Process of development.... Law of compulsion.... Stage of free will....

Nothing is without purpose and goal.... Everything in existence was created by God and brought to life to fulfil a purpose. Consequently, everything also has its function; it has to serve in some way or other in order to fulfil its purpose. Even the smallest work of creation, the smallest living being, has its task which it has to comply with and effectively is forced to do so, because every creation is subject to natural law, thus it is unable to act unlawfully.

Nevertheless, even an accomplished task in the law of compulsion is effectively a service, for it will always benefit another work of creation, it is necessary for the emergence and preservation of same. And thus, nothing in the entire universe is without purpose, or was created for no reason.

The final purpose and destiny, however, is the liberation of the spiritual substance, towards which the whole of creation contributes in accordance with God's wise plan of eternity. The whole of creation only came into being for the purpose of liberating the spiritual substance, and every single work of creation complies with this destiny in the law of compulsion.

The human being, however, is an exception, he is indeed God's work of creation too, nevertheless, his thoughts, will and actions are not subject to the law of compulsion. The external human being, the physical body, is still subject to the law of compulsion, because this consists of spiritual substances which are still at the beginning of development. His soul, however, enjoys a certain amount of freedom, it is able to develop in line with its own will, thus God has not subjected it to this law. All the same, even the soul's development, its release from the constraint of earthly matter, depends on its will to occupy itself in a helpful manner.... thus, again, service is the actual purpose of its earthly life. And since it is not forced into a helpful activity, love has to develop within itself, which is the most certain impulse for helpful activity.

What occurred and was achieved during an infinitely long time in the law of compulsion shall now experience its culmination as human being, but of its own volition. The human being should serve with love in order to become completely liberated from the constrained state, which the soul regards as a limitation and restriction of its original abundance of strength and light.... The human being's soul can reach this goal on earth if it has the sincere will to do so, yet it does not have to attain it, because God gave it freedom of will to enable its free decision for Him or His adversary, who caused its loss of freedom and from whom it therefore has to liberate itself. Loving service is the key to liberation from this infinitely long captivity.... What the spiritual substance had to do in line with God's will during the long path through all of creation, it should now, in the final stage, do of its own volition.... it should serve because of love.... Thereby it demonstrates its divine origin, for love characterises the divine being and it shapes itself again into its original nature, it accepts again what it had voluntarily abandoned due to arrogance. As soon as the human being serves with love his offence against God will be cancelled, he will have left the state of sinfulness and will have found his way back to God, from Whom he wanted to distance himself.... (had distanced himself) he has recognised his childship and desires to enter into the right kind of relationship with the Father, and through love he will become a true child of God....

Yet it all has to take place in free will, and this is his test of earthly life which he absolutely has to pass. The human being is able to reach this goal since he will receive help from God in every way, but he may also have completed the infinitely long process of development in the law of compulsion in vain if he, instead of progressing in the stage of a human being, comes to a standstill or even slips back. Then he will misuse his free will again.... he does not use the many opportunities at his disposal to reach the goal, and then he will also have to accept the consequences.... a repeated path through all of creation. One day he will surely reach his goal, but it is up to the being itself to decide the duration of its captivity, for God gave it free will which He respects so that it can become perfect....

El camino del desarrollo. El imperativo de la ley. El estado de la libre voluntad

Todo tiene un objetivo y un final... Todo lo que existe está creado de Dios y ha sido fundado para que cumpla con una finalidad. De modo que todo tiene su destino y, de una manera u otra, tiene que servir para cumplir con su propósito. Incluso la Obra de Creación más inferior, el ser viviente más pequeño, tiene su deber con el que tiene que cumplir –in cierto sentido obligado– porque todo lo creado está regido por una ley natural, de modo que no puede actuar de manera ilegal.

Aun así también lo realizado bajo la ley del imperativo es en cierto sentido un servicio realizado, porque siempre redundará en beneficio de otra Obra de Creación - imprescindible para su evolución y su mantenimiento. De modo que en todo el universo no hay nada que no tuviera un objetivo - nada que fuera creado inútilmente.

