God's infinite love.... Eternal damnation....

You do not know God's love and mercy and His unceasing efforts to help you, His creatures, from the depths to the heights. He wants to leave nothing in the depths, everything that once fell shall return to Him again in order to be able to be unspeakably blissful in His nearness. What is separated from Him, what is at a great distance from Him, is unhappy and moves Him to pity.... And His love enticingly calls for this wretched creature to turn to Him again, from Whom it had voluntarily turned away.... Yet everything happens without coercion, it is not possible to force those beings to return to God, the return to Him can only be achieved through love, but that it will happen some day is certain, for God's love will not relinquish anything that is His, that has emerged from Him. But because only love can influence the fallen being in that way that it voluntarily returns, therefore the irradiation of love must touch the being again and again until it opens itself and is determined by the power of love to approach God again. And this process takes place in earthly life when the human being becomes aware of the fact that he is guided and led by a higher Power, that he now hands himself over to this Power and follows his inner voice, which is a silent address from God.... Then his resistance is broken and the being is on the path of return to God.... for now God's love draws it, and His mercy also helps the still unworthy to ascend. God's love is infinite.... And therefore no being can be lost forever.... God's love and His mercy pursue that which has sunk into the abyss, and that is why there is also ransom from hell, because God's love is greater than the sinner's guilt.... and because mercy wants to compensate for the fallen being's weakness, and that is why every being is wooed by God's love until it opens itself and allows a ray to work in it. And then the spell is also broken, for love has great power. This is why people must not speak of an 'eternal damnation'.... For eternal damnation presupposes a severe, unloving judge who deprives the being of all freedom and mercilessly passes his sentence.... But God does not want the state in which the wretched finds itself, into which it has fallen through its own fault, in free will.... God wants to save the wretched from it, He wants to lead it to salvation, He wants to irradiate it with His love, and His mercy does not make a distinction as to the magnitude of the guilt of sin. But He does not force any being into salvation.... And therefore such wretched states can also last eternities, for they must be ended by the being itself.... You humans can believe that all help will be granted to them, because God's love is infinite and will never diminish or decrease, no matter how long His creations persevere in resistance.... God is not angry but He takes pity on the unhappiness of those creatures, yet He cannot put them into a state of bliss exercising His power because this would neither correspond to His justice nor to His creatures' freedom of will.... Thus He will only try to influence the souls' will in that way that they will voluntarily turn to Him.... But then a complete return is also guaranteed, for God's love is so powerful that it conquers everything where only its effectiveness is permitted.... And one day every being will have returned to Him, one day even the abyss will have to release everything, because God's love is stronger than hatred and because even God's adversary will one day voluntarily turn to God again, even though this will still take eternities, but God's love will defeat him.

하나님의 무한한 사랑. 영원한 저주.

너희는 하나님의 사랑과 긍휼을 알지 못하고 그의 피조물인 너희를 깊은 곳에서 높은 곳으로 향하도록 도와주려는 그의 끊임 없는 노력을 알지 못한다. 그는 어떤 존재도 깊은 곳에 남겨두기를 원하지 않는다. 한때 타락한 모든 존재들은 그의 근처에서 말할 수 없는 축복을 받을 수 있게 하기 위해 다시 하나님께 돌아가야만 한다. 하나님을 떠난 존재와 하나님으로부터 아주 멀리 떨어져 있는 존재는 불행하고 하나님은 그를 긍휼히 여긴다. 그의 사랑은 이런 불행한 존재들이 한때 자원하여 돌아섰던 자신에게 다시 향하도록 유혹하고 부른다. 그러나 모든 일이 강요가 없이 일어난다. 이런 존재들에게 강제적으로 하나님께 돌아가도록 역사할 수 없고 단지 사랑을 통해 존재가 하나님께 귀환할 수 있다. 그러나 귀환하는 일은 확실하게 일어난다. 왜냐면 하나님의 사랑은 자신에 의해 생성되어 자신에게 속한 존재를 포기하지 않기 때문이다.

