Desire for light in the beyond.... Spiritual conversations....

The desire for light in the beyond is very strong in those who have recognised that the degree of bliss depends to a certain extent on awareness which they, however, are lacking. These are beings which cannot be denied to have possessed some integrity on earth, which had made an effort to do what is right and fair yet did not believe in a higher Power, in the continuation of the soul's life, in a spiritual kingdom. This unbelief also made them unreceptive for spiritual knowledge on earth, they lacked the will to believe. As a result they considered everything of a spiritual nature that was presented to them by believers as unreal and untrue. They lacked the will to learn something about it because of their unbelief, but also because earthly life appeared so extraordinarily important to them that they only worked and achieved for it.... In the kingdom of the beyond, however, they gradually begin to realise the reality of the spiritual realm and yet they are unable to clearly recognise their own existence and situation.

They don't know what is real and what is unreal, they see vague images which they don't understand, they are stimulated to think and yet cannot cope on their own.... And they long for light, for clarification and are grateful if it is given to them.... But their lack of faith makes it more difficult for the teachers in the spiritual kingdom to be believed, because everything seems unacceptable to them due to the attitude they had on earth. Nevertheless, they constantly strive for clarification, they want to know the truth and therefore it will also be conveyed to them. Thus they concede that the kingdom of the beyond is real, because the knowledge of earthly life had not been entirely taken away from them. They are already convinced of a life after death and this conviction impels them to untiringly look for what they are missing.... for light.... and they linger wherever the information can be given to them.... And yet they can only be given light once they are stimulated by love to work with it.... The reason why so many a soul is without light, without knowledge, for an indescribably long time despite its desire for it is due to the fact that it has no sympathy for equally suffering souls.... because it only wants light for selfish reasons and therefore it cannot be provided with it as yet.

But people who had endeavoured to be of service to their fellow human beings on earth, be it through inventions, advice or instructions, will also want to do the same in the kingdom of the beyond and therefore can often be very quickly given the right knowledge, because then they will also want to be of service and be able to work for the benefit of uninformed souls. Yet knowledge will not be forcibly imparted to any being, it has to be sincerely desired and keenly sought after.... Then it will still be up to the soul to form its own opinion about the imparted light; but this will not fail to have the desired effect if the soul has the sincere will to use it correctly.... The teachings of people on earth can therefore result in great blessings if they always remember that numerous souls are present and take part in every spiritual conversation, that the instructions should therefore also be conducted in a spirit of love which affects these souls as well and removes all wilful rejection from them.... Anyone in possession of true spiritual knowledge shall also pass it on to all who are in need of it.... and often consider the souls in the beyond which are sometimes more willing to accept it than people on earth, who, in their illusive life, would still like to reject everything that relates to a life in the beyond. Good and bad conversations are echoed in the kingdom of the beyond.... Always remember this and constantly try to think and speak such that the souls in the beyond will be able to learn, that they will gladly listen to you and always derive a benefit for themselves, and you will always be surrounded by souls who also want to be of service to you, their strength permitting.... You can spread light in every way, and you will always find grateful students in the light-hungry souls of the beyond, and your work for the kingdom of God will be blessed....

Verlangen nach Licht im Jenseits.... Geistige Gespräche....