La única y verdadera finalidad de todo es la liberación de lo espiritual, para lo que contribuye toda la Obra de Creación, conforme el Plan divinamente sabio desde eternidades. Toda la Creación surgió únicamente con la finalidad de la Redención de lo espiritual, y cada Obra individual tiene que corresponder dentro de la ley del imperativo.

Otra cosa es cuando se trata del ser humano - el que también es una Obra de Creación de Dios, pero que en su forma de pensar, querer y actuar no está sometido a la ley del imperativo. El hombre físico –o sea su cuerpo– todavía está sometido a esta ley porque esta forma está hecha de lo espiritual que todavía se encuentra al comienzo de su desarrollo. Pero su alma tiene cierta libertad, pues puede desarrollarse conforme a su propia voluntad; de modo que por parte de Dios no está sometida a aquella ley.

Sin embargo, el desarrollo del alma y su salvación del cautiverio de la materia terrenal dependen de su propia voluntad de obrar en el plan de servir... De modo que también aquí el verdadero objetivo de su existencia en la Tierra es él de servir. Como el alma no está obligada a obrar en el plan de servir, debe desarrollarse en ella el amor - la fuerza motriz más fiable para que empiece a servir en el amor.

Lo que durante tiempos eternos sucedió y fue conseguido bajo la ley del imperativo, ahora debe experimentar su coronación como hombre - y eso con una voluntad totalmente libre... El hombre debe servir en el amor, para que de esta manera se libere completamente del estado de cautividad - un estado que para lo espiritual resulta en una atadura... en una limitación de su abundancia de Fuerza primaria y de Luz primaria...

El alma del hombre puede lograr esta meta todavía en la Tierra, si tan sólo tiene una voluntad seria para esto. Sin embargo, no está obligada a lograrlo dado que Dios le ha dado la libre voluntad, para que se decida libremente entre Él y su adversario que se ha apoderado de ella... de modo que el alma debe arrancarse de sus manos...

Lo de servir en amor es la llave para la liberación de un cautiverio de una duración casi eterna...

Lo que conforme a la Voluntad de Dios lo sustancial animado estaba obligado a hacer durante su migración por toda la Creación17, ahora, en el último estadio, lo debe hacer a base de su libre voluntad... pues debe servir por amor... De esta manera comprueba su procedencia divina, porque el amor marca al ser divino - el que vuelve a ser lo que fue en el comienzo, pues vuelve a recuperar lo que dentro de su libre voluntad había renunciado por soberbia.

Nada más que el hombre sirve en el amor, ante Dios su falta está cancelada, porque salió de su estado de pecador y, de nuevo, ha encontrado el camino hacia Dios, de Quien quería separarse. Pues ha reconocido su filiación y desea entrar en la relación correcta con el Padre, y mediante el amor llegará a ser un verdadero niño de Dios...

Pero todo esto debe realizarse por propia voluntad... he aquí una prueba de vida en la Tierra que el hombre tiene que sostener incondicionalmente. El hombre puede alcanzar la meta, porque por la parte de Dios le llega toda clase de Ayuda... pero también puede ser que haya sido en vano el haber hecho todo ese camino de desarrollo –un camino tan largo en este estadio de prescripción obligatoria– eso si él en vez de ascender en su estadio de hombre se queda parado o, igual, su evolución es retrógrada. Entonces, de nuevo, abusa de su libre voluntad; pues no aprovecha las muchas oportunidades que tiene para que mediante ellas pueda lograr la meta, con lo que también tiene que cargar con las consecuencias: Otra migración por toda la Creación...

Una vez también él encontrará su meta; pero el ser mismo es el responsable que determina el tiempo de su cautiverio porque Dios le dio su libre voluntad –la que Él mismo respeta– para que el ser pueda llegar a ser perfecto...
