Blind guides.... preventing the truth.... arrogance....

The fact that people are kept in the darkness of the spirit is clearly recognizable by the fact that even the leaders do not seek the light but feel comfortable in the darkness and thus do not strive to bring light to those entrusted to them. They could well do so, just as anyone can stand in the light who only earnestly wants to do so. And so the leaders also have the possibility to awaken the spirit within themselves, which now imparts brightest light to them and chases away the darkness. But free will is needed for this act of awakening the spirit, and this is lacking. And therefore both the blind in spirit as well as their leaders grope in darkness, and the latter are even guilty of neglecting their actual office as teachers if they themselves are not serious enough about the truth and therefore are not able to be a teacher to their fellow human beings. They could very easily acquire the missing knowledge if they would listen to what is required to attain the truth from God. But they remain within the self-created limits of their knowledge, they shut themselves off from every ray of light which would like to penetrate the boundary, they also deny the light bearers entrance and are therefore ignorant through their own fault and yet full of arrogance towards those who stand in knowledge and in truth. The fact that they themselves do not see is their own harm, for one day they will have to answer for the way they behaved against God's grace, Who wanted to help them to the right knowledge. But they increase their guilt by their behaviour towards their fellow human beings, to whom they should serve as guides. They also withhold the truth from them, which they could very well distribute if they themselves had the will for truth. For the firm will also guarantees the supply of truth, because God helps everyone to realization who desires it. People are kept in ignorance and do not release themselves from the power which controls them, they voluntarily bow to the laws against which they have the right and the duty to rebel, because the laws are not given by God but concern His kingdom. There are not earthly measures enacted by earthly legislators which prevent people from recognizing the truth, but laws were enacted as sanctioned by God which prohibit a free search for truth insofar as people are obliged to believe in doctrines under threat of eternal punishments which, however, every thoughtful person would have to reject. This deprives people of their freedom of faith and thus also blocks the path to truth. People remain blind in spirit as long as they respect these laws, which is also made their duty. People are preached obedience to God, to His laws which, however, are not God's laws and therefore God does not demand that obedience which lets people remain in spiritual darkness. For this reason He will again and again try to enlighten people and send bearers of truth into their path, and blessed is he who gives ear to them and sets himself free from those who want to make his will unfree. Blessed is he who seeks to give himself light.... it will become bright in him, the light of knowledge will shine for him, and he will be able to be a right guide for his fellow human beings who likewise carry the desire for truth within themselves and therefore come closer to God than those whose will is bound by blind guides....

Guide cieche - Ostacolare la Verità - L’arroganza

Che gli uomini vengono tenuti nell’oscurità dello spirito, è chiaramente riconoscibile che anche le guide non cercano la Luce, ma si sentono bene nell’oscurità e quindi non tendono nemmeno di portare la Luce a coloro che sono affidati a loro. Lo possono fare, come può stare nella Luce ognuno che lo vuole solo seriamente. E così anche le guide hanno la possibilità di portare al risveglio lo spirito in loro, che ora trasmette loro la Luce più chiara e scaccia l’oscurità. Ma per questo atto del risveglio dello spirito è necessaria la libera volontà e questa manca. E perciò sia i ciechi nello spirito come anche le loro guide vanno a tastoni nell’oscurità e queste ultime si rendono persino colpevoli di aver trascurato la loro vera funzione come insegnanti, se loro stesse non ci tengono seriamente alla Verità e quindi non sono in grado ad essere un insegnante ai loro prossimi. Loro potrebbero molto facilmente appropriarsi la conoscenza mancante, se volessero ascoltare ciò che viene preteso da Dio per ottenere la Verità. Ma rimangono nei limiti autocreati del loro sapere, si chiudono ad ogni raggio di Luce che vorrebbe penetrare oltre il limite, negano anche l’ingresso ai portatori di Luce e di conseguenza sono ignari per propria colpa e malgrado ciò colmi di arroganza verso coloro che stanno nel sapere e nella Verità. Che loro stessi non diventano vedenti è la loro propria vergogna, perché una volta dovranno rispondere come si sono comportati verso la Grazia di Dio, Che voleva aiutarli alla giusta conoscenza. Ma ingrandiscono la loro colpa attraverso il comportamento verso i prossimi, ai quali dovevano servire come guide. Nascondono anche a loro la Verità che potrebbero bensì elargire, se solo loro stessi avessero la volontà per la Verità. Perché la ferma volontà garantisce anche l’apporto della Verità, perché Dio aiuta alla conoscenza ognuno che la desidera. Gli uomini vengono tenuti nella non-conoscenza e non liberano sé stessi dal potere che li domina, si piegano volontariamente alle leggi contro le quali hanno il diritto ed il dovere di ribellarsi, perché queste leggi non sono date da Dio, ma riguardano il Suo Regno. Non sono disposizioni terrene, rilasciate da legislatori terreni, che ostacolano gli uomini nel riconoscere la Verità, ma sono state rilasciate delle leggi come sanzionate da Dio, che vietano una libera ricerca della Verità in quanto gli uomini vengono obbligati alla fede in insegnamenti sotto la minaccia di punizioni d’Eternità, che però ogni uomo che riflette, dovrebbe rifiutare. Con ciò agli uomini è tolta la libertà di fede e così sbarrata anche la via verso la Verità. Gli uomini rimangono ciechi nello spirito finché rispettano queste leggi, cosa che viene fatto loro pure come dovere. Agli uomini viene predicata l’obbedienza verso Dio, verso le Sue Leggi, che però non sono le leggi di Dio, e perciò Dio non esige quell’obbedienza che fa rimanere gli uomini nell’oscurità dello spirito. Perciò Egli cercherà sempre di nuovo di dare agli uomini il chiarimento e manda loro sulla via dei portatori della Verità e benedetto colui che dà loro ascolto e si libera da coloro che vogliono rendere non-libera la sua volontà. Benedetto colui che cerca di procurarsi da sé la Luce, in lui sarà luminoso e potrà essere per i prossimi una giusta guida che porterà in sé anche il desiderio per la Verità e perciò verrà Dio più vicino che coloro la cui volontà è legata da guide cieche.
