Compulsory state.... free will decision....

Through endless times you moved in a bound state, you were deprived of all freedom of will, you were subject to divine law and had to act as God wanted, as it had to happen according to natural law in order to comply with His plan of eternity. You were not free.... because your soul was bound in its individual substances in the works of creation, the whole of creation is, so to speak, the shackle which held your soul captive, the whole of creation is the bound spiritual substance which is still in God-opposing will and therefore cannot expect freedom until it itself weakens in this resistance against God. But one day the time will have come for all bound spiritual beings when they will no longer be in a state of compulsion, when they will be granted a certain degree of freedom, when they will be able to think, want and act as self-conscious individual beings without being prevented from doing so; one day the time will have come when they will have regained free will and can now use this free will without hindrance. But then there is a great danger that free will will be used wrongly.... that resistance against God will rise up in the being again so strongly that it will turn away from God again instead of striving towards Him. The walk in bound will through the whole of creation was a consequence of turning away from God, it was a consequence of the resistance once given to God. But once this course is finished, and then freedom of will is given to the being again, because it is to prove the abandonment of its resistance against God freely out of itself in order to then be able to approach unimagined beatitudes. But if the freedom of will is abused, if a turning away from God is carried out again or the resistance is maintained, then there is only one way out for this being.... to walk through creation again in a state of compulsion, so that the resistance will finally be broken.... Every being has to give up its free decision of will once, namely in the stage as a human being, since it is endowed with intellect and, through God's great love, is also given the knowledge of what the rightly directed will consists of. If it fails during this time of earthly life, God will nevertheless not abandon the spiritual being, yet since He cannot compulsorily direct it according to His will, since He cannot compulsorily guide the being back to perfection because this contradicts His law of eternal order, because something that is divine and should become divine again can never be thought of without free will, again and again He creates new opportunities for it to reach its aim, yet always within the framework of legality.... which also includes a repetitive course through creation which keeps the beingness bound until its resistance decreases, which will certainly be achieved because God's adversary is deprived of that influence on the bound beingness.... He has no power over the spiritual, which is bound in creation, and that is why it also ascends with certainty.... But a free decision of will requires that the opposing power can also influence the being, and that is why in earthly life the human being is exposed to afflictions from his side; but at the same time great means of grace are at his disposal so that he can truly make a right decision. Hence every person bears full responsibility for his will, for God does everything in His love to make the decision easy for him. He will also be given knowledge about his earthly task, certainly in different ways but always in such a way that he can take a stand on it himself....

(19.12.1952) He can think about it, but he can also refrain from it, but then he cannot excuse himself with not having known anything about his earthly task, for only the slightest desire for it will be granted to him. The human being will never be deprived of something which can contribute to a favourable decision of will, but neither will he ever be coerced. After the infinitely long course before in the state of compulsion the time of earthly life can be called exceedingly short, and yet it is enough for the human being to be able to decide in the right direction, to return to God, Whom he now recognizes as his father of eternity, or to sink back and turn to God's adversary again of his own free will.... And for the latter it is still a mercy if he is called away prematurely so that God's adversary does not completely take control of him. Then the soul can still come to realization in the beyond and free itself from the shackles of this power through God's great love and mercy. But anyone who still does not accept the redeeming help and sinks ever deeper will have his will bound again and will have to take the renewed path through creation, and this will continue until the soul finally takes the right path, until it once decides in free will as a human being for the father of eternity from Whom it once took its origin....

의무의 단계. 의지의 자유 선택.

너희가 묶임을 받은 상태에서 끝없이 긴 시간 동안 모든 너희의 의지의 자유를 박탈당했고, 하나님의 법 아래 있었고, 자연의 법칙에 따라 일어나야만 하는 것처럼 영원한 하나님의 계획을 따르기 위해 하나님이 원하는 대로 행해야만 했다. 너희는 자유롭지 않았다. 왜냐면 너희 혼의 각각의 입자들이 창조물 안에 묶였기 때문이다. 모든 창조물은 어떤 의미에서 너희 혼을 포로로 잡고 있는 사슬이고, 모든 창조물은 묶임을 받은 영적인 존재이다. 이런 영적인 존재들은 아직 ​​하나님께 대적하는 의지를 가지고 있다. 그러므로 영적인 존재가 스스로 하나님께 저항을 줄일 때까지 영적인 존재가 자유롭게 되는 일은 기대할 수 없다.

그러나 언젠가 모든 영적인 존재가 더 이상 의무의 단계에 있지 않고, 어느 정도 자유가 주어져 자신을 개인으로 의식하는 개별적인 존재로서 방해받지 않고 생각하고, 원하고, 행동할 수 있게 된다. 언젠가 모든 영적인 존재가 자유의지를 다시 얻고, 자유의지를 방해받지 않고 사용할 수 있는 때가 온다. 그러나 자유의지가 잘못 사용될 위험이 크고, 하나님을 향한 저항이 존재 안에서 아주 강하게 일어나 존재가 하나님을 향해 추구하지 않고 다시 하나님으로부터 멀어질 위험이 크다.

