Effect of distress on faith....

In times of great earthly adversity some people find their way back to their God and creator as soon as all earthly hope in them is destroyed and they no longer see any other way out than to call upon God for help. They have not yet completely lost their faith in God, only it has been suppressed by the world, by the influences of their fellow human beings and their own indifference.... This is why the thoughts always resurface when a person is in earthly adversity.... Faith can now become great strength through the often miraculous help through which God now expresses Himself.... And then the earthly adversity will not have been pointless, it will have helped the human being to progress spiritually, and his path can now lead ever further.... he will no longer lose faith, and the soul is saved for eternity.... But how many people sink back into their worldly life and also immediately give up faith when they see themselves in carefree living conditions again, when the earthly adversity is over.... Even if they have obviously experienced divine help they are more inclined to regard such as a coincidence, and they turn away from God again to now sink deeper than ever into their faithlessness.... to serve the world more than ever and thus the one who is lord of the earthly world.... Trying to win these people back through renewed adversity is mostly hopeless, for now they are increasingly helped by God's adversary, because they themselves have devoted themselves to him through their obvious rejection of God.... And they will always become more addicted to the world because they will always be considered more worldly by it. These people will certainly be approached by God in many ways, thus they would be able to find their way back to Him if they seriously took themselves to court.... Yet it becomes increasingly more difficult for these people because their desire for matter becomes ever more intense and the great earthly hardship before remains a spectre for them which they believe they can escape through increased earthly striving.... And they do not consider that everything is transient, that everything can be taken away from them at any time if it is in the will of the one Who created everything.... Their faith in this God and creator has probably been lost, yet deep in their hearts there is always the inexplicable fear of renewed strokes of fate.... So man also knows that there is a power that is stronger than he is and that he is at the mercy of this power.... He can believe in it, but he does not want to burden himself with this belief and therefore intellectually rejects something which his innermost feelings must accept.... He does not want to believe and is therefore far more responsible for his actions.... And God's adversary uses this very unwillingness and rewards him with earthly goods.... But every person can find his way back to God at any time.... He will be helped in every way, but it is always up to him how he decides....

Impacto das dificuldades na fé....

Em tempos de grande adversidade terrena, algumas pessoas encontram o caminho de volta ao seu Deus e Criador assim que toda a esperança terrena nelas é destruída e já não vêem outra saída a não ser pedir ajuda a Deus. Eles ainda não perderam completamente a sua fé em Deus, apenas ela foi suprimida pelo mundo, pelas influências dos seus semelhantes e pela sua própria indiferença..... É por isso que os pensamentos ressurgem sempre quando uma pessoa está na adversidade terrestre.... A fé pode agora tornar-se grande força através da ajuda muitas vezes milagrosa através da qual Deus se expressa agora.... E então a adversidade terrena não terá sido inútil, terá ajudado o ser humano a progredir espiritualmente, e o seu caminho pode agora conduzir cada vez mais.... ele não perderá mais a fé, e a alma é salva para a eternidade.... Mas quantas pessoas se afundam de novo na sua vida mundana e também desistem imediatamente da fé quando se vêem novamente em condições de vida despreocupadas, quando a adversidade terrena está a ultrapassar.... Mesmo que tenham obviamente experimentado a ajuda divina, estão mais inclinados a considerar tal coincidência, e voltam a afastar-se de Deus para se afundarem agora mais do que nunca na sua falta de fé.... para servir o mundo mais do que nunca e, portanto, aquele que é o Senhor do mundo terreno.... A tentativa de reconquistar estas pessoas através de uma nova adversidade é, na sua maioria, desesperançosa, pois agora são cada vez mais ajudadas pelo adversário de Deus, porque elas próprias se dedicaram a Ele através da sua óbvia rejeição de Deus.... E ficarão sempre mais viciados no mundo porque serão sempre considerados mais mundanos por ele. Estas pessoas serão certamente abordadas por Deus de muitas maneiras, assim poderiam encontrar o caminho de volta a Ele se se levassem a sério ao tribunal.... No entanto, torna-se cada vez mais difícil para estas pessoas porque o seu desejo pela matéria se torna cada vez mais intenso e as grandes privações terrenas que antes existiam continuam a ser para elas um espectro do qual acreditam poder escapar através de um maior esforço terreno.... E não consideram que tudo é transitório, que tudo lhes pode ser retirado em qualquer altura se estiver na vontade d'Aquele que criou tudo.... A sua fé neste Deus e Criador foi provavelmente perdida, mas no fundo dos seus corações há sempre o medo inexplicável de novos traços do destino.... Assim, o homem também sabe que existe um poder mais forte do que ele e que está à mercê desse poder..... Ele pode acreditar nisso, mas não quer sobrecarregar-se com esta crença e por isso rejeita intelectualmente algo que os seus sentimentos mais íntimos têm de aceitar.... Ele não quer acreditar e é, portanto, muito mais responsável pelas suas acções.... E o adversário de Deus usa essa mesma relutância e recompensa-o com bens terrenos.... Mas cada pessoa pode encontrar o seu caminho de volta a Deus em qualquer altura.... Ele será ajudado em todos os sentidos, mas depende sempre dele como ele decide...._>Ámen
