Exhortation to gather spiritual treasures on earth....

The wealth of spiritual good cannot be desired enough, for it alone creates beatitude in the kingdom of the beyond when the soul has discarded everything it possessed on earth, when it dwells in the spiritual realm where only spiritual good is of value because it alone is imperishable. You can acquire this wealth on earth but only if you ignore earthly wealth, because you cannot be granted both at the same time. You must know that two masters offer you their goods but that the goods are completely opposite as well as the masters who want to distribute them. Both have a different sphere into which they want to draw you.... and both areas are far apart so that you will have to decide which one you prefer. That is why both lords entice you with their goods.... but one of them is transient while the other lasts forever.... You should consider this when you are confronted with the decision.... Do you only want temporary happiness? Or do you seek eternal happiness? Then you must also choose the father and creator of eternity, Who wants to provide you with everlasting treasures if only you confess Him. He will give you plenty so that you need not suffer any lack, and He will also provide you with the perishable goods which you need to maintain your body, as soon as you first desire the spiritual gifts. But as long as your eyes are blinded by the treasures His adversary offers you, you will not see the mild splendour of the spiritual gifts. Therefore you must turn away from them and be content with the fulfilment of earthly needs, which the father and creator of eternity assures you, so that you will live on earth and not become incapable of acquiring spiritual wealth. For He is truly your father Who cares for your spiritual and physical well-being but Who will never give you goods which are perishable for you, even if they seem indispensable to you during your earthly lifetime. They only cling to you from the outside and yet block the access to the soul for those who would like to provide them with spiritual nourishment. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, everything else will be granted to you.... But you will never be able to find the kingdom of God if you seek it in the world, which is the kingdom of His adversary.... And you will lose everything you have gathered in earthly possessions, for none of it will follow you into eternity. But the spiritual possessions can no longer be taken away from you, they will follow you into eternity, they are the soul's share which it will take with it into eternity....

And therefore it cannot be presented to you loudly and admonishingly enough that you should acquire spiritual treasures on earth, that you should create wealth for yourselves which signifies an inconceivable blessing in the spiritual kingdom.... a wealth which will always increase, although you use it to constantly distribute, to give to the needy, to whom you want to practice merciful neighbourly love because you yourselves are driven to do so by love. Acquire this wealth on earth so that you will not have lived in vain.... Decide in favour of the lord, Who offers you good gifts, receive from His hand what His infinite love offers you and make all those happy who are poor and need your help....

Exortação para recolher tesouros espirituais na terra....

A riqueza do bem espiritual não pode ser suficientemente desejada, pois só ela cria beatitude no reino do além quando a alma se desfez de tudo o que possuía na terra, quando habita no reino espiritual onde só o bem espiritual tem valor porque só ele é imperecível. Pode adquirir esta riqueza na terra, mas apenas se ignorar a riqueza terrena, porque não lhe podem ser concedidas as duas ao mesmo tempo. Deve saber que dois senhores lhe oferecem os seus bens, mas que os bens são completamente opostos, bem como os senhores que os querem distribuir. Ambos têm uma esfera diferente para a qual o querem atrair.... e ambas as áreas estão muito afastadas, pelo que terá de decidir qual delas prefere. É por isso que ambos os senhores o seduzem com os seus bens.... mas um deles é transitório enquanto o outro dura para sempre..... Deve considerar isto quando for confrontado com a decisão.... Quer apenas felicidade temporária? Ou procura a felicidade eterna? Então também deve escolher o Pai e Criador da eternidade, Que quer fornecer-lhe tesouros eternos se apenas O confessar. Ele dar-vos-á muito para que não precisem de sofrer qualquer falta, e também vos fornecerá os bens perecíveis de que precisais para manter o vosso corpo, assim que desejardes primeiro os dons espirituais. Mas enquanto os seus olhos estiverem cegos pelos tesouros que o seu adversário lhe oferece, não verá o suave esplendor dos dons espirituais. Por isso, deves afastar-te deles e contentar-te com a satisfação das necessidades terrenas, que o Pai e Criador da eternidade te garante, para que vivas na terra e não te tornes incapaz de adquirir riqueza espiritual. Pois Ele é verdadeiramente o vosso Pai que se preocupa com o vosso bem-estar espiritual e físico mas que nunca vos dará bens que sejam perecíveis para vós, mesmo que vos pareçam indispensáveis durante a vossa vida terrena. Só se agarram a si a partir do exterior e no entanto bloqueiam o acesso à alma para aqueles que gostariam de lhes fornecer alimento espiritual. Procurai primeiro o reino de Deus e a Sua justiça, tudo o resto vos será concedido.... Mas nunca conseguirá encontrar o reino de Deus se o procurar no mundo, que é o reino do seu adversário.... E perderá tudo o que reuniu em bens terrenos, pois nada disso o seguirá para a eternidade. Mas os bens espirituais já não lhe podem ser tirados, eles segui-lo-ão para a eternidade, são a parte da alma que ela levará consigo para a eternidade....

E por isso não pode ser-vos apresentado em voz alta e com a admoestação suficiente para adquirirdes tesouros espirituais na terra, para criardes riqueza para vós próprios, o que significa uma bênção inconcebível no reino espiritual.... uma riqueza que sempre aumentará, embora a utilizem para distribuir constantemente, para dar aos necessitados, aos quais querem praticar o amor misericordioso ao próximo porque vocês próprios são levados a fazê-lo por amor. Adquira esta riqueza na terra para que não tenha vivido em vão.... Decide a favor do Senhor, que te oferece bons dons, recebe da Sua mão o que o Seu infinito amor te oferece e faz felizes todos aqueles que são pobres e precisam da tua ajuda...._>Ámen
