Effect of spiritual nourishment on body and soul....

Spiritual nourishment also means the supply of strength for the body if it is accepted with a grateful heart, if the word of God, His address, is absorbed with true hunger and thus its strength can permeate the whole person, which is also felt by the body because its spiritual substances are also touched by the flow of strength and it now feels invigorated. But people make too little use of God's divine gift, they could provide themselves with a benefit and fail to do so, they could banish any weakness and fail to do so.... They let the soul starve, and its weakness is then often shared by the body. To give the soul the right nourishment is your task in life, for it shall mature during earthly life. But only God Himself can distribute the right nourishment, which is why He invites all people to take supper with Him, because He wants to fill and water them at His table, because He Himself wants to give them what people need for their souls. And His loving father's eye truly does not miss it when a tired, sick body also comes to Him to be fed by His hand.... And He will especially bless this body's food and drink so that it will also noticeably feel the strength that emanates from it.... But it is not the frailty of the body that should cause him to come to the lord's table to take supper with Him, but his soul alone should want to satisfy hunger and thirst, only for his soul should he ask for the right nourishment, it alone should he want to supply strength.... His thoughts should only be spiritually directed when he receives His gift from God's hand.... But this satiation will also have an effect on his body, because God will also take care of it if He finds such a spiritual attitude which proves the soul's desire for God.... For He can only give strength in excess to the human being who uses all his strength again to work for Him. Nothing else can replace the nourishment of the soul, it has to come from God Himself, thus God Himself must also be able to be present in the person whom He wants to provide with His nourishment.... He says: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock.... whoever opens the door to Me, I will come in to him and take supper with him...." v v He must therefore find an open door, the human being's will must be ready to be addressed by God Himself, and when he hears His voice, then God must also be present to him.... And then the divine strength of love also radiates through the whole person, and this therefore also means strengthening of the body at the same time as the soul.... The innermost, deepest desire for God's word is what also allows a feeding from God's hand.... And then both the soul and the body must recover, because His word is strength which can also stimulate the bodily organs again to activity according to His will.... God blesses those who devote themselves to Him, who long for Him and who put Him before everything, who no longer pay attention to their body but only seek to fulfil the soul's desire.... These have become His, and in intimate communion His divine flow of love will now overflow. The father, Who knows His child's weaknesses, will come to its aid in physical adversity because its soul has closely united with Him. And if the father now speaks to His child then the soul's hunger will be satisfied, it will be able to feast on His word, it will no longer feel its body either, it will not feel an oppressive shell, because the body's substances also consume the nourishment offered to the soul, because they, too, become ever more spiritualized, because everything diseased, impure is eliminated or purified, because it cannot withstand the strength from God and no longer wants to offer resistance either....

L’effetto del Nutrimento spirituale su corpo ed anima

Il Nutrimento spirituale significa anche apporto di Forza per il corpo, quando viene accolto con cuore grato, quando la Parola di Dio, il Suo Discorso, viene assimilato con vera fame e quindi la Sua Forza può compenetrare l’intero uomo, cosa che è anche percettibile dal corpo, perché anche le sue sostanze spirituali vengono toccate dalla Corrente di Forza ed ora si sente fortificato. Ma gli uomini utilizzano troppo poco il divino Dono di Dio, loro stessi potrebbero procurarsi un beneficio e lo omettono, potrebbero bandire ogni debolezza e mancano di farlo. Loro lasciano languire l’anima e la sua debolezza si comunica anche sovente al corpo. Il vostro compito di vita è di somministrare il giusto Nutrimento alla vostra anima, perché deve maturare durante la vita terrena. Il giusto Nutrimento però lo può distribuire Dio Stesso, per cui Egli invita tutti gli uomini di tenere con Lui la Cena, perché li vorrebbe saziare ed abbeverare alla Sua Tavola, perché Lui Stesso vorrebbe offrire loro ciò di cui gli uomini hanno bisogno per le loro anime. Ed al Suo Occhio amorevole di Padre non sfugge davvero quando viene a Lui un corpo stanco, ammalato per farsi nutrire dalla Sua Mano. Ed a costui Egli benedirà in particolare il Cibo e la Bevanda, affinché percepisca anche notevolmente la Forza che procede da lui. Ma non lo deve indurre l’infermità del corpo di venire alla Tavola del Signore, per tenere con Lui la Cena, ma unicamente deve voler calmare la fame e la sete, deve richiedere solo il giusto Nutrimento per la sua anima, a lei soltanto deve voler guidare la Forza. I suoi pensieri devono essere orientati soltanto spiritualmente, quando coglie dalla Mano di Dio il Suo Dono, Ma questo saziarsi avrà anche l’effetto sul suo corpo, perché Dio Si prende Cura anche di questo, quando trova una tale predisposizione spirituale, che dimostra il desiderio dell’anima per Dio. Perché Lui può rivolgere la Forza solamente ad un uomo, che impiega di nuovo tutta la Forza per il lavoro per Lui. Il Nutrimento dell’anima non è da sostituire con nulla, deve svolgersi solamente da Dio Stesso, quindi Dio Stesso deve poter Essere presente anche nell’uomo, il quale vuole provvedere con il Suo Nutrimento. Egli dice: “Guarda, Io sto davanti alla porta e busso, chi Mi apre, da lui voglio entrare e tenere la Cena con lui.... “ gli deve quindi trovare una porta aperta, la volontà dell’uomo dev’essere disposta di venir interpellata da Dio Stesso, e quando sente la Sua Voce, allora Dio gli dev’Essere anche presente. Allora la Forza divina dell’Amore irradia anche attraverso tutto l’uomo, e questo significa anche fortificazione del corpo insieme all’anima. Il desiderio più intimo, più profondo per la Parola di Dio è ciò che permette anche un Nutrimento dalla Mano di Dio. Ed allora deve guarire sia l’anima come anche il corpo, perché la Sua Parola è Forza, che può anche di nuovo stimolare gli organi corporei all’attività secondo la Sua Volontà. Dio benedice coloro che si danno a Lui, che hanno nostalgia di Lui e che Lo mettono davanti a tutto, che non badano più al loro corpo, ma cercano soltanto di adempiere il desiderio dell’anima. Questi sono diventati Suoi, ed in intima comunione traboccherà ora la Sua divina Corrente d’Amore. Il Padre che conosce tutte le debolezze dei Suoi figli, verrà ora nel suo Aiuto nella miseria corporea, perché la sua anima si è strettamente unita con Lui. E se ora il Padre parla con Suo figlio, allora la fame dell’anima è calmata, si potrà ristorare nella Sua Parola, non percepisce nemmeno più il suo corpo, non sente nessun involucro che l’opprime, perché anche le sostanze del corpo si nutrono del Cibo, che viene offerto all’anima, perché anche queste si spiritualizzano sempre di più, perché si elimina o purifica tutto ciò che è malato, impuro, perché non può resistere alla Forza di Dio e non vuole nemmeno più prestare nessuna resistenza.
