, dove ora possa agire secondo lo stato di maturità, che è ben possibile in differenti gradi, ma può sempre essere chiamata vita, quando l’anima può entrare una volta nel Regno di Luce. Ma l’anima può essere formata ugualmente difettosa alla fine della vita terrena, anzi può essersi ancora oscurata di più, ed allora il suo stato è uguale allo stato di morte, allora ha abusato della vita terrena, non ha sfruttato i Doni dell’incorporazione, e ciononostante non passerà. Questo è uno stato molto triste, degno di compassione e comunque è la propria colpa, perché soltanto la volontà dell’uomo decide la sorte dell’anima, e questa volontà è libera. Se soltanto gli uomini volessero credere, che esiste una continuazione dopo la morte del corpo, allora vivrebbero più responsabili sulla Terra e si sforzerebbero, di risalire dall’abisso. Ma nessun uomo può essere costretto alla fede però ognuno verrà aiutato per giungere ad essa.