Das Verlangen im jenseitigen Reich nach Licht ist sehr groß bei denen, die erkannt haben, daß der Seligkeitsgrad abhängig ist von einer gewissen Erkenntnis, die ihnen aber fehlt. Es sind dies Wesen, denen auf Erden eine gewisse Gutheit nicht abzusprechen war, die sich bemühten, recht und gerecht zu handeln, jedoch keinerlei Glauben besaßen an eine Macht über sich, an ein Fortleben der Seele, an ein geistiges Reich. Diese Glaubenslosigkeit hat sie auch unempfänglich gemacht für geistiges Wissen auf der Erde, es fehlte der Wille zum Glauben. Darum sahen sie alles als unwirklich und unwahr an, was als außerhalb des Erdenlebens seiend vertreten wurde von gläubigen Menschen. Es fehlte ihnen der Wille, darüber etwas zu erfahren, weil sie nicht glaubten, weil aber auch das Erdenleben ihnen so außerordentlich wichtig schien, daß sie nur für dieses arbeiteten und schafften.... Im jenseitigen Reich nun erkennen sie stets mehr und mehr die Realität des geistigen Reiches und sind doch nicht imstande, Klarheit zu gewinnen über ihre eigene Existenz und über ihre Lage. Sie wissen nicht, was wirklich und was unwirklich ist, sie sehen unklare Bilder, die sie nicht verstehen, sie werden zum Denken angeregt und finden sich doch nicht allein zurecht.... Und sie verlangen nach Licht, nach Erkenntnis und sind dankbar, so ihnen diese gegeben wird.... Der mangelnde Glaube aber erschwert es den Lehrenden im geistigen Reich, für ihre Belehrungen Glauben zu finden, weil ihnen alles unannehmbar erscheint durch ihre Einstellung, die sie auf Erden hatten. Doch sie streben unentwegt nach Aufklärung, sie wollen die Wahrheit wissen, und darum wird sie ihnen auch zugeleitet. Das jenseitige Reich erkennen sie nun als wirklich an, weil ihnen das Wissen um das irdische Leben nicht gänzlich genommen ist. Sie sind also nun schon überzeugt von dem Fortleben nach dem Tode, und diese Überzeugung treibt sie an, emsig zu suchen nach dem, was ihnen fehlt.... nach Licht.... und sie werden auch nicht müde und weilen überall dort, wo ihnen Aufschluß gegeben werden kann.... Und doch kann ihnen das Licht erst dann gegeben werden, wenn in ihnen der Liebewille rege wird, damit zu arbeiten.... Darum ist so manche Seele unsagbar lange Zeit ohne Licht, ohne Wissen trotz ihrem Verlangen, weil sie noch kein Mitgefühl hat für das mit ihr leidende Geistige.... weil sie nur aus egoistischen Gründen Licht verlangt und es ihr darum auch noch nicht gegeben werden kann.

Menschen aber, die auf Erden bemüht waren, ihren Mitmenschen zu dienen, sei es durch Erfindungen, durch Beratung oder Belehrungen werden auch im jenseitigen Reich das gleiche tun wollen und darum oft sehr schnell eingeführt in das rechte Wissen, weil sie dann gleichfalls dienend tätig sein wollen und können und zum Segen der unwissenden Seelen wirken können. Doch zwangsweise zugeführt wird keinem Wesen das Wissen, es muß innig begehrt werden und eifrig erstrebt.... Es bleibt dann immer noch der Seele überlassen, wie sie sich einstellt zu dem ihr zugeführten Licht; es wird dieses aber nicht seine Wirkung verfehlen, sowie ernstlich der Wille vorhanden ist, es recht zu verwerten.... Großen Segen können darum auch die Belehrungen von seiten der Menschen auf Erden stiften, wenn immer daran gedacht wird, daß bei jedem geistigen Gespräch zahlreiche Seelen zugegen sind, daran teilnehmen und darum auch die Belehrungen im Liebegeist geführt werden sollen, der nun auch ausstrahlt auf jene Seelen und ihnen jeglichen Ablehnungswillen nimmt.... Wer selbst Geistesgut besitzt, das der Wahrheit entspricht, der soll es auch allen denen zuführen, die Mangel daran haben.... und oft der Seelen im Jenseits gedenken, die mitunter williger sind, es anzunehmen als die Menschen auf der Erde, die noch in ihrem Scheinleben alles ablehnen möchten, was auf ein jenseitiges Leben Bezug hat. Gute und böse Reden auf Erden finden im jenseitigen Reich Widerhall.... Dessen gedenket immer und bemüht euch, stets so zu denken und zu reden, daß die jenseitigen Seelen lernen können, daß sie euch gern zuhören und immer einen Vorteil für sich gewinnen, und ihr werdet immer von Seelen umlagert sein, die auch euch dienen wollen, wie es ihre Kraft erlaubt.... Licht verbreiten könnet ihr in jeder Weise, und ihr werdet in den lichthungrigen Seelen im Jenseits stets dankbare Schüler finden, und eure Arbeit für das Reich Gottes wird gesegnet sein....
