Last Supper – Communion – Love....

There can be no union with Me without love, because love is My fundamental nature and only the same can join Me, hence the person who wants to join Me must also have a loving heart.... Otherwise such a bond is impossible.... Therefore you should also be able to understand the events of the Last Supper, which can only bring about your unity with Me if love has been kindled in you.... for only then will My presence in you be possible. So what use are external practices as long as you ignore what is most important .... practising love.... 'He who remains in love remains in Me and I in him....' Hence you know the condition for My presence and cannot expect Me to divert from this condition if you merely perform external action which you devised yourselves because you failed to understand the spiritual meaning of My Words 'Do this in remembrance of Me....' A life of love is the prerequisite to receive Me Myself in your heart and My disciples, with whom I took Supper, lived such a life of love.... Consequently, they also understood My Words with which I simultaneously appointed them to their teaching ministry.... For they were meant to distribute the bread of life which they had received from Me when I handed to them the earthly bread.... They were meant to offer the living water to their brothers, just as I passed to them the cup of wine.... And since I Myself was the 'Word that became flesh' I gave Myself to those who partook at the Supper and I will always give Myself to all those who want to receive Me, I will likewise nourish them with the bread of life and give them living water to drink, they will 'eat My flesh and drink My blood', thus I Myself will be present to them, as I have promised. However, without love such Communion is impossible.... I can certainly preach love to all people, I can help them to perform loving actions but I can never take abode in a heart which has not shaped itself into love as yet.... And now consider how many people have a completely wrong idea, who certainly take the path to the 'table of the Lord' in their own opinion, but who lack the right kind of love and whose hearts are therefore incapable of receiving Me.... Consider how many people hold on to this wrong concept because they believe themselves to have done their duty and therefore don't strive spiritually either, even though everyone knows that I Myself Am love and that I only expect you to fulfil the commandments of love in order to be able to delight you with My presence. But 'My Word' is not as much observed as the compliance of external formalities, and My Word alone could already make those people think that I require more than mere formal engagements.... The instituted Words which I spoke to My disciples were understood spiritually by them. But people would also be able to understand their spiritual meaning if only they thought about them seriously. But then the understanding would also require them to live a life of love and thus their work of improving themselves, which most people are unwilling to do. On the other hand, the many different formalities do not require this self-denial and are therefore eagerly carried out, and yet, they do no benefit the souls, instead, they only make them half-hearted and careless regarding their task in earthly life which consists of educating themselves to live in love, since this is the prerequisite for entering into a close union with Me, which makes My presence in the human heart possible in the first place. For union with Me is the human being's first and last goal which he should and can attain on earth if only he makes an effort to live a life of love and thus tries to adapt his nature to My fundamental nature which is Love in itself....

L’Ultima Cena - La Comunione - L’Amore

Non esiste nessuna comunione con Me senza amore, perché l’Amore E’ il Mio Essere Ur e con Me può unirsi solamente l’uguale, quindi nel cuore dell’uomo dev’esserci anche l’amore, che si vuole unire con Me. Un tale legame è impossibile in altro modo. Questo vi deve quindi anche dischiudere la comprensione per il procedimento della Cena, che può poi procurare la vostra unione con Me, quando in voi è divampato l’amore, perché solo allora la Mia Presenza è possibile in voi. A che cosa vi servono quindi delle azioni esteriori, finché lasciate inosservato la cosa più importante, esercitare l ’amore. “Chi rimane nell’amore, rimane in Me ed Io in lui.... ” quindi sapete anche della condizione della Mia Presenza e perciò non potete aspettavi, che Io rinunci a questa condizione, appena svolgete soltanto delle azioni esteriori, che voi stessi vi siete inventati, perché non avete compreso il senso spirituale delle Mie Parole: “Fate questo in memoria di Me.... ” E’ premessa una vita nell’amore, per accogliere Me Stesso nel cuore, ed una tale vita nell’amore l’hanno condotta i Miei discepoli, con i quali ho tenuto la Cena. Perciò comprendevano però anche le Mie Parole, con le quali li ho inseriti anche contemporaneamente nella loro funzione di annunciatori. Perché dovevano distribuire il Pane della Vita, che avevano ricevuto da Me, come Io ho distribuito loro il pane terreno. Dovevano offrire ai loro fratelli l’Acqua viva, proprio come Io ho offerto loro il calice con il vino. E dato che Io Stesso Ero la “Parola-diventata-carne”, ho dato quindi Me Stesso a coloro che partecipavano alla Cena, e Mi darò sempre a coloro che Mi vogliono accogliere, li nutrirò nello stesso modo con il Pane della Vita e darò loro da bere l’Acqua viva, “mangeranno la Mia Carne e berranno il Mio Sangue”, quindi Io Stesso Sarò loro presente, come l’ho promesso. Ma senza amore una tale comunione è impossibile. Posso bensì predicare l’amore, posso aiutarli a svolgere opere d’amore, ma non posso m ai prendere dimora in un cuore che non si è ancora formato nell’amore. Ed ora pensate in quale immaginazione sbagliata vivono innumerevoli uomini, che percorrono bensì la via fino alla “Tavola del Signore” secondo la loro opinione, ma che fanno mancare il vero amore ed i cui cuori non sono perciò capaci di accoglierMi. Ricordate quanti uomini rimangono in questa falsa immaginazione, perché credono di aver compiuto abbastanza il loro dovere, e perciò non tendono nemmeno spiritualmente, anche se ogni uomo sa che Io Stesso Sono l’Amore e che pretendo da voi anche solamente l’adempimento dei Comandamenti dell’amore, per poter rendervi felici con la Mia Presenza. Ma la Mia Parola” non viene così tanto osservata come l’adempimento di formalità esteriori, e la Mia Parola soltanto potrebbe già portare quegli uomini a ricordare che Io pretendo di più che soltanto degli usi formali. Le Parole d’iniziazione che ho detto ai Miei discepoli, venivano da loro anche comprese in modo spirituale. Ma gli uomini potrebbero anche comprendere il loro senso spirituale, se soltanto volessero riflettere su queste seriamente. Ma la comprensione pretenderebbe poi anche una vita nell’amore e quindi un lavoro su sé stessi, per cui gli uomini non sono quasi mai disposti. Mentre invece i molteplici usi non pretendono questo auto superamento, e perciò vengono anche eseguiti con fervore e non procurano nessuna utilità alle anime, ma rendono solamente tiepidi e trascurati nel compito della loro vita terrena, che consiste nell’educare sé stessi ad un cambiamento nell’amore, che è premessa per stabilire uno stretto legame con Me, che rende possibile la Mia Presenza nel cuore dell’uomo. Perché l’unificazione con Me è la prima e l’ultima meta dell’uomo che deve raggiungere sulla Terra e lo può anche fare se soltanto si sforza di vivere nell’amore e quindi cerca di mettere alla pari il suo essere al Mio Essere Ur, che in Sé E’ Amore.