의지가 묶인 가운데 모든 창조물을 거치는 과정은 하나님을 외면한 결과였고, 한때 하나님께 저항한 결과였다. 그러나 언젠가 이런 과정이 끝나면, 존재는 다시 자유의지를 받게 된다. 왜냐면 존재가 자신이 동인이 되어 하나님께 저항하는 일을 포기한 것을 증명해야 하기 때문이다. 그러면 존재는 예상할 수 없는 축복을 향해 다가갈 수 있다. 그러나 존재가 의지의 자유를 잘못 사용하여 새롭게 하나님을 떠나거나 또는 하나님께 저항하는 일을 유지하면, 이런 존재를 위해 존재가 의무의 단계 아래 창조물의 과정을 가야만 하는 유일한 방법이 있고, 이로써 마침내 저항을 포기하게 만들 수 있다.

모든 존재는 한번 의지를 정해야만 한다. 즉 모든 존재는 인간의 단계에서 결정을 해야만 한다. 왜냐면 인간이 이성을 가지고 있고, 또한 하나님의 큰 사랑으로 어떤 방향으로 향한 의지가 올바른 지에 대한 깨달음이 그에게 제공되기 때문이다. 영적인 존재가 이 땅의 삶의 기간에 실패하면, 하나님은 영적인 존재를 포기하지 않는다. 그러나 하나님이 자신의 뜻대로 존재를 강제적으로 다시 온전하게 해줄 수 없다. 왜냐면 그런 일은 하나님의 영원한 질서의 법과 모순이 되기 때문이고, 어떤 신적이었고 다시 신적인 존재가 되야 할 존재가 자유의지가 없는 일은 절대로 생각할 수 없기 때문이다. 그러므로 하나님은 항상 또 다시 자신의 목표에 도달할 수 있는 새로운 가능성을 창조한다. 그러나 항상 법칙의 틀 안에서 새로운 가능성을 창조한다. 이런 가능성에 하나님의 대적자가 묶임을 받은 영적인 존재에게 영향을 미칠 수 없기 때문에 존재가 확실하게 도달하게 될 자신의 저항을 줄이기까지 묶임을 받는 과정인 다시 창조물을 거치는 과정이 속해 있다.

내 대적자에게 창조물 안에 묶여 있는 영적인 존재들에 대한 권세가 없다. 그러므로 영적인 존재는 확실하게 성장한다. 그러나 자유로운 의지의 결정이 요구되고, 또한 대적하는 세력이 존재에게 영향을 미칠 수 있게 되는 일이 요구된다. 그러므로 인간은 이 땅의 삶에서 내 대적자의 공격에 노출되어 있지만 그러나 동시에 그가 진실로 올바른 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 그에게 큰 은혜의 수단이 제공된다. 그러므로 모든 사람에게 자신의 의지에 대한 전적인 책임이 있다. 왜냐면 하나님이 자신의 사랑으로 그가 결정하는 일을 쉽게 해주기 위해 모든 일을 하기 때문이다.

인간의 이 땅의 과제를 아는 지식은 실제 서로 다른 방식으로 그에게 제공이 된다. 그러나 인간이 항상 자신의 입장을 취할 수 있는 방식으로 제공이 된다. (1952년 12월 19일) 그는 자신의 과제에 대해 생각할 수 있다. 그러나 그는 또한 생각하지 않을 수도 있다. 그러면 그는 자신의 이 땅의 과제에 대해 전혀 알지 못했다고 변명할 수 없다. 왜냐면 자신의 과제를 성취시키려는 단지 가장 작은 갈망이라도 그에게 성취가 되기 때문이다. 사람이 쉽게 의지의 결정하는 일에 도움을 주는 어떤 일이든 실행이 된다. 그러나 사람에게 절대로 강요를 하지 않는다.

의무의 단계에서 끝없이 긴 과정을 거친 후의 이 땅의 삶의 시간은 아주 짧다고 할 수 있지만 그러나 사람이 올바른 방향으로 결정하고, 하나님께 돌아갈 수 있기에 충분하다. 그가 이제 하나님을 영원한 자신의 아버지로 깨닫거나 또는 퇴보해서 자유의지로 다시 하나님의 대적자에게 향한다. 후자의 경우에 하나님의 대적자가 그를 완전히 통제하지 못하도록 그가 조기에 부름을 받는 일은 아직 은혜이다. 그러면 혼은 아직 ​​저 세상의 깨달음에 도달할 수 있고, 하나님의 큰 사랑과 긍휼을 통해 하나님의 대적자의 권력의 사슬에서 자유롭게 될 수 있다. 그러나 아직 구원해주는 도움을 받아들이지 않고, 항상 더 깊게 가라 앉는 사람의 의지는 다시 묶임을 받고, 그는 창조물을 거치는 과정을 새롭게 가야만 한다.