그러나 사랑이 단지 타락한 존재가 자발적으로 돌아올 수 있도록 그에게 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 존재가 자신을 열고 사랑의 힘에 의해 하나님께 더 가까이 다가 갈 수 있도록 정함을 받을 때까지 사랑의 빛이 항상 또 다시 존재에게 임한다. 사람이 자신이 더 높은 권세에 의해 인도 받고 지도 받는 것을 의식하고 이제 높은 권세에 헌신하고 하나님의 나즈막한 음성인 자신의 내면의 음성을 따르는 것을 의식하게 되면, 이런 일이 이 땅의 삶에서 일어난다. 그러면 그의 저항이 꺾이고 하나님께 돌아가는 길을 가게 된다. 하나님의 사랑이 이제 그를 이끌고 하나님의 긍휼은 아직 합당하지 않은 사람들을 높은 곳으로 가도록 돕는다.

하나님의 사랑은 무한하다. 그러므로 어떤 존재도 영원히 잃어버릴 수 없다. 하나님의 사랑과 긍휼은 깊은 곳으로 타락한 존재를 뒤따르기 때문이다. 그러므로 지옥에서도 구원이 있다. 왜냐면 하나님의 사랑이 죄인의 죄짐보다 더 크기 때문이다. 왜냐면 긍휼이 타락한 자의 연약함을 보상하기를 원하기 때문이다. 그러므로 모든 존재는 존재가 자신을 열고 자신 안에 빛이 역사하게 할 때까지 하나님의 사랑에 의해 구애를 받는다. 그러면 파문을 벗어나게 된다. 왜냐면 사랑이 큰 힘을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 사람들은 영원한 저주가 있다고 말할 수 없다. 왜냐면 영원한 저주는 존재의 모든 자유를 빼앗고 무자비하게 심판하는 엄하고 사랑 없는 판사를 전제로 하기 때문이다.

그러나 하나님은 불행한 존재가 자유의지로 행한 그의 잘못을 통해 얻은 상태를 원하지 않는다. 하나님은 불행한 존재를 그런 상태로부터 구원하기를 원하고 불행한 존재를 축복으로 인도하기 원하고 자신의 사랑을 불행한 존재에게 비춰주기를 원한다. 그의 긍휼는 죄짐의 크기에 아무런 차이를 두지 않는다. 그러나 그는 어떤 존재도 축복되도록 강요하지 않는다. 그러므로 그런 불행한 상태는 또한 영원에 영원한 기간동안 지속될 수 있다. 왜냐면 존재가 스스로 그런 불행한 상태를 끝내야만 하기 때문이다. 너희 사람들은 너희에게 모든 도움이 주어질 것을 믿을 수 있다. 왜냐면 하나님의 사랑은 무한하고 비록 자신의 피조물들이 그토록 오랫동안 저항을 지속할지라도 절대로 느슨해지거나 줄어들지 않기 때문이다.

하나님은 화를 내지 않고 자신의 피조물들의 불행을 긍휼히 여긴다. 그러나 그는 자신의 권세로 자신의 피조물들을 축복된 상태로 만들 수 없다. 왜냐면 이런 일이 그의 공의와 피조물의 자유의지에 합당하지 않기 때문이다. 그는 단지 혼이 자발적으로 자신에게 향하게 하는 방식으로 혼의 의지에 영향을 미치려고 시도할 것이다. 그러면 완전한 귀환이 보장 된다. 왜냐면 하나님의 사랑이 너무 강력해서 사랑이 역사하도록 허용되는 곳에서 모든 것에 대항해 승리하기 때문이다. 언젠가 모든 존재가 그에게 돌아오게 될 것이고 언젠가 깊은 곳이 모든 존재를 풀어줘야만 하게 될 것이다. 왜냐면 하나님의 사랑이 미움보다 더 강하고 하나님의 대적자가 언젠가 자유의지로 다시 하나님께 향할 것이기 때문이다. 비록 이런 일이 일어나기까지 영원에 영원이 걸릴지라도 그러나 하나님의 사랑은 자신의 대적자를 이길 것이다.
