Desire for truth first prerequisite....

The deep desire for truth is rarely found in people. It is true that every individual would object if he were reproached for unhesitatingly accepting untruth. But a certain indifference prevails, most people do not search for truth, they rather strive for everything else, and thereby they get deeper and deeper into wrong thinking, and the supply of truth is made impossible because the desire for truth is the first prerequisite. A person will certainly have doubts about the credibility of spiritual knowledge from time to time but he does nothing to come to a clear result as to whether his doubts are justified or not. And thus, as long as this indifference towards truth exists, the human being also walks along in spiritual darkness.... he closes his eyes and therefore cannot see the light either.... The spiritual willingness to receive the truth must be present, but then no human being will need to complain about not having attained it, for nothing is more willingly fulfilled than a sincere desire for truth. This will then be explainable to you humans when you know what the activity of the beings of light consists of, to whose protection and guidance you humans are entrusted during your earthly life. These beings stand in the light, i.e. in fullest realization which makes them inconceivably happy. But they are also full of love, otherwise they would not be able to inhabit the world of light.... Their love now drives them incessantly to share what makes them happy with the still unhappy beings.... thus also to the people on earth.... And this means as much as that they also want to give right knowledge to people who still walk along without knowledge. But only truth can bring true knowledge, and they want to convey this truth to the human being.... but they cannot do so against the human being's will, otherwise all people would already be in fullest knowledge. The will to truth is therefore the first prerequisite for the transmission of the same.... because the will to truth also signifies the will's turning towards God, the aim which is set for all people for the time of their life on earth. And people lack this will, and at the same time this is also clear evidence of people's attitude towards God Himself.... They still keep themselves distant from Him, they don't seek the bond with Him and are therefore also without realization, because distance from God also means darkness of spirit. But if people are reproached for being indifferent towards the truth, they usually only understand this to mean a reduced intellectual activity which alone, however, does not lead to the truth. But very few people feel the inner urge of the heart to receive information about the unprovable; but only this serious desire for truth is meant, and only such a desire can find fulfilment. And where this desire is not present, the presentation of pure truth is of no use either, instead it will be rejected with the same indifference as untrue knowledge is accepted. Truth is a gift of grace from God which, however, also first requires God's acknowledgement.... God will not withhold the truth from anyone who seriously desires it, for through this desire he already comes closer to God of his own accord, Whom his heart has recognized as the sole origin of truth, even if the human being is not aware of it. Soon, however, a small light will also shine for him which will then also consciously let him take the path to God, Whom he will learn to recognize ever more because the pure truth gives him bright light. And the supply of truth happens in the most diverse ways, but it is certain.... for no person will search in vain who is serious about experiencing the truth. The eternal truth can be found by every person who earnestly desires it.....

Il desiderio per la Verità è la prima premessa

Il profondo desiderio per la Verità si trova solo di rado presso gli uomini. Ogni singolo si asterrebbe se gli venisse fatta l’accusa di accettare spensieratamente la non-verità. Ma è predominante una certa indifferenza, la maggior parte fa mancare la ricerca per la Verità, tendono piuttosto a tutto il resto, e con ciò capitano sempre più profondamente nel pensare sbagliato e viene reso impossibile l’apporto della Verità, perché il desiderio per la Verità è la prima premessa. Un uomo avrà bensì a volte il dubbio nella credibilità nel sapere spirituale, ma non fa nulla per giungere ad un chiaro risultato, se i suoi dubbi sono o non giustificati. E finché esiste dunque questa indifferenza nei confronti della Verità, l’uomo cammina anche nell’oscurità spirituale, chiude gli occhi e perciò non può nemmeno vedere la Luce. Deve esistere la disponibilità spirituale per ricevere la Verità, ma allora nessun uomo deve lamentarsi di non averla ottenuta; perché nulla viene adempiuto più volontariamente che il serio desiderio per la Verità.

Questo sarà spiegabile a voi uomini, quando sapete in che cosa consiste l’attività degli esseri di Luce, alla cui protezione e guida siete affidati voi uomini durante la vostra vita terrena. Questi esseri stanno nella Luce, cioè nella pienissima conoscenza che li rende immensamente felici. Ma sono anche colmi d’amore, altrimenti non potrebbero abitare nel mondo di Luce. Ora il loro amore li spinge continuamente di rivolgere ora anche, anche agli esseri ancora infelici ciò che rende loro stessi felici, quindi agli uomini sulla Terra. E questo significa, che vorrebbero donare la conoscenza anche agli uomini che camminano ancora senza conoscenza. Ma solo la Verità può portare la giusta conoscenza ed ora vogliono guidare questa Verità all’uomo, ma non lo possono fare contro il suo volere, altrimenti tutti gli uomini starebbero già nella pienissima conoscenza.

La volontà per la Verità però è la prima premessa per l’apporto della stessa, perché la volontà per la Verità significa anche aver rivolto la volontà a Dio, la meta che è posta a tutti gli uomini per il tempo del loro cammino terreno. E questa volontà manca agli uomini e questo è contemporaneamente anche una chiara dimostrazione della disposizione degli uomini verso Dio Stesso. Si tengono ancora distanti da Lui, non cercano con Lui il legame e perciò sono anche senza conoscenza, perché la distanza da Dio significa anche oscurità dello spirito. Ma se agli uomini viene fatto il rimprovero di stare indifferenti di fronte alla Verità, allora con ciò comprendono quasi sempre una minima attività d’intelletto, che da sola però non conduce alla Verità. Ma l’intima spinta del cuore di ricevere il chiarimento su qualcosa di indimostrabile, la sentono la minor parte degli uomini; ma è inteso solo questo serio desiderio per la Verità e solo un tale desiderio può trovare l’esaudimento. E dove non c’è questo desiderio, là non serve nemmeno l’offerta della pura Verità, ma viene rifiutata con la stessa indifferenza, come viene accettato il sapere non-vero.

La Verità è un Dono di Grazia di Dio che però richiede dapprima anche il riconoscimento di Dio. Dio non nasconderà la Verità a nessun uomo che la desidera seriamente, perché attraverso questo desiderio lui stesso si avvicina già a Dio, il Quale il suo proprio cuore ha riconosciuto come l’unica Origine della Verità, anche se l’uomo non se ne rende conto. Ma presto splenderà anche a lui una piccola Luce che ora lo fa anche percorrere coscientemente la via verso Dio, il Quale impara a riconoscere sempre di più, perché la pura Verità gli dona una chiara Luce. E l’apporto della Verità avviene nel modo più diverso, ma è certo, perché nessun uomo che ci tiene seriamente a sperimentare la Verità, la cercherà invano. L’Eterna Verità Si lascia trovare da ogni uomo che la desidera solo seriamente.
